We had Baxter builders build our house and Bend Glass and Mirror do all three of our bathrooms. We were more than satisfied with their service . The technicians very professional, called ahead and showed up on time. Excellent company!

If there was a 0 star option that would still be too generous for this company. Weve had an appointment scheduled NINE times to get all of our house mirrors and glass shower door installed and we are still without any of it. Not only have they not shown up every time, they also dont feel its necessary to notify us that when arent coming. We have been promised date after date and prepare our house for them to come and install, just to be underwhelmingly disappointed. They clearly have no problem or remorse wasting our time. I urge everyone to stay away so they cant waste yours.

I stopped in needing advice on a leak related to my glass shower doors (installed by someone else.) After getting the run around and multiple contradictory suggestions at the big box stores, Bobby was a breath of fresh air. He knew exactly what the issue was, showed me examples on the showroom floor, and explained everything clearly and patiently. Wonderful customer service.

Had a custom shower installed and I was absolutely dissatisfied!!! What a waste of money!!!!And the installers were rude and messy leaving trash and wearing muddy boots in my house!

My very first call to ask if they could help was terrible. The guy who answered just wouldnt listen and spoke spoke over me. There is no ways in a million years I would deal them just from that first encounter, even if their technicians were ok.

The office sales staff is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to go over every detail. The crew that measures and has installed the showers has been amazing (Bill & Brandon) and their friendliness is so appreciated. Bend Glass and Mirror is terrific. We had them size and replace glass in two cabinet doors and custom cut a glass top for a very odd shaped table. Both jobs were done quickly and at a reasonable cost. Bobby is great to deal with and helped us through the glass selection for our cabinets. Would recommend Bend Glass and Mirror to everyone.

Excellent job at Bend Glass and Mirror. I got 2 custom pieces of glass cut for a large frame. The 1st one fit and the 2nd one did not quite fit. I came in on my lunch break and got a new piece of glass cut in just a few minutes that fits the frame perfect. Excellent work and I appreciated the promptness and the flexibility in fixing the issue. Would recommend.

Bend Glass & Mirror has always provided me and my family with exceptional service. The installers and office staff always do a great job and are so friendly. The shower they installed at my home looks amazing and I am so happy with everything this company has done.

Friendly and helpful. Instead of spending a lot of money on a hearth pad for my stove, I ordered a piece of tempered glass for half the cost of a hearth pad. The glass has the appropriate R-value if you get the right thickness and the staff helped me figure this out. Also, the stove looks awesome sitting on glass rather than an ugly pad since you can see the nice wood floor underneath

The owner of Bend Glass & Mirror cam out to quote something for me, once he saw what I needed but they dont do instead of just blowing me off he gave me recommendations on how to prevent the reflection and even offered several companies contacts for other solutions. A week later he even called back to check and see if i was able to get a hold of someone to come out and help. Very courteous & Very Professional.

Recently had two showers doors installed. Nothing but a quality company. Every employee takes personal pride in their work, are extremely professional and are exceptional at keeping their customers informed. Highly recommend!

This place stole 900 dollars from me. Please spend your money locally, but not here. The worst service I have ever had in Bend since I moved here in 95. Zero integrity. The jerk behind their counter screwed up and tried to put it on me. He ordered a shower door in the wrong size, and then told me I could try to sell it on craigs list. This place will never survive the next recession. Shame on you Bend Glass and Mirror!

We busted our glass out of our fireplace (which is are only source of heat). Bend Glass and Mirror had it replaced that day with a price much less than there competitors. We are very grateful.
