I’m changing pharmacies.I place my order days ahead of needing it and 3 days later still no prescription.Last month I called 10 times over the course of 3 days to talk to a pharmacist. Crickets. I walked in and asked for the status and still wasn’t filled, they offered for me to sit and wait, I came back the next day for it.This month I’ve called 15 (!!!) times today. Talked to two other people, who just put me on line for the pharmacy.Nothing.If you like this kind of experience, then this place is for you. I’m about to go in now and sit and wait some more while they’re fill it.And it will be my last time putting myself through this here.Since I’ve got time, I’ll update that I stood in line for 15 minutes before being told that I need to go wait another 5 at the other counter. To be told I need to wait 20 more minutes to hear my name called so I can get back into the first line.It’s an hour long process here to pick up your prescription, if you try to pick it up within 3 days of requesting it.

I would give a negative 10 if there was an option! Went to pick up my prescriptions tonight after I called and spoke with the pharmacy last night. I let them know I work long hours and apologized for not picking up my prescriptions yet but I let them know I would be there definitely tomorrow (tonight) to pick up my meds at the end of the evening. When I tried to pick them up tonight Joyce told me they had been sent back. I said that I called last night and explained my hours and it would be late but I’d definitely get them tonight. I was told that would be just fine! Joyce was anything but helpful, she was actually rude!!! I was so unhappy and she told me they would have to refill them and I could pick them up tomorrow but wait!!! My one prescription had expired so she would have to send another request to my doctor, another delay! No big deal??? I was so mad!! I told her I would make a complaint with the manager and the Pharmacist came over and said he was the manager. He states the women I spoke with was going to BiMart. Obviously for good reasons!!! Her boss can’t do his job and manage his staff properly so maybe he should go work for ABC pharmacy instead of placing blame!! Or maybe he flat shouldn’t be a pharmacist because he’s definitely NOT competent and Not a good manager…..period!! I will definitely be transferring my pharmacy needs to BiMart where the customer service is so much better!!

The whole staff are friendly and kind and have all the answers to your medical questions big or small. I always feel comfortable if I have one of those uncomfortable questions to ask. They greet you with a smile they know your name it feels like going to see family every time I go.Thank you

Thank you Rite Aid for amazing customer service! Yesterday, 11/15/20 I went there after a long day and I am disabled. I forgot my mask in my car and the young man working the register ran up to me with a mask. Not to kick me out! Thank you so much. I really didnt have it in me to walk back out to my car in the snow. You rock young man!

I would give zero stars if it were an option. Go ANYWHERE else. They dont have their act together here at all. Worst pharmacy experience of my life. It took forever to get my script filled, when I finally got to the counter after waiting in line for almost an hour, they said it wasnt there. Luckily the pharmacist overheard and said no, its here. Then, I need the prescription transferred and they repeatedly tell the new pharmacy that it isnt there. Every time I call they say its there. Rite Aid in Bend is a nightmare.

Its a bad experience every time I use the Photo Center. The machines rarely work properly and often the staff doesnt really know what to do about it. One visit I sat down at a machine and uploaded all my photos (a long process when you have alot to print), only to have it not want to print. When I called an employee over who had been watching me the whole time from the register, she told me oh yeah, that ones broken. So I started over at the second one, went through the whole process again only to have the same thing happen. She came back over and said this one is broken too, I told management they should put a sign up. Another time I called an employee over to help me, and she immediately picked up my coupon (discount for 8x10 print) and tore it in half because she thought I was done printing. Tonight was the final straw: yesterday the machine couldnt read the photos off my USB drive and I was told it was because they were in a folder, came back today having moved the photos out of the folder and it still didnt work. The employee that tried to help me today/yesterday was kind and polite, its really the stores fault. If they cant print photos a certain way then they shouldnt advertise as such, going to Walgreens from now on for photos.

The pharmacist has purposely given me the wrong script, saying its the same thing. It was definitely not and not what my dr prescribed. He has lied, ignored and broke the law at least three times with me alone. I feel for the rest of these people who have written reviews, and more for those who havent. I dont plan on stopping with a review. He is, in my opinion, a misogynistic bastard whos techs cower under. Disgusting.

Their pharmacy is a joke. We transferred all our prescriptions away. Incompetent. Mishandled meds that had to be refrigerated, gave wrong quantities. All round BAD!!!! Never going to that pharmacy again.The other thing that irks me is that if you buy alcohol you have to produce ID, not matter your age. Ridiculous. I am 54 and sure do not look under 21. They have no business seeing my ID.

Dont go here the managers are all on a power trip and whats worse it seems like they have little to no experience, dont waste your time communicating! And if you can manage to get through all that ...just their down right shity mood usually ruins my experience, i dont know about you all but i take my $ elsewhere till they change management.

Worst customer service at the pharmacy tonight. They gave me misinformation and chose not to apologize and were very rude about it. As I walked away, the women decided to make nasty comments. At least wait until the customer is out of sight next time...After a dozen experiences like this at the North location I will be choosing another pharmacy. :)

Pharmacist Pat is a jerk. Came in late not realized the pharmacy was closing, offered to return the next morning, but he helped me with a s***** attitude, no smile, and plenty of muttered comments. Just a garbage store with bad hours and bad attitudes by people getting paid to be there...

Worst services Ive ever experienced. The store manager is on a power trip and a horrible manager. The pharmacy doesnt know what they are doing and cant get there s*** together. Meds are never done on time even if they call and say they are done, they are never done and ready for pick up. The pharmacist are rude and think they walk on water. Im not the only person who has complained about the employies in that department. They roll their eyes and are rude. I went to ask them to full a specific heart med for my grandmother whom I caregive for and on last rolled her eye and snarled and said there is no such thing as that med, it doesnt exists... Then when I came back to get it, it miraculously was ready to go? Obviously it is a real med or they wouldnt have been able to fill it. Horribke horrible service. And when talking to the store manager, he got so frustrated he nearly touched me. So I hope I never have to deal with them again. I have been in contact with corporate and will be continuing for investigation .They need to fire most all.the employees and rehire or shut down .No one needs that.

My future daughter in law needed Stone Breaker for a kidney stone issue. She went to the Pharmacy to ask about the product. The cashier stated he didnt know what was in the aisle and proceeded to ask the Pharmacist if there were any remedies there to help with the kidney stone. The pharmacist replied Water rudely then laughed. She is getting married in 4 days and was quite distressed about the situation. Rude, unhelpful snide remarks were the last thing she needed from a supposed professional.Wrong Aid is more like it!

Ive only gone here a few times for little things and the one time i go for ONLY PICTURES its by far the worst experience i have ever had. the pictures are such low quality its ridiculous. Pixelated and blurry to the max. i was suppose to have these pictures in the mail today and im so upset i have to go somewhere else and do this again. On top of the pictures being poor in every way, the employees dont seem to care about their job or customers at all. DONT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT.

The pharmacy. Staff seems friendly enough. The bad... Meds are never done when they are supposed to be, I have been sent off with meds that have not been mixed. The communication is bad as well from the online system to the in store. Overall this place seems extremely unorganized. I will not be returning ever!

Lets get something out there up front, I dont write reviews, I come from the tail end of the generation when no one cared what I think, and didnt want to know my opinion on anything, ever.But this pharmacy, with their soul crushing incompetence, and their complete and utter indifference towards providing any semblance of customer service has forced me to try to help you, the unknowing public from making the mental breakdown inducing decision to trust them with your prescriptions.Birth control, flipping birth controlis the prescription in question here. Birth control doesnt even require pharmacists to count, which is the modern day pharmacists most difficult task to accomplish. Birth control only requires a pharmacist, whos most difficult task is mastered every day by kindergarten children the world over, to be able to work a printer. Get the order that the customer submits, print a label, put it on the pre packaged, pre counted birth control pills, and have it waiting for the customer at the pre designated agreed upon time.Somehow, defying any sense of logic, this task is too difficult for the grossly overpaid, quite possibly mentally challenged pharmacists that Rite Aid has been tricked into employing at this, the saddest of pharmacies in all the land. Im not sure where these I Am Sam-esque human beings that work here received their qualifications, but Im pretty sure its where the washouts from the Truckmasters school of trucking end up.For one year and a half, month after month, the workers here who are poorly trained in life, pharmacology, and customer service failed to just once have the prescription ready on time. And month after month, when they would inevitably not have the prescription ready, they would never offer any help, sympathy, customer service or explanation, theyd just stare at me, with that dead behind the eyes look, and say, well our wait time is 3 hours. 3 hours to hit print and affix a label to a pre packaged product.Its sad that in todays world troglodytes like them make 6 figure incomes, to treat the people they are supposed to be serving like gum on the bottom of their shoe. But thats the way you can expect to be treated if you choose them to fill your prescription.Perhaps Rite Aids in other parts of the country are good, so I cant speak for the company as a whole, but sadly for them, the people at this pharmacy are overpaid, underperforming noodnicks.I would give them 0 stars if I could, but the Google rating system doesnt allow that.

Needing to fill prescriptions for my father when we are both from other cities was made fast and easy by Pat and the staff at the North Bend Rite Aid. In all the mess of finding ourselves in an unfamiliar city, they made getting the needed medicines easy. Thanks to all.

I had a horrible experience at the Rite-aid Pharmacy in north Bend this week and will not be returning there. Its too bad, because the rest of the store staff seemed friendly enough and the product selection is difficult to find elsewhere. But the pharmacy needs to review the way they treat customers and the way they do business. I hate to give the whole store a Poor-Fair rating just because of the pharmacy, but this is why I went there and they were a long way from meeting my expectations.

Well-organized products and friendly service are good.There is a place where you can take passport photos and a pharmacy is located in the store.Pharmacies sell their own branded products at low prices to members and also sell GNC branded products.Make a reservation and get a drive-through coronavirus scan for freeThe parking lot is also spacious and neatly maintained.
