I got sick from this place and thought maybe it was a one off? My wife visited a few weeks later and she got violently ill. Not sure if they clean properly, but they have something going on here.

Great staff, good little diy yogurt place, chill vibes selection is good and prices are reasonable.

My daughter lives this place me not so much but I am grumpy old dad lol

We visited the east side location. The hospitality we received was beyond the best!!! A variety of yummy flavors! I will go back 😁

As a healthcare worker who works on a covid unit, to find the staff member working the register tonight to be unapologetically unmasked was so disappointing and honestly grossly disrespectful. This has the potential to lose thw business of a lot of hospital employees who are regular customers. The froyo was great as always, but the public safety measures...not so much. I probably wont be back because of this.

Im disappointed to go in the east side shop today and neither worker was masked and one with long hair past her shoulders did not have hair tied back in any way. She was leaning over the open toppings. Ick! Isnt that a health violation?

Employees do not wear masks. Machines are dirty and broken most of the time. You guys need to step your game up if Im coming back

Had my daughters birthday here over the weekend. It was GREAT. The staff was accommodating, understanding and friendly. The yogurt was of course great. And the room was perfect. We had 9 kids plus 13 adults. I was afraid it was going to cost me more then I hoped, but it wasnt. I got away with under $100. [I think 1 or 2 people paid for themselves] the room only cost $25 to rent and we were in and out within an hour and half. Its great because we never know if there will be snow or not. So we planned an inside and outside portion... this year we only did the inside.Thanks cuppa yo!

All time favorite dessert, I probably go a couple times a week. I’m really sad they took away some of their best selling toppings( the boba and Mochi ) but still so yummy.

Cuppa Yo East is our favorite sweet treat in Bend. Been going there for years. Wish theyd freshen up the inside and take care of the bathroom a bit but great staff always! Froyo flavors are always satisfying and the topping choices are plentiful!

I’m not one to ever complain or post my discontent but this was an appalling experience. Prior to COVID-19 and the nose pick and finger lick experience...,this was our favorite weekly place to visit, take visitors, meet with friends, team celebrations, birthday’s...extra. We were looking forward to return and have our favorite treat. This Saturday we we’re very disappointed to see there was NO Social Distancing and neither of the employees serving were warring a mask. As disappointed as we were we decided to give them another shot today, hopeful the situation had been rectified and a better experience .Unfortunately not only were they not warring masks but we witnessed the young man serving picked his nose, served a patron then lick his fingers without washing. It was disgusting and disappointing to say the least. We went to Baskin Robins and had an much better experience, to say the least.

Havent been in quite a while. The yogurt was delicious. There are a wide variety of toppings; however some parents seem to think its appropriate to let their kids taste and serve the yogurt and toppings without supervision........really detracts from going to get a yogurt treat.

Love the self serve yogurt business! So much fun! The flavors are amazing & the variety of toppings is great. My 6 yr old son wants to to every day!

Not a ton of flavors half of them were nonfat and tasted like chemicals. The Caramel, chocolate,and vanilla were good. The toppings were lacking a bit as well. Fruit is in season all around you and you use frozen strawberries. At least the blueberries were fresh. I would have loved some peaches and kiwis. Definitely not a five star place.

Frozen yogurt, yum! I love that theres different options and new options! You can also have more then one flavor. Didnt know before but theres a divider you can put in your cup to have two different frozen yogurts with all the different toppings

$3 Tuesdays are awesome! Fill up your cup for a flat $3. Cant beat that! Definitely coming back.

It was decent didnt realize how quickly the price Adds up because you only find out your final price want youve added on everything. I think thats their gimmick

Not quite as many flavors as our Yogurtland, but the ones we had were delicious and a great selection of toppings. Even have a party room. Staff were very courteous and nice. Decor was fun!

We always enjoy going here. They have a couple staples like chocolate and vanilla, but they also rotate the other machines for a good variety every time we go.

The parking lot is way better than the west side one also the store is bigger so less of a cluster

Probably the best FroYo Ive ever had! I cant get many of the toppings because I cant eat gluten, but what I can get is still very good!

Everyone here is very nice! Its not usually crowded when I go in and everything is always spotless

One of the best froyo places Ive been to. Usually at least one REALLY good flavor (Red velvet cake?!?! omg) and some of my absolute favorite toppings such as popping boba.
