We came in just wanting to lay on a few beds to get a feel and then finish our grocery shopping, but we left with a full sleep education! We discovered so many different aspects of our sleeping habits that help us narrow down our bed choice so that in the end, both my wife and I were/are excited about our new bed and eletric base. We were very impressed with what Sleep Number beds had to offer. The manager was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. One visit and we walked away very excited about the new bed we purchased! We highly recommend checking out their store and seeing why these beds are so amazing!

It was a very busy Saturday and only two sales people, however, they made us feel welcomed and assisted us completely. We spent a number of hours there trying out different beds, getting tested (which was very informative) and finally deciding on the bed for us. Our sales lady Tali was a delight and worked very hard to make sure we got the proper bed and it was one that was 50% off, cant beat that. I would recommend shopping at the Bend Sleep Number store.

Helpful salespeople. Sleep Number has a fantastic warranty on the beds. Mine is over 25 years old and all I needed to replace was the remote control and still received 10% warranty allowance. Now thats pretty amazing. Took a long time to receive replacement which I had to continue to follow up on. Good parking too!

These people were very nice and helpful, but beware of the product. We have an older sleep number bed that is leaking so we opened it up to try and fix it. The entire bed is filled with black mold. It turns out this is a common problem and the company never recalled it or let us know. The nice people at the store suggested we call customer service. Did that today, 20 minutes on hold and Lenisha requested photos. We closed that bed up so the spores wouldnt spread and now she wants us to open it up again. I was expecting people in hazmat suits to take the bed away and a compensatory bed so we would have something to sleep on. Nice people but a very poor company.
