I purchased my new vehicle from Lithia as an out of state buyer. I worked with Sebastian the entire time. He was very accommodating, sending me pictures when I asked, and even FaceTimed with my wife and I. Since I couldn’t see the vehicle in person lots of questions were asked and he was always very responsive, even on his days off. When I flew out to pick up the car, Sebastian even picked me up at my hotel. The vehicle was as described and they were quick to finalize paperwork and get me on the road. It was washed and gassed up ready to go. Great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Not your typical dealership experience. The team here is amazing. I flew in from Seattle to pick up a used vehicle and David Moore went out of his way to pick me up from the airport 25 minutes away. This wasnt even for a new vehicle! Outstanding customer service and not trying to sell you stuff you dont need. Everything was completely transparent and the buying process was super easy. I highly recommend these guys!

The most frustrating experience, after several attempts without success, is being unable to have a real person answer the phone. It is so much more time consuming to hold in hopes of someone answering and then to have to resort to go on line and discuss the request for an oil change when a simple call could have taken, all of if not less then, 5 min.I realize the staffing issue is a problem and patience is required. However, I would recommend a revised voice message that would advise the caller the options given their situation rather than wait for a real person to speak to. It never happened..........not even after 15 minutes of waiting.

I don’t have enough good things to say about this dealership. We worked primarily with Scout (sales) and Russ (finance manager) and they went above and beyond for us! They pulled the vehicle we were looking at and we took it for a test drive. Absolutely loved it and started the process. It was quick, easy, pressure free and all around enjoyable. They worked very hard for us and gave us an awesome deal for our trade in and got us a great apr, along with some extras we added in. I recently purchased a vehicle from Nissan. What an amazing experience. We called to see what time they closed and David Moore was kind enough to ask us what car we were looking at. He pulled it forward and waited for us to come down and take it for a test drive at 6 pm when they close at 7 pm. The next morning they worked on getting me approved for the car. Which they did while I was at work. Told time spent at the dealer ship was 1 hour to test drive the car and sign the papers. Easiest car buying experience we have ever had. I would recommend buying a care from them. David Moore, and the finance guy, actually everyone who helped was amazing!!

I went back for my second delivery with David Moore. It was nice to have a chance to ask questions about the car and to know David is always available to for answers. I also looked into an all-weather protector for the trunk but it seems Nissan doesnt make one as yet. I dont like carpet in a trunk, even one with various levels.

You guys have the best staff. David Cobb was my salesman and Steven Brown finance person. David came all the way to Prineville to drive one of the two cars I was trading in for one vehicle. Poor shop guy drove with no A/C when it was 107 degrees out, all the way to back to Bend and ended up laughing about it later. I felt terrible because I didn’t know it wasn’t working. The finance manager Steven Brown came over shook my hand and knew about the deal I came to make that day!! Steven was great about keeping me apprised of how long it was going to be before he could bring me back to sign papers. He was personable and made sure I was happy with the deal I was signing for!! I drove away with the Murano I came for… The thing I want to share because it was so unusual was… Your staff were genuinely happy (July 3rd working a holiday weekend even) and they seemed to love their jobs. David Cobb had waited patiently (a month) and was great at getting me the deal for the car I really wanted and was happy walking away with! Great team!!! Smolich Nissan was absolutely amazing with their customer service. They were very accommodating and even filled the car up for with gas for us. We had a fantastic buying experience all around. Neida was our sales person and we got great vibes from the start. Throughout the entire process she was knowledgable and helpful. We needed to buy a truck for our new trailer and were deciding between a Titan and a Ram. I was hoping they were able to cross sell since the dealerships have the same ownership but unfortunately that wasnt the case. I planned on us just driving a used Ram to compare as my husband was already liking the Titan so much but Neida was a rockstar and suggested we go over and drive a brand new one just to be sure. She found us a great sales person over there (Ill be writing a review for them next) and told us she would be there if we had any questions or wanted to look at the Titan more. We spent a lot of time driving multiple models of the Titans and Rams. Never once were were pressured which was such a relief as it was a big/expensive decision for us on which one to choose. We ended up taking time to go to lunch and then ultimately went back and bought the Titan XD on their showroom floor. The process was easy and upfront through everything. I was surprised to even find out that they had someone who can do leather reupholstery, which we decided to do as the truck we wanted was missing that feature. When it was time to sign finance paperwork, Russ was such a pleasure to speak and work with. He was funny and knowledgable as well, turns out we were even from the same area previous before moving to Bend. I cant thank everyone enough for the great car buying experience. We had some tire issues with our new truck and even that has been a wonderful experience.

I try not to write a negative review for anyone unless its a really bad experience and if Im worried for others. I am currently driving my fourth Nissan. I love Nissan. Until today, Ive never had the intentions of driving any other brand. And because of today, we will not be buying locally, which we always try to do.When we were first approached by the Nissan salesperson, he stepped back and took his mask off - we were inside. I told him right away that we needed him to put his mask on if we were going to stay. He told us he was 6 feet away, but did put the mask on.When we went outside he kept taking it off, my mom and I kept backing up. It was interesting. The two manager-looking gentlemen in the front office had no mask on, which wouldnt matter if the other associates werent going in there and out.There was another salesperson on with two clients who had NO mask on and his clients had NO mask on. Im sorry to say, we will not be back to Nissan of Bend. Their disregard for the seriousness of this virus is very alarming. Perhaps #oregonosha will know if this is acceptable or not.Still love Nissan the product, but this dealership will not see us again.

I bought a 2016 Ford expedition for there asking price of $29000.00 they told me my trade was only worth $2000.00 after 30 min we got them to go $3700.00 they said it was going to start taking out of there profit .two days later they put my trade up for $12200.00. There was plenty of room in this deal for them to profit without taking advantage of me. But they chose to do so anyway.

Lithia recently acquired this dealership. When I went to pick up my car, the price had more than doubled from previous visits. The service writer did not take the time to review the history of the vehicle, or advise that a substantial increase in prices occurred. When I asked to talk to the store manager, he was of even less help. Not concerned about my experience, only interested in telling me how great Lithia is. I am going to be purchasing a new car in 2021, and will not be considering Nissan.

My radiator overheated and blew on my second trip while I was selling my home & moving my family from Montana over the summer while pulling a 20 trailer. Nissan Lithia of Bend fixed my radiator, took care of miscellaneous recalls, and had space to park my trailer. Everyone was understanding and helpful while working through my situation, covid, fires, etc. and took great care of me while I ultimately had to make arrangements to fly back to Montana, pack, and move 2 more times! They worked with me while we waited for our home to sell, had a friend move my trailer to Salem, and then transported my truck to me in Salem (the head gasket is blown and I plan to rebuild the engine myself). Im greatful for their understanding and all of their help.

I will never buy from Lithia again.I have spent around $250,000 - $300,000 worth on vehicles all from lithia dealerships within the last 2 years. 10+ vehicles I have bought from them. Well after yesterday, I don’t think I will spend another dime with them ever again. In fact, I am so disgusted and feeling betrayed that I am going to cancel my warranties, lifetime oil changes and just sell or trade the vehicles I currently have that I got from lithia to a different dealership. Why? $5,000 measly dollars. I’ve watched lithia make more than that off of one vehicle that I traded in to them, but when I need them to help on a trade in ONE TIME? Nope they could care less. All they care about is how much money they can make off of you. I wish I knew this before I gave them so much of my money. I have $100,000 worth of vehicles RIGHT NOW that I have purchased from them...but they can’t help with a tiny amount of around $5,000. If lithia nissan wants to make it right, they are more than welcome to and maybe I will reconsider my rating and if I’ll buy from them again. Until then, this review will remain on here for everyone else to see how you treat your loyal customers.

I had Chevy Trail Boss, Toyota Tundra Trd Pro and Ram Rebel in my top 3. Nissan wasnt even in the consideration. I woke up one morning thinking how could I make a true unbiased decision if I didnt drive all of them. So we went to Nissan and I was fully expecting to not like the Nissan Titan Pro4x at all. I submitted my information through their website and within 12 or so hours I received a response from Russ Jarvis. He called me and we went through some basic information regarding what I was looking for. He wasnt pushy or impatient over the phone like I have experienced with Robberson Ford, Lithia Chevy in Bend or Lithia Ram in Bend (They were both Smolich at the time) He asked the right questions not treating me like I was money on the other end. I called him a couple days later and set up an appointment to meet him ( this is how I do it. I contact the dealership and make sure someone is available to help me. Instead of going in and randomly talking to who is in the parking lot). Russ greeted me and my wife at 0830 in the morning Christmas Eve with what I think was a smile (mask on) Had the vehicle we spoke about already cleaned and present up front. Took a test drive and my wife drove it as well. Got back to the dealership and we spoke some more about the Pro4x. He found a vehicle in stock which checked off every box i wanted in a truck. The thing still had the plastic wrap on it from the delivery. And I couldnt believe what happened next....we started the process of purchasing a Nissan Titan Pro4x! The amount of time Russ Jarvis took to find out what we wanted/needed, how he treated myself and my wife with respect as PEOPLE not as someone who was going to boost his numbers. Russ even was willing to purchase food when I informed him my wife was getting a bit HANGRY! I was then surprised by Ryan Russell (General Sales Manager). He came and introduced himself like we have been friends in a past life. He spoke to me and my wife like we knew each other! Again that Respect thing keeps coming up. He presented us with numbers of which we spoke about instead of overinflating everything (HONESTY) We then met Steven Chipper Brown (Finance Manager) and again pleasantly surprised by how friendly he was as well! Very kind and supportive in the finance office which can be a stressful place to be. Not here.It matters how you talk to people. It matters how you treat them. It matters when you make their needs your needs. Thats why I will 100% will be recommending Lithia Nissan of Bend to everyone. 100% will be going to them for accessories, parts, service, etc. And will 100% be going back when its time for another vehicle.

Based off just their service center I would give them 5 stars. Great, fast, friendly service center. Very clean and you can visibly see them working on your vehicle. Inside waiting area is clean and stocked with free snacks and coffee. Showroom is large and bright.

After rearranging some of my monthly finances I decided it was finally time to upgrade my 2006 Ford Explorer for a 2016 Ford Explorer. So over 2 months ago I purchased this beauty, it was going to be a surprise to my kids, however Lithia Nissan of Bend (whom I purchased it from) told me that the AC lines needed to be repaired and that they were going to take care of it for me. That sounded great to me. What car dealership ever tells you about a problem a car has after you sign the a is paperwork then offers to take care of it... none ever lol..So I was really impressed with their integrity to say the least but there was a small problem, the part was on back order for 3 weeks! They gave me a loaner car in the meantime. 3 weeks came and went and the part got delayed another 3 weeks... then 3 weeks went again and the part was delayed yet again. So I found a local place that could custom make the part and they got to work. Once the part was fixed and installed 2 weeks later they find that a seal was bad on the new part! Omg really? This is just crazy at this point. So they did it all over again and yet another week or so later I finally picked my car up and brought it home for the first time after owning it for over 2 months. I highly recommend @bendnissan to anyone that is looking for a new car. The staff has proven to be trustworthy and integral. The sales man that helped me is David and the sales manager is Ryan. They are both upstanding gentlemen..By the way... I still pulled off the surprise for my kids! It was probably the longest Ive ever held in a secret like that 😆.

Service techs took care of me right away. Work got done in a timely manner. Waiting area and snacks and restrooms were available. Service people were very friendly. They recognize me and give a warm greeting. Their work area is always spotless.

I selected met expectations rather than exceeds expectations because Andrew Sheridan and his staff provide what I expect, superior service. A service department is only as good as its supervisor and, in my case, that includes Dan, his assistant, and your service technician who performed the work that was necessary. Whether my vehicles need simple oil changes or more complicated service I know the work will be well done.I am also mentioning Luke who manages the the parts department. Often times the individual who ensures parts are available is neglected. He has assisted me several times over the years.
