Manager Abby and staff were awesome today handling a return for flower solar lights that were not functioning as expected. They all went out of their way for us! My home is designed and filled with Pier 1. I always called it my Champagne and Perals store. It was sophisticated, one of a KIND creams, suttle expensive appearing. There was always a hidden treasure to be found. My out side furniture is all from Pier 1. Then one day I was shopping for table napkins, table runners and beautiful napkin rings. I walked in the store and felt I had entered Wafair. All you have to do is look at their commercials and you think who could live with the many bright colors, no continuation and style. I just mute the TV. Why the change from sophistication to miss matched items you could purchase anywhere . Your store and merchandise was unbeatable. I am so sad as a Designer that your stores are closing. You had a special nich in the market!. I will always enjoy all my treasures and feel that I helped many families bring a consistent charm to their homes. Thank you. I am very dissapointed you will be gone!

Very pretty, clean full of great product. Friendly staff and very informative visit. A bit spendy but just my style. Good selection of all departments and gift ideas for stress free shopping! Awesome!

This used to be a fun, cheap, never know what youll find kinda store. I worked for them back in the 80s. Now its predictable and expensive. Some pretty stuff but was put off by prices and heat being so high in store I left after a quick walk thru.

Fun store with very helpful staff going above and beyond. Tracked out item at another store for me. The inventory has many styles along with seasonal items.
