I know we were cutting it close walking up to the door at 5:58 planning on purchasing a pair of flip flops as quickly as possible. There were other shoppers in the store. The employee kid saw us heading to the door and ran I mean sprinted to beat us to the door to lock it in our faces. Id like to see if the owners appreciate their employees turning away business by 2 minutes. For sure will never come back.

Employees were super helpful and I got a killer deal on Nike! They are doing a buy one get one 1/2 off and they lady at the register was well informed on future promotions and coupons. Will definitely be coming here again.

I was pleasantly surprised with this store. I wear size 14 and was able to leave with multiple pairs of shoes, as well as order ones shipped to my house for free. Large selection of name brand such as adidas, timberland and Nike.

They often have bogo sales that make it affordable to get good shoes for work. Their card reader keypad was dirty, but they had hand sanitizer available.

Their service is terrible. i walk in there because i have ripped up shoes, and i needed some new ones. So i go in there and grab some converse, and i wen to go put my card in. and it said declined (4 times). so i was like..okay, it’s fine. i’ll just go to my bank and get it figured out. I went o go check my balance..and it said that rack room took money out of my bank. so i walk back in there and show the bank transaction and they told me that i couldn’t get my money back or the shoes, even though they took money out of my bank. the manager Rochelle of bend, stated that it wasn’t their problem and that it was the bank that needed to figure out. She was very rude and told me to leave her store and never come back. I wasn’t raising my voice and i was very pleasant with her. I understand that I need to figure it out with my bank, but how she treated me was uncalled for and very rude. I am never going back there because of there customer service.

Literally the worse shoe store in town mostly because of the staff, very unprofessional and unhelpful! My husbands debit card got charged twice for $132.00 equaling $264.00 after returning home and realizing their mistake we returned to the store to get our money back for shoes we didnt even buy. Store manager couldnt even return our money, worse store manager ever!Very unprofessional and she should not be in charge if you cant handle customers problems. Not to mention as we walked out she decided it would be a good idea to tell other associates what happened as we were still in the store? Get real this experience couldnt have been more unprofessional. Someone like this obisvouly shouldnt be in a management positions.
