The OWNER of this establishment just verbally abused me because I asked him to put on a mask to protect his customers. Please dont support a business owner that feels the need to cuss and yell at customers.

Delicious ice cream my order is never ever correct though. Definitely feel like a bunch of stoners run the place. I get delivery all the time because the ice cream is so good but dont be surprised when its wrong.

We take our kids here periodically for their great selection of ice cream. Service is always upbeat and kind, even during these trying times.

I really liked this place. Clean, fast and friendly service that is a reminder of a classic 31 flavors. Ice cream was delicious and they have a host of different items and cakes that can cure any sweet tooth. Very family friendly and conveniently located near the entrance of Fred Meyers. Prices are a little expensive but well worth an occasional treat.

Was disappointed in selection and of cleanliness of the store. The freezers and ice cream tubs looked to be old. Ice cream I ordered was melted and look as if it had been refroze. The gal behind the counter was clearly stoned. Should maybe use visine if youre going to be loaded at work.

Whats not to love about ice cream?

I love Baskin-Robbins but this particular store cleanliness is terrible. We stopped by mid-week for a early treat after my kids doctors appointment and the store opened 30min later than scheduled to open. Also I understand that they hire young staff but basic hand washing policies should be better enforced or maybe better training.

Got ice cream for my family. Found hair in my ice cream. 2 hairs, not just one. Called them to let them know they might want to throw the containers of ice cream away. No apology, nothing.. super bummed.

While the ice cream and milkshakes were amazeballz, the lack of care for my daughters safety when she slipped with her crutches upon entering the store. Fortunately a sharp piece of metal jabbed into her to keep her from falling. The lady behind the counter looks at me dead pan like I didnt grow up here and says We dont get rain very often. Not oh is she okay. Just took my order and didnt even offer an apology. So after it snowing feet upon feet of snow last month shes going to try to tell me that a mat is not needed. I just grateful that she wasnt hurt any worse.

Im a local I frequent this 31 flavors often especially after a good hardy taco from taco bell! (I know I love a healthy life) anyways my only concern is that not necessarily anything wrong but it seems like everytime I walk in there are young girls that are working. Now they might be older and just coincidently have been short. But 9pm in a little run down area of bend. I dont know it seems a but sketchy. Im only worried for the girls safety thats all. But other than that I love that little place! 10/10 would reccomend!

THE LADY LIED TO ME. I asked if I could get 1 SCOOP and get 2 flavored at the same time. Turns out she charged me for 2 scoops and it wS 3 bucks extra . LIAR SUCH A LIAR
