I have been looking for a good pair of comfortable wide work /riding boots that would accommodate my new orthotics and fit properly without irritating my bunion and bone Spurs. It’s been a process! Boot Barn was a little overwhelming and I found myself almost giving up until Taylor Japer came to my rescue! She was so knowledgeable and helpful and kind. Its 2021 you really need to carry more womens work boots. I needed composite toe and you had 2 options, one of which was out of stock in my size and the other was literally pink. If it wasnt for having a voucher thru my work Id go somewhere else, anywhere else, but I guess its pink boots for me so no one can ever forget for a second that Im female while working. For such a big store one might assume youd have a reasonable selection for more than one gender. Catch up with the times.

If youre not actually after Western work boots that are functional and more of just into for a show, youll love it. Theres an insane amount of boots to choose from and all sizes, dont expect a lot of help, or all the boots to even be mated for that matter, doesnt seem like its a high priority to keep them organized and where they belong. Thought I knew what size I wore, but apparently that has changed, now thats not their fault and at least they let you know that the foot sizer thingy is not accurate to boots. Most of the selection is sparkly and glittery and therefore definitely not what I was after. But I did end up finding some without the flash, and they were even on sale. Was odd because staff does not really promote anything, and it is a long time before they come around to see if you need help. It wasnt busy, and I didnt see staff really doing anything, as I age it just seems work ethic has changed a lot over the years as well as customer service

Went in to get my head measured for a new hat and the girls wouldn’t help. How do you sell hats and not measure people’s head first. Super disappointed in the customer service at this store definitely won’t be going back.

Very disappointed in the help and service that I received. My husband took me for my birthday to get a pair of boots. I let the staff know that I had never bought boots before and asked many questions about caring for them. When I got home the one pair wasnt quite the right fit and because I walked around the block to see if they would loosen up I was not able to exchange them. Wish the staff would have given me more information when I bought the boots and was asking questions. In the future I will probably look for a small local store to get any other boots or purchase online directly from ariat.

Disappointed for B/B not having a grommet tool to place a stamped/buckroo string in a straw hat. Therefore I made no purchase of a hat. They did have a nice variety of carhartt T-shirt.

My son got his first official cowboy hat from here (his boots a little over a month ago for his birthday were ordered online). As soon as he stepped in the door he gasped. It was a store all about cowboys. The staff was friendly and very helpful as well!

Wore a pair of boots outside for 10-20 minutes. Only to go shop for another pair that I found more comfortable at Wilco. Tried to return the others to Boot Barn. Worst return policy even. If you wear a boot outside they will not accept it. Boot in perfect shape. Hands down worst customers service at this store as well.Shop at Wilco or Sportsman’s Warehouse, or even online. But don’t go to Boot Barn.

Pushy sales lady, that really wasnt super helpful. Went to buy my first pair of cowboy boots and it kind of felt like being on a used car lot... Selection wasnt bad, and prices seemed fair but they definitely fell on their face in the customer service department.

I just had some time to kill, so I went in to look around. Ryan greeted me and was very professional and personable. He was happy to let me wander around with no sales pressure. Ill be back when I have more time to spend shopping.

Obviously they think women in the area dont do construction. No boots or work clothes available.

Place to go to for boots in town. Youll leave pumped with what ya got. They last a long time and look great 4-5 years later and Im not easy on my boots. That goes for little men boots also, my dudes are hard on everything they own and their boots are still kickin.

Amazing customer service. Both times I went in for specific boots they didnt have in my size but they found me some and even though not the ones I wanted at the moment they made sure I left satisfied. Love the ones she suggested.

Forgot I had even gone here because I no longer shop at this location. I spent enough to get a $50 reward while I lived out of town. Came back ONE DAY after it had expired and they refused to over-ride the expiration. Ended up alright for me, I saved money over the amount of the coupon I had planned to spend on things I didnt need that day.

I came here to get a new pair of steel toe work boots. Although they have a great selection of different brands, their selection of sizes was quite limited. Needless to say, I was eventually able to find a boot that fit well and that I liked. They did seem understaffed as it took at least 20 mins for someone to come over and help me and even once I did get a sales associate to help, his knowledge was extremely limited. Thankfully I figured out what I wanted on my own and was able to get what I needed. Prices were decent and they had a sale going on so all in all I think I got a pretty good deal on a pair of work boots.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This place is the perfect example of why retail is dying. Policy not in tune with customer service and employees that don’t seem to care.

Love this place. Come everything year to get the kids boots for Christmas.

Staff constantly follows you around the store and was asking me if the shoes I came in with ( boots) were mine or if I was walking around in theirs ... so uncomfortable and annoying. Ended up buying a pair of boots for my fiancé but wishing we ordered online. Won’t be back or ever suggesting this store for boots. Try Wilco, costal, or country outfitter !!!

Good variety of boots and clothing. Typical prices of todays western wear stores. The employees were friendly enough but perhaps a touch too pushy about seeing if we were doing ok (asked repeatedly, kept pushing us about purchase decisions) so was definitely ready to leave the store by the time we were done shopping.

Just recently I was there to buy a pair of boots as I walked in I found the boots on display not once did any of the staff ask if I needed any assistance after several minutes I found a pair of boots that I wanted I walked up to the counter to pay for them and the cashier asked me if I had been waited on by a clerk I then said no and if this is there idea of customer service I would never come back and no I wont e back
