The ladies in the Benton store were super nice, went in to upgrade 2 phones and she knew exactly what we wanted

If you are in Benton, use Verizon for cell service and want to have an excellent experience doing business this is the place you want to go. Excellent service! Great at helping you solve problems and they enjoy what they do.

I went in because my phone sometimes doesnt receive calls. Bri was very friendly and helped me swap out the Sim card. We had a nice conversation while waiting for everything to be activated.

They would not help me with a Facebook question.

Shari was so helpful. 4 of us got new phones or transferred to another phone. She helped all of us transfer contacts, pictures etc..

Originally went to the Verizon store off Alcoa. Employee acted like he didnt care if he sold anything. I had to ask about cases and other chargers. He didnt have any knowledge of the phones either. Still I did my own research while I was in the store and decided on a phone. The employee did not activate my phone and did not have the equipment to transfer pictures, apps, etc. So I went to the Verizon off of Military Road, and they were amazing. Helped with with transferring my contacts and everything. Plus answered a bunch of unrelated questions I had about other phones.

Tried to go in for a simple return after work and waited for over 20 min. There was only one lady working and she never said anything to me or anything. There was already multiple people standing around waiting for the one person to help so I ended up leaving and going to the new verizon store off of Alcoa which was so much quicker and more helpful. Not to mention none of the phones were even turned on to look at them. They just had screens over the phone.

The customer service was outstanding. They was helpful. They were well informed. They went beyond to help us on our phone purchase, and transfer of data to new phone.

I was there a long time waiting, but after the wait she took care of my problem in minutes so very blessed

Went to the store about 30 minutes before close to pick up two sim cards as I was instructed to do so by customer care. When I got to the store, the only rep there did not greet me or anything else. I was told that they could not sale or give out sim cards unless they were used for an activation and I asked him how much it would cost me to have the two phones activated on my account and was told that he could not activate them for me because they close in a little bit. I went right down the road to the Alcoa location and received great customer service. The customer service was non existent. Will for sure not go back to this store.

Store was understaffed and slow. You get your hope up that this visit to a Verizon Store will be different, alas not this time. On the positive staff was friendly.

Stopped in to see about switching from another carrier (CRICKET SUCKS!!!). They answered all of my questions and offered a better deal.

Very poor customer service, also they are not a corporate store. If you dont believe me check the door. I will honestly take my business to Bryant from now on.

I didn’t even want to give them any stars. They had an attitude and didn’t want to help me transfer my photos. Well needless to say my photos were deleted so I lost the last year and a half of mine and my kids lives I had taken. So I’m not too happy.

The store has a couple good employees and a couple bad ones will not go back there very irritated At them
