Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Great product knowledge

After a staff change over this store is never stocked with what I need anymore, I have tried to be patient for at least 8 weeks. Because of this I am switching color lines and choosing a different supplier.

I just think its really obscure that if you dont have a beauty license you cant shop with them. Also, I walked in and was not greeted and there was only me and one other customer in the store. This was my first time in the store and I didnt get a good first impression. Overall, I am giving my review a one star just because they had a good inventory.

I innocently stopped by this place today to buy a brush for applying hair color. At the counter I found this store was for licensed cosmetologists only - not the public.. When the clerks behind the counter found out that I was general public - they became like nazi soldiers and literally treated me horrible. The brush I wanted was $1 so I asked a woman who was there to purchase product if she would buy it for me so I could purchase it from her + adding on her fee. The nazi clerks would NOT let this happen and told me I would have to drive 17 miles to their sister store Sallys. So I am writing this review - my second ever - as one of the most negative experiences Ive had since moving to Bend, OR.

I love that I can find name brand beauty products at wholesale price here and sometimes even going on clearance. You need to be licensed beautician in order to shop here

My sister couldntreturn her product they said no refunds. She was stuck with the product her client didnt want after she bought it.
