Stopped here for gas. Asher filled our tank, was efficient and polite. There were at least 5 attendants in retro service caps, white shirts, bow ties, American flag on their sleeve! Energetic workers. Greeted us politely and said have a great day! We have been having trouble finding any attendants at all at other gas stations. Well be back.

I really like this Station. I get all my fuel there plus lots of other things.I was there today, 8/15/21. I waited for the one of the two clerks who was wearing a mask, The other was not masked. When she called me forward, I said I would wait for the masked checker. He told me not to get on her as he was wearing a mask because he had diabetes, but the Boss said she didnt have to wear a mask.

We stop here wverytime we drive through Bend on the way to Medford. Love their uniforms. Always friendly and efficient.

Decent place, frequently go there. Tired of telling the attendants not to touch my windows. Everybody leaving bad reviews because of masks, grow up.

Best customer service I have ever experienced! Josh at the gas pumps always notices when I have my sleeping daughter in the back seat and makes sure not to bang on the windows when washing them. Very friendly and considerate.

I really like this station for a number of reasons; customer service is always outstanding, prices are competitive, store selection is varied, they have a good gas station food deli🤔, there is a growler station here that serves pub type food too. Service is always quick and always with a smile! 10 out of 10!

Came in this morning and half the customers in there not wearing face masks and half the employees wearing them below their nose. There is a sign out front that states the july 1st mandate, but when I asked these questions I was told that they are not allowed to enforce the mandate or refuse service. I will not return

Long fuel lines make up for the tight parking long. People tend to ignore the No Parking sign next to the Propane, making for difficult navigation.

They have the hardest working kids in town. And they all have been there for some time. And that says a lot. And I love Philly cheese steak sandwiches. I promise you they have the best in town. If you have the opportunity have them make you a fresh one. Id put it up above any of the others in town.

This is my go to gas station strictly because of the location and amazing staff. As mentioned in other reviews, the customer service here is wonderful! Everyone that works here is friendly and efficient, especially Edward (gas attendant) who always goes above and beyond to make the experience great. 4 stars given due to higher gas prices than other nearby stations and slightly higher product costs. Customer service is 5 stars though!

Great customer service. The cashiers are trained well and are a pleasure to see every time I visit. Gas jockeys are attentive and fast. The owner or manager deserves kudos for caring about customer service in an age where it can be lacking.

Service. This place has got it down. I go here regularly for fuel because of it. Easy in and out too. The store is well stocked and they have a beer cave and growler full station. Everything you need in a convenience store with the great service too.

Gas station attendees wear their face masks under their chin. I didnt have time to put my mask on because I was not expecting for the person to come up to the car window without the mask not covering their face. Very disturbing and disappointed.

This is a must see for anyone visiting or living in Bend. The gas attendants are among the friendliest and they wear old fashioned outfits with little white hats. Needed early morning coffee, breakfast and gas -5am early. Arrived and I was greeted quickly at the pump. Went to pay inside and everyone was smiling and enjoying the day. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Had the crossiant sausage breakfast sandwich and it was freshly made, warm and the sausage had NO GRISSLE! This is the best gas station on the entire West Coast. Great work!

This is one amazing stations the service is above and beyond. If I lived in the area it would be my go to! They clean your window, ask if your trash needs emptied, smile while they talk to you ..like service used to be...simply amazing! Pulled in with a 40ft RV and road on a busy morning and the guys working the pumps were awesome! They worked me into a line, got me fueled and out of there without getting trapped or stuck by all the other cars. Excellent work guys!!

This is the best place to fill up in town. They have excellent fast service. They always wash your windows or scrape and remove snow if needed. They always ask if you have any garbage they can throw away for you. And the best part is they hire younger kids that I feel are having a harder time finding good places to work. And this place seems to teach them a real good work ethic. Ill even go out of my way in order to fill up here.

This place rocks. I stop here everytime I am in bend. The staff is always happy and they are still quick and efficient even though they are always slammed! And they will always happily was your windows and give my four-legged best friends a treat

Outstanding service reminding of the 50s. We came in pulling an RV and were promptly directed to a pump by a very friendly attendant, called me by my first name, washed the windshield, even opened the door for my wife when she came to the truck plus lolly pops. Cant beat that.

Customer service is fast and friendly. But not overly friendly the only things I dont like is there is not enough parking but the service is so fast you wont have to wait long for a spot. At times the music is to loud but they make up for it b it being great music.

We always gas up at the Shell on HW 20. It is a bit busy, but the service is always superb. Our windows always get washed - front and back. The staff at the shell is on top of their game and are always ready to serve.

This place understands customer service like no other! Obviously they train the employees to come happy or dont come.

They have the best fuel service in town. They always clean the windows while youre getting fuel and offer to take trash you have in your vehicle

Edward was a kind gentleman and he is an example for all people that wonder why their business is just so-so, no matter what you do! If you are young and you want to experience what it was like in the 50s and 60s at a service station, go here for the experience.

Drove in for gas and immediately was greeted by a gas attendent and told which was leaving first and to pull up for that spot. Nick, another attendent, washed my windshield and back window very well and right as we were filled up they put the cap back on and closed the cover and we were on our way. Best gas station in town and best gasoline quality by far.

Gas attendants are always running around trying to get you in and out as fast as possible.

This is the only station in town that has the best customer service that you havent seen in years, they even have a growler fill station that makes fresh pizzas, breadsticks, and wings. You can come in and sample beers and even have a beer while your ride is getting fueld up or just wanting to come in at anytime for good beer
