Picked up an suv from auto kings was told it underwent a 100 point inspection. I can say with certainty no inspection ever took place. Checked the oil and the car was 2 full quarts low. Would not recommend Auto Kings unless you have an outside mechanic double check the vehicle.

This BY FAR had the best and easiest experience I have ever had purchasing a car! I was able to send in pre approval and trade in info online. They called me super fast with my monthly payment amount (which was less than my requested max). I was able to come by and test drive. Once I said I loved it they again asked if the price was good for me (of course, lowest listing price and great deals per KBB). Signing paperwork was maybe 30 minutes, if that. Literally from walking onto the lot to driving away in my new car was an hour (Not several like the big dealerships). Everyone who works there was super helpful and nice (because they don’t make commission there was absolutely no pressure). Fantastic place!! Buying a car should be fun, this business does just that! Once I picked a car I was out of there with my new vehicle in 15 minutes. Can’t beat that. They also left me alone to look and come to them when I wanted to drive something. No awkward sales dude hovering over me.

Friendly at first but not much towards the end. Didn’t really feel like he wanted or had time to help me either way I would not recommend going here. He didn’t know much about the cars we asked him about either. I would recommend going somewhere where they know there inventory and are trying to help you, not just going to work to get paid. He also had to remind me how he “doesn’t get paid commission”, which doesn’t matter to me I just wanted someone who could tell me about the car. 🙄To reply after there comment it wasn’t them not being over my should that made me feel like they didn’t have time. When I asked if they could come explain to me what a button would do, he made a kind of sigh then came to come show me. Then he didn’t know what the button meant and looked it up.

We wanted to express our appreciation to Lance and his brothers for getting us into a Honda Element that we had been looking for, for quite a while. We were resigned to having to travel to Portland for a selection. When we saw the listing at Bends Auto Kings we hopped to it, but were unable to see the car quickly because it was still being detailed. When we got our chance to test drive, the staff was very friendly and did not pressure at all. When we finished a thorough test drive, we noted that the brakes were noisy and probably needed work. We scheduled a check-out of the vehicle with our local mechanic the next day. Overnight, Auto Kings took the Element into their shop and replaced the brakes! (WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS?) We had a great experience with Auto Kings. We did most of out paperwork online (Due to Covid) and just had to go in to test drive and sign papers. They had other clients ahead of us so they gave us the keys to the new pickup and said to come back in a couple of hours to do the paperwork. The pickup had not had an oil change yet so they sent us right to their place and the oil change was done before we left town. The Cataletic converters needed replaced as well so they scheduled a date for us to bring it to get those replaced. They gave us another car off the lot to do our shopping while they got the pickup tip top. We loved working with them and we will highly recommend them for your next vehicle.

Awesome experience from start to finish! Everyone there was really helpful in all the right ways. They ended up saving us $55 a month on our payment! I would recommend them 1000 times over again. While we were there, the other customer was a really unpleasant and rude woman and they were even helpful and kind to her. I certainly wouldn’t have been.

Bought a 2013 ford with 90,000 for 27,000 then paid 2,500 for their great warranty at 96,000 it blew up was inspected by 2 mechanics and costs me 15,000 to replace which the warranty company paid 10,800 of that because the motor they wanted supply would not be put in be any shop I called Oregon from McMinnville to Klamath falls the wheel bearings bad and the ball joints are all shot! 1,300 at Shwabs. I I’ll never ever even talk about this place again if some one asks I’ll just tell them not to shop at car lots who’s workers girlfriend works at a repo place!!!!!

It wasn’t “let us schedule you an appointment and we’ll figure it out” it was “bring it in when you can and we’ll take care of it right away”.I was told they would need the truck a couple days. 6 hours later I was called and the truck was finished, to which I am completely satisfied. Worst customer service at the service center. Sold me a truck that had bad fuel pump and bad headlight wiring. Already had to take the truck to ford to get fixed. Took it in to have them fix the headlight wiring and they slapped 5 zip ties on it and called it good... take your business elsewhere trust me.Update: Auto Kings reimbursed me for all the work I had to have done to the truck, without me reaching out to them. That was awesome and made me feel better about working with them for sure!

I was in Bend for the weekend and started having car trouble the night before we left. Sunday, the car was running worse and we werent sure if we would be able to drive back home to Portland. We happened upon the AutoKings car shop and Charles went above and beyond helping us out even though the shop wasnt open. He ensured our safe return home and he insisted we only pay for the part, he didnt even charge us for his service to check and change our spark plug. Beyond excellent customer service!

Let me start off by saying that I have purchased 3 vehicles from Auto Kings. The first experience was great and so I came back to buy another, and another! Sent my best friend in to buy one as well and he bought two cars. I purchased a 2007 Jeep in the dead of winter and got it home only to find out that the transmission was fried. They got me into the sop that day and loaned me a giant Seahawk Toyota Truck to drive while the Jeep was being fixed. Got the Jeep back and drove it 40 miles and the trans they put in was bad. Put it back in the shop and boom thirds times a charm. They really bent over backwards to make sure I felt like I was being taken care of. Austin was great to deal with. As a sales person myself, it was nice to not feel sold to. I highly recommend them for a used car.

This one guy from here I don’t remember his name but I went like 3 times and he didn’t want to sell to me for some reason I don’t know why? I have good credit had a good amount of money saved up and everything but didn’t want to sell to me for some reason. I don’t know if he thought I was too young or he was racist? Or maybe he was lazy Or He just wasn’t having a good day or anything and he for some reason just did not want to sell to me..... and then a week later I see that same damn evo I wanted to get being rode around town.
