I had a hitch rack installed. Super product that was ordered and received overnight. Installation was quick. Service tech took time to show me the process. He had to tear the back of the car apart but it looked better then new when reassembled. Front staff know what they were doing. Quick estimate. Everybody was friendly and efficient.

I blew a tire in Michigan on my way home from weekend vacation. Car was towed Sunday evening. Had to leave car at m% w which was closed. Monday they found 2 tires. Not easy. Run flat Pirelli . Gave me fair price. Got it done quickly.didnt take advantage of traveler at their mercy.

We needed a front end alignment on our Kia Optima. didnt know if we needed an appointment or not so we just stopped by to ask a few questions. Walked in to a very professional establishment, very friendly and knowledgeable guys. They got us in immediately and went over our car top to bottom. No appointment was needed. We got exactly what we needed in a timely manner and the cost was very affordable. The service attendant was outstanding and went over every aspect of what our car needed. This will be the only establishment we will go to for all of our auto needs. Highly recommend this auto service center for anyone with mechanical needs.

We unfortunately had oil leaking while on vacation. They got us in, sent photos of the crack in the oil Pan, fixed it as quickly as possible, provided a courtesy car so my husband could get back to the rental house, cleaned and wrapped up the oil Pan in case we needed for warranty, and just texted to make sure we got home ok. Very impressed with the facility and service. Highly recommend!

Was on a trip and picked up a bolt in my tire. Showed up as they were opening and Mike got me in right away and I was back on the road in an hour! These guys and the shop are first class!

Mark took great care of me! I called on friday explaining that my fiances tires were bald and that we were struggling with another business not being timely at all. He was able to get us in first thing monday and really went the extra mile by having the techs tighten up everything in there and made me feel so much more comfortable with the safety of the vehicle. I couldnt be happier and I am definitely going back to them for tires on my second vehicle.

While traveling through construction zone on I-94 from Warren, MI, to Chicago, IL, the Honda Civic sprayed coolant onto the windshield and began steaming. M&W Tire was able to pressure check the system, pin point the problem, and replace the leaking radiator within 24-hours. Their friendly, responsive staff as well as their workmanship definitely calmed down a stressful situation.

The whole staff at M&W are the best and I will Not use anyone else for any repairs. My truck was in for a oil leak and the part I needed was on backorder. Due to my work hours my wife was the one dealing with Don from M&W. She told me multiple times how patient he was with all her/our questions.He took the time to explain it so she understood and felt comfortable with the repairs. Let me start by saying, I have some basic car and tire knowledge from a past job. Before I scheduled my appointment with M&W, I had already confirmed through the website that they carry the tire that I wanted. Mike was great to work with from the second I called in to schedule, you can do it through the website but I always like to talk and confirm parts availability - again past experience. I was given the option of dropping it off or waiting, due to my work schedule I picked waiting, and with 4 new tires and an alignment I was out of there in about 2 hours, which is incredibly reasonable!I had procrastinated for about a year on getting new tires because of COVID and not driving much, but I had forgotten how great my Escape can ride and how quiet it can be when you have a good set on! I was secretly convinced that the noise I was hearing was a wheel bearing going on, turns out it was road noise from the previous tires. They have multiple places that you can use while you wait including high-top table and chairs, and a couch and lounge chairs. The lobby was clean, staff friendly and informative, and overall it was a great experience!

This place is great! Fabulous customer service, takes the time to explain things to me that I didn’t understand. Excellent prices! We have three Tesla’s. We have brought our cars here for new tires and to switch out the winter/summer rims. Their service providers know how to manage the rims with Teslas products too. Very cautious and detail oriented.We also have had M&W take care of our Rv. They have helped us with numerous issues like, brakes, tires, suspension, oil changes, rear end, drive shaft, etc. Highly recommend them for an electric car as well as a gas vehicle! We won’t go anywhere else now that we know we’re getting the best service here!

They are great with oil changes and tires. Nice environment and friendly staff. I would only caution, like at most repair places to get a second opinion on any issues they find while inspecting your vehicle.

Clair and had to stop and get a hotel I was feeling hopeless until I called M&W it was a Friday on manorial day weekend and they got me right in and had me back on the road in a few hours I can not say enough about how great the service is there

I called and said I had a damaged tire that needed replaced and when I arrived a half hour later they immediately took the rim and tire back. The whole transaction, including mounting a new tire, took only about 15 minutes. Great service!

No complaints on workmanship but I was disappointed, no, put out, today when I had winter tires put on and an oil change. No issue with price on tire change but was irked that they used synthetic oil at $9.40 a quart and did not ask if I wanted it or not, as other places do. They allowed it was because thats what manufacturer recommends. Its done now but communication would have saved a lot of Ill feeling. My vehicles are mostly highway miles and I run them to well over 200K without synthetic. Bottom line, ask the customer.

Weve had three different vehicles serviced here and they have always been on schedule. They will do their best to get you in around your availability. Their vehicle inspection report is a great info tool, and all of their staff have been friendly and informative. Definitely will be back and will recommend to friends!

The crew at M&W were very pleasant. I felt comfortable with having them work on my vehicle, and would do it again. They brought a couple additional items to my attention, but I never felt pressured to purchase more than I felt I needed. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of quality auto repair. As for right now, my car is running beautifully with its new alternator. Which getting to to replace was no simple task. Radiator needed draining, radiator fan needed to be removed, etc. I looked into doing it myself before understanding just what needed to be done. No simple thing. Thank you M&W its been a pleasure!!

Just changed my tires couples week ago and cant be any happier with mw tire. They made the process very easy at an affordable price.

Had 2 new tires put on. They stated the new tires should be put on the back. The tires were put on the front. Seals needed to be replaced for oil leaks. I called for the estimate and was not contacted again. Very disappointed in what I was told and what was done.

Had a flat tire but with rim lug nut locks with no key to get them off. M&W worked with me to find a solution that solved the key issue. The communication was the best for me via text which enabled fast, convenient dialog. Nice work M&W.

After searching around a while trying to find trailer axle parts I came across M&W Tire they were very professional and first thoughts when walking in the building is its very clean and very classy by far the nicest repair facility Ive ever been to but I was taking directly to the back shown the parts that I needed and was out the door within minutes everything works great very good pricing very nice people

With all that is going on with the social distancing and making sure people are safe. This place has it all under control. They were very professional and had my tires put on in a timely manner. Made it all an easy process. Also they do have some programs they told me about they may help get you the repairs needed and being able to pay payments. I was very pleased and will difently use them again.

I scheduled an appointment for my a/c unit. They had my car well over two hours before they told me I needed new tires. 🙄 (I had the wrong size apparently all this time) No problem... ( Q? Will you be able to get my air working?) Two and half hours later... Answer is no!!! You need to pay another $115 just to test it. 🤔 So basically I just paid for some tires and DIDNT GET MY AC FIXED PULSE WAISTED TIME AND UNNECESSARY MONEY? 🤬🤬🤬 Two weeks later I go to Midas ... My breaks are bad and in desperate need of replacing. Rotors grinding 👀 (WOW 🤦🏾‍♀️ I JUST GOT NEW TIRES) 😲 You would think they would of told me this at M&W two weeks ago instead of trying to get me to buy new tires!!!! My wife called for a break diagnosis she told him what was going wrong with the breaks he said aint no diagnosis too bleed breaks but if u want too come in and get your breaks bleed it will be upto 120... cmon now when midas said they can do the diagnosis & bleed the breaks for no more then 50$ .. one thing u failed to realize she may be a women her father was a junker and he fixed on cars she not a illiterate women or completely dumb when it comes too vehicles.

From the friendly staff to the prompt service to the clean and cozy waiting areas. Plus, a total shocker was their massage chair! Yes, a free massage chair! These guys have amazing customer service, fast repairs, honest damage appraisals, and are friendly and straightforward. I had my car towed here after going into a ditch and they called me first thing the next morning to start work on it. Don was funny, to- the-point, and communicated everything I needed to know for pickup and payment very well. I didnt break the bank and I didnt have to stress. If you are going to break down I would highly recommend breaking down in Benton Harbor and having whatever towing company you choose pull you to M & W Tire.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff working the counter. I usually work with Don. He remembers my name when I go in (something to be said for only interacting a few times per year) and gets me a quote and scheduled quickly and efficiently. They have always gotten my vehicles in at my appointment times or sooner if I was waiting. The facility is clean and well maintained. I have dealt with Mark (owner/manager) a couple times and I always get the feeling that customer satisfaction is top priority.

This was my first time using M&W for service on my Jetta and it was during COVID-19. They’ve taken excellent precautions while still providing a very professional service. Turn around time was great between inspection, ordering the parts and repair. Prices seemed very reasonable and best of all, my car runs/sounds better than it has in a couple years. Overall a very positive experience. I think I may have found “my” mechanic in the area.

I have been buying tires at M &W since 2013. I live in Kalamazoo, and I think its worth the hour drive to do business there. I just purchased a new set of Bridgestone tires this week, and I was impressed with the Covid 19 protection protocols in place, and the attention to sanitation. I really appreciate the attention to detail that the technicians have, and if they find something additional that needs work, they are upfront about what it will cost and how long it will take.

There was quite a bit wrong with my pick up. I figured I would have to leave my truck with a shop for a week or so. These guys had everything fixed and back to me in 3 days. The customer service is great and so is their quality of work. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went somewhere else to get my oil changed and check out a leak in my tire. There was a nail in the tire and it could not be repaired. The place I was at did not carry my tire so they recommended M&W. I went over there without an appointment and was taken care of right away. Was in and out in literally 30 minutes. Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. They got my truck back very quickly. Even removed a nail that was stuck in my tire they said that they checked for leaks and it didnt puncture so no extra charge. Recommend this place to everyone I meet.

I recently ordered tires online and had them delivered and installed by MW tire. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I was able to schedule my appointment to have the tires installed on my vehicle and my alignment done very quickly with very professional and quality work completed. Ive had all of my personal and company-owned vehicles repaired here for over thirty years. That includes a motorhome, a classic muscle car, a diesel van, and many normal vehicles of varying ages and conditions. I have always been impressed by thier professionalism and quality of work. On the very few times that anyhing failed they have always stood behind their work. The fact that I have recommended them to friends, family and co-workers since the late 1980s says it all.
