Great associates and wonderful service

Bought a phone and could not hear with it.they refused to take it back.i called the same day I got the phone.would not recommend this store.the other store is good to work with.

Everyone Ive had help me here has been really great to work with. Especially Yvonne M; before my family finally purchased our new phones, we came in several times for quotes and to learn about current deals. She helped us almost every time, and it was so nice! Sometimes you have to wait quite a while to be helped, but only if there are already other customers there.Also my family has used US Cellular for at least 10 years now and havent ever run into any issues we couldnt resolve in a single phone call. The local service is great, but I would recommend getting a free roaming plan.

These guys are why I havent switched to Verizon with all the promo deals though its tempting. I am technically challenged and Im in this office about 5 times a year asking g for help. They take their time and I never feel pressured or rushed. Honesty is the best policy. Thanks guys! Especially Jeff + Evan

Every single time I come in there is always one employee and he is always helping someone it takes forever. You need more people in here to work so people can get to where they need to be instead of waiting over an hour for just a simple phone bill to be paid that takes not even 10 minutes.!!!!

Too expensive of plans but great employees!
