We were driving through the area just after dark on our way out of town when we had a loud metal sound coming from under the van. Found Get-Em-Moving from a quick Google search and called them. The dispatcher got ahold of Shawn, who was on his day off, but he called us and was to our location within 10 minutes. He was able to jack up our van and remove the metal shield that was dragging in the space of 5 minutes and without waking our sleeping toddlers in the backseat. He was very friendly, the cost was shockingly low, and the whole experience was positive. Would highly recommend this auto service to anyone in the area in a pinch like we were!

Shaun attempted to service my vehicle for me but my car had a lug nut that locked and needed a key. The dealer that sold me the car did not give me the key for the lug nut and I didn’t know that I needed one. This was my first car I ever bought and was not aware that some cars needed keys to unlock lug nuts. Anyway Shaun was as helpful as he could be. He put my spare tire back in my trunk for me and helped me to relay information to a tire shop of what I needed as to the size of replacement tire and that the lug nut needed to be adjusted with a key. He was very helpful and thoughtful.
