So many wonderful things in Joanns! We found just what we were looking for.

Came in for some upholstery fabric on a Saturday. I found the perfect fabric, there was no line to wait to get it cut, and the cashier helped me navigate the Joann app so that I could get a nice discount on my order. Very happy customer!!

Understaffing is an issue all over bend and I try to be empathetic but there is no one available to answer questions and if you are lucky enough to find an employee, after waiting in line at the register to ask for help, they have no interest in helping

Great selection, and well organized. It was easy to find an employee to help me locate things, and their prices were very reasonable.

Use to enjoy this store, but my last visit I ended up leaving without my purchase. There was something going on with system, but the lady gave me vague information and did things that contradicted what she said and the information would change. It simply sounded like she didnt want to do any work, or didnt know and didnt want to ask for help? She also was having a conversation with another employee, which is whatever, but she waived me over annoyed and continued with her conversation. Sadly, I am going to try and use my $5 reward on another, and wont be back

I used to shop at another craft store but found with sales, coupons and and in store stock Joanns is the best place for all your craft needs.

Helpful employees, the guy at the sewing and fabrics cutting counter was very helpful and kind got me exactly what I needed and took his time with every customer.Loved it!

This is my favorite place and where I always find what Im looking for and more. The prices are good and they always have a coupon online and I just let the checker scan it off my cell.

Holiday knick knacks, macrame, beads, cricut supplies, knitting needles, ridiculously expensive automated sewing machines, and more cloth than you can shake a stick at. Its as entertaining during COVID as any Netflix movie, and youll really out with a hobby that doesnt involve sitting in front of a screen of youre open minded enough.Get out of your house and go.

Apparel fabric can be thin on the ground; for example, there are very few shades of lining material available (so good luck lining a skirt or making pockets). Button selection (and notions in general) is very poor.On the positive side, Ive bought tons of super cute flannel here, they have a pretty good home dec department, and they have a fully-staffed sewing machine department with people who can answer machine questions and find special feet for most machines. I would rather JoAnns specialized in apparel sewing, like they used to years ago, but at least we still have ONE fabric store in town (well, aside from the half dozen quilt shops!). Sign up for coupon mailers and online coupons to make your visit especially profitable. If you like cosplay, there are plenty of patterns and a section of fabric just for you.

Jo-Anns always has a good selection of fabrics little pricey on their craft supplies I always suggest going online and getting a instore coupon.

Joanna fabrics is very cunning in getting you to pay more for their products. They provide coupons both in print and online for sometimes up to 50% off a piece of fabric or some other item; but they have discovered that if they put almost everything in the store on sale at around 10% off then say that if the item or fabric is on sale that the cupon for a higher percent off cant be used since the product is on sale.Very sneaky! I think I will take my business else where in the future.

Took money online, drove 130 miles 1 way to pick up only to have employees rude and they refused to fill order after they took my money and they still have my money. Sad

Its got some great stuff but is very overpriced. You can find the same or very similar selection at Hobby Lobby or Michaels for a fraction of the price.

I think the fact this store is remaining open is pathetic. The owners need to close it just like all the other stores. They are trying to say it is essential to make gowns and masks made out of regular fabric. You have to be kidding me!! Please protect your employees and customers and CLOSE!

The one in Bend is far larger than the one in Redmond seems to be, and tends to be pretty well stocked. The ladies that were working today were super nice, and I always feel welcome at this location.

Joanns has the best selection of yarn in Central Oregon. They have great discounts and sales as well. If you cant find something in Redmond they most likely have it at their larger store in Bend.

Sister made an order in bend on 7/23. She still has not received the order. She called them twice about the order. She was told it had been sent, took her address and said they will resend it. She called again today and now they are saying they are giving a refund. Terrible customer service in bend Oregon.

Not enough help at cutting counter. Waited to long. Only one person working that friday afternoon. Needed at least 2 people

If my review was based solely on product I would give a 5. However, a couple of the older ladies working in fabric are always so gruff and short lol like chill out Karen it’s just a question.

Lots of inventory except for Christmas wreath supplies. Organizations are now preparing for upcoming events. Very disappointed..ended up going to competition. Parking is good!

This store is awesome and the saleswomen are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of quality fabrics. I have been sewing for over 45 years and this is the first place I go; usually find exactly what I am looking for. The store is clean and well-organized and there is always some kind of sale. Sign up for the mailers and keep them in your car so you remember them! Highly recommend!

I Was really disappointed this shopping trip. The prices have considerably gone up. I noticed its now 40% off marked HIGH up items . Its gone down hill. I sadly will not be going back to JOANN Fabrics and Crafts anytime soon.

Good deals11/09/2020 Update: didnt get the product I wanted. Was unable to find after ask for help. The old lady that works in the middle cutting fabric is a bully. I was asking honest simple questions. I assumed this was a helpful place where Id receive educated information. I was spoken to as if I was nothing, & thats the way she made me feel. Like nothing. Thanks a lot. I feel sorry for the one bad apple that spoils this bunch of other nice staff members.

Customers here are really rude and condescending. This is gleaned from going here on three occasions thus far. Employees are not very eager to help either.

This is a super fun fabric and craft store with a huge variety. I love all the home decor and garden items as well as the clearance aisles.

I went in in a hurry for one item. The product was easy to find. The person at the cutting counter helped me right away and we chatted for a moment about how I was going to use the fabric. At the checkout the person was also cheerful and asked if I found everything ok. Our business done I was able to go back to my project. JOANNs is one of my favorite places to shop.

Ive never once found what I was looking for there. Either they didnt have it, or the in-store help could not find it because of their terrible computer system.I give it two stars because my partner buys all her yarn there, and appreciates it for that.

I love Joanna and use to work for none in Arizxokna. All the same lots of stuff good prices but this one needs to clear up the isles to ADA standards. Too much clutter
