Omg, I absolutely love this place. I hadnt eaten here in awhile but when I saw I could order delivery from Bend Take Out, I had to order some breakfast for myself. I ordered the Savory Avocado Toast...so yummy, it is hands down the best I have ever had. I want to buy loaves of that bread, it was divine. I will also take a bottle of the Caesar Dressing. I feel great after eating one of their meals and if you are thinking of going plant based, eating at Salud Raw Food will definitely convince you to do so. I am a huge fan and only wish I could afford to eat there daily. Absolutely, divine! 😍🥰😁👍

While I’m not a vegan, I do have several dietary restrictions that tend to make it very difficult to find desserts that I can eat. This place was like an oasis for my mouth.What started out as a quick stop to grab a small bite turned into a two hour affair that had my wife and I literally ordering at the counter three separate times to continue trying the various delicious food & drink.While all of the food was tasty and felt on point, my highlights were the wontons, spicy tuna rawl, red velvet smoothie, maya mocha coffee, and essentially whatever desserts they happen to have that day, as it sounds like they change daily.This will be a stop I make anytime that I’m in Bend in the future.

Incredible little gem! Super cute patio seating. We ordered the won tons and wrap. Also the antioxidant juice. Everything was beautifully presented and so fresh! I wish I could eat here every day, but alas I’m just passing through Bend. Also the staff seemed to really care about the quality of the food. Love this place!

Been here twice now and both times were excellent! The smoothies, dessert, the food, Devine! Fresh ingredients and nothing processed added, which I love. And the people were so nice and helpful (with my many questions) very patient.

Sweet little spot with incredible drinks and out of this world raw food. There is a cozy seating area inside and a nice patio outside with some shade and grass nearby. Don’t miss this, it’s a little tucked away. Look for the little sign on the main road. Definitely worth visiting.

Wow! We were looking for something light, fresh, healthy, and tasty. We found it at Salud’s. I really appreciated the delightful balance of flavors in the drinks and the food. The staff are warm and friendly.

The BEST vegan food around!!! It was the best tasting fresh and filling food Ive had in a while we ate there twice in a day because we craved it so bad after the first time. Highly recommend the nachos and the green juice with jalepeno in it!!!

Friendly, cheerful atmosphere, and you get exactly whats advertised. Im impressed that the staff here is able to make raw food taste as good as they do (I cant do nearly as well on my own). Highly recommended for anyone whos on a raw/vegan diet, or if you just want some actual juice with no sugar added. Also, they sell hot sauce, so whats not to love?

Fantastic! Delicious, more filling than we expected. Fresh and beautiful plates, a nice patio to eat on, friendly staff and a super helpful chef who suggested a substitution for me on a dish. Highly recommend and wish they were closer so I could be a regular!

Best Raw foods experience I have ever had the pleasure of having. I found the best tacos I have ever had in my entire life and they are RAW. 3 Tacos filled with walnut meat, cabbage, cashew sour cream, tropical mango 🥭 salsa and spicy pepitas for $12.50 and it was worth every penny!🤤😋 The spicy pepitas basically acted like a super dope salsa or hot sauce to add just the right kick 🌶️🔥 to still keep this light, fresh and filling!Followed up the tacos by trying the strawberry vanilla cheesecake.🍓 The crust was filled with different types of nuts and the cheesecake was super creamy and thick. It kind of reminded me of yogurt...Butternut squash soup was not my favorite...but not bad either. Kind of reminded me of baby food.

I didnt like the taste of my shake at all I was embarrassed to send it back it took a while to make. It seemed a little pricey for what we got still hungry after I finish a shake and wrap

What a gem! Amazing food! Its a unique experience eating there if you are newer to raw food. Very fair prices for food made with alot of prep time. One of the few places to find the cleanest food in Bend! Everything is so beautifully prepared and tastes delicious! Our little kids appreciated the quality and taste of the food and kept saying mommy yummy! Its really that good! Thank you for a beautiful experience!!!

This place is INCREDIBLE! We had the falafel wraps with collard greens...holy cow! We felt so nourished and so satisfied. Who ever knew eating raw could be so tasty!? Visiting Salud is a must.

I just had the BEST vegan nori wrap, it was absolutely delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Even if you are not a raw diet this place is amazing!

Oh my gosh this food was delicious. I took a chance and didnt know what to expect as I really dont like the taste of beets. But they had them in a wrap and they were fabulous. Friendly staff and a small quaint but cute little side restaurant on the back corner of a building. Ill be back for more.

Just plain amazing food. Certainly a contender for the best vegan/vegetarian food in Bend, and pretty much the only raw place. Bonus: really friendly staff, nice outdoor patio area, lush green lawn area if you want to throw out a blanket and eat picnic style.

Enjoyable local establishment with fresh ingredients. Recommend going early for the best selection of breakfast options as they can sell out of some meals. Also has desserts such as raw cheesecake. Cooks are willing to make modifications for vegan, gluten-free, and special dietary restrictions. They also have lawn service if you care to eat on a blanket in the grass. This can be very beneficial if you have energetic children.

Cant believe we havent been in before. We tried the key lime vegan cheesecake at Spork and it lured us in. Say ole tacos are awesome. Thanks for lunch! Even my 4 year old was satisfied.

Just went here for the first time. What a gorgeous little space! So welcoming and peaceful. As a vegan, I’m really happy to have found this place (it’s so nice when you don’t have to worry about any dairy products being in your food!) I had the bliss out burrito 😋 So tasty! I am very into raw diets and tend to revolve my diet around eating like this. This place is very unique and has great flare with using simple, raw ingredients. I absolutely will return here, not only for inspiration but also because the atmosphere is great.

I came in this morning and it was an AWESOME way to start my morning. I got the Heavy Metal Detox per Corrines suggestion. I really enjoyed her shop and I have been feeling refreshed ever since I stepped foot in there today. If you havent tried her flu shot, do it! Your body and taste buds will thank you! Thank you for being an awesome person Corrine and I will be back again and again. AND AGAIN :)

Delicious, healthy and organic food with creative recipes. They are whole food plant based so are incredibly allergy safe.

This food is amazing and so fresh. Although there was only 1 woman working she was very friendly and was happy to have us! The only downer was that she was out of a few things but I still loved the Ole tacos and the Green Smoothie.

SO yummy. Had the Half Moon walnutty patty with avo and cashew hollandaise, and the Green Alchemy smoothie. Felt full but not all bogged down afterwards. Super friendly staff and fresh grub. Wish there were more places like this.

Such a hit and miss. I get smoothies from there occasionally and sometimes it’s just ice and banana and almond milk, sadly tastes like nothing else. For 9 dollars I do expect more. Depends whose working and making your drink!
