Dawson was extremely helpful in assisting me in buying a new phone. He was very patient in explaining the features of various phone options. Dawson has a pleasing personality for this job.
Its never exciting wen you have to spend money... but the experience was delightful. And it was mainly because of Lawrence. His wisdom and knowledge about the products, helped simplify our final decision. Thanx Lawrence.

Most everyone there is courteous and helpful. Occasionally in not helpful. We tried to get my husbands phone to work away from the store for a year and finally had to get him a new phone and still not found him a person to help him understand it. Am still working with one employee who is being helpful. One who is not.
Been with these guys for over 20 years. Called a month ago to negotiate a better plan. Bought a phone, paid in full, and agreed to a monthly rate for 2 lines. Bill came and it was $35 more than it was supposed to be. Called to get corrected and their answer was that I was given an incorrect price and they would let me out of my contract. So much for rewarding loyalty. Don’t waste your time with these guys unless you are swapping companies every 2 years and chasing the best deals. They are only after the new customers.
I purchased my phone from Verizon a few months ago and it was delivered because none were in stock. I ordered a glass screen protector offline as well. I just visited this store to ask them to help me install my screen protector (as I messed up the first two and had to buy a replacement) and the first person I spoke to was super nice and said it would be no issue but another worker cut him off and said they couldnt do it because I didnt purchase my screen protector from them, but that I could buy one in store and they would install it. The first guy who originally was going to help me then tried to tell me of another place that would probably be able to install it and was again cut off by his coworker who said the other place (which was another Verizon store) wouldnt help me either. He then proceeded to compare it to a Walmart tire purchase? Specifically stating that if I bought a tire from Walmart, I wouldnt take it to another shop to have it installed would I? But in this case, if I had bought a tire offline, like I did my screen protector, wouldnt I take it to a store to be installed? I didnt start an argument as it wasnt worth my time and the man was demeaning and unnecessarily rude in what seemed to be a means just to make a sale. I love Verizon and this doesnt change that, but dont go to this store. Just go to the one down the road. They installed it with no issue.
I had a fantastic customer service representative, Greg. Very nice, helped me find what I needed, had a plethora of knowledge, and did what he could for me. Had a very easy time transitioning from Cricket to Verizon. I even got to keep my phone number.

Service is great and the salesman are too! BUTTT if you need anything you will absolutely have to show up to the store and talk to them, it’s absolutely useless in calling as they’ll just say that all representatives are busy. i’ve called every hour on the hour and every hour on the hour it says the same thing. i showed up and pulled into the parking lot and called to see if it was true and sure enough there were several salespersons that were just wondering around the store. great service but you absolutely have to go into the store for any sort of assistance, online didn’t help much either. i simply tried to get home internet but it’s genuinely a hassle with verizon for some reason, never had an issue with fidelity or at&t.EDIT: After trying for several days to have my LTE home internet delivered to my home i received absolutely no help from anyone in store, over the phone, or the app. i had to get in touch with fedex for any help with MY VERIZON ORDER. imagine that, i pay for a service and then they refuse to help me with it. won’t be with verizon very long at this rate, i can see why verizon gets a bad rep
I came to this store to get help with an online order through the app that was horrific. I ordered a watch and never received it, I was told that I had signed for it and activated it. David helped me to ensure that the order was deactivated. He was very helpful and offered me the same deal for the same price. I ended up buying one from him because he was very apologetic for my experience and wanted to make things right.

They dont tell you the extra fees they charge you for until you already have what you go in for. Guy was rude when I asked about one of the extra charges.

I ordered an Apple iphone 12 pro from Apple . Com and signed up as a new Verizon customer. When I got the phone I could not get it to activate. I called Verizon and I was in the queue for over an hour before I hung up and went to authorized Verizon dealer in Arkadelphia. They could not help me so I came to this store.When I walked in I was greeted nicely by two fellas and I told them that I needed a sales person with the most patience. Divine stepped up and told me that they would help me get fixed up. I explained everything what happened and they started calling people to see what they can do to fix it.Eventually after almost 2 hours the next step was to go through Apple to cancel the order and get it reissued. since Apple started the contract Verizon could not edit the contract. Apple put my phone number for the iPhone that is being used by somebody else.Divine help me out a lot and I really appreciate his patience and his laughter and being able to make me feel comfortable at his store.

We switched my elderly father from AT&T to Verizon and the man who worked with us at this store was so helpful and friendly. Since then my father has had trouble remembering how to use his phone. He visits the store frequently and they continue to help him. I greatly appreciate their patience and continued good service since I don’t live nearby to be able to help him.
I was with AT&T all my life. Ever since the old bag phone. I decided to switch to Verizon. Its been the best service Ive ever had as far as the phone working anywhere. The customer service has been just as good. No complaints. If youre thinking about switching. Do it. Youll be glad you did.
I never actually visited here for the purpose that anyone else would. My car broke down on a date only place close was the Verizon store. So I rolled into their parking lot and parked my car there. I asked the management if I could leave my car there just for a little bit of time till I can get it taken care of. He said yes thats fine. Long story short they kept their word on my car being safe in their hands. So thanks everyone at this particular Verizon store.*The store inside is super clean and shiny. You should probably go see them.

Verizon in general has gone down hill. I had to call 5 times and then come in the store to have a bill fixed. Then all they did was call customer service from the store and sit there while I talked to them.
Used this store to upgrade my daughters phone from android to apple. I know absolutely nothing about apple and informed the man that was assisting us as much. When we were through with the transaction he told is we were done and to just hit next a bunch of times to complete set up. This man acted as if we were taking up his time and was borderline flat out rude. We left the store, did as he said and it did not work. Unable to make phone calls or receive or make text messages. Back to the store we go. Enter, attempt to talk to the guy that was helping us the first time, apparently he was too busy to assist. 2nd man ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME, and then proceeded to treat me the same as the first guy. Unacceptable! I have 7 lines on my account. They get close to $600 a month from me, I expect at the very least to be treated professionally if not nice. Will definitely drive to Little Rock next time.
Verizon has the best service and the best coverage. My friends are always complaining how bad their AT&T service is when mine is fine. Been with the company for 25 years now and have never thought about leaving.

I am a fan of this store, normally have very good service. i get with everything going on precautions need to be taken but to not touch my phone at all and straight refer me to customer service before i’m through explaining my problem? i told him i called customer service before arriving and he said to call back? customer service told me to go to the store. if they’re not going to help me with my phone problems to use my cellular data after i’ve checked everything myself and cannot find a resolution then why am i paying them $100 a month? i work at a tanning salon and i clean off beds that people have touched and have been sweating on and i explained that and the man responded “well sorry you cannot work here” EXCUSE ME? i’m very disappointed by the service i received. there are solutions to this problem, such as using gloves, personally sanitizing the phone, but not touching a phone? this is insane. the boy that helped me out had red hair, would not recommend using him to get help with your phone.
We wanted to switch carriers and escape att. This location made that chore super easy and we had new phones and a great family plan in record time. They know the products and offered helpful suggestions which steered us into the best choice. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.
Attentive staff. Takes a little bit for someone to help you, but they never seem rushed once they are. They also seem able and willing to iron out most issues Ive brought them. I recommend this location.

Getting my new phone up and going was a nightmare. John was going to send me out the door with a boxed up 10 min and it will be active, bye. I said I would like help getting it going and was told to hang out for a few. he went on to the next customer, with me still asking for help. This continued, Id get a tiny bit of help and hed throw the phone back there ya go! And I asked now what. He would come back over (visibly frustrated, as was I). After several times of this back and forth, Wayne is called over and becomes my knight in shining armor! Gets me into my gmail and a few settings adjusted and Im good, happy, and grateful. Really wish Wayne had gotten my sale. Not to mention once I finally got home I felt a bit railroaded with all the extra bundle I paid for. So, John was....no words. Id avoid him as a customer 100%. Wayne was AMAZING!

I would give no stars but it wont let me. I have been to the Benton/Alcoa location 4 times. The 2 times that I have been for phone purchases, I was VERY dissatisfied with the rep. They are not very helpful nor informative. (the ones I have dealt with). I really feel like overall, they just dont want to be bothered. I will NEVER go back to this location. I have tried multiple times due to being close to my residence.
This store is in a great location and is corporate not franchise! The employees are very helpful and friendly, even when you show up 15 minutes before closing. 😜
Terrible service. The customer service representative had no interest in resolving my problems today. His only interest was to upgrade me to a new phone at a higher cost. Did not even attempt to look at my phone or resolve the issue but he suggested I take it to another business to have it checked out. This is not why I chose to do business with Verizon. Very disappointed!

Nice presentation of mobile products, comfortable seating and decor when waiting. Sales Reps are friendly and offer relevent products and details. Staff could benifit from customer service techniques during overflow of cliental, Reps where visibly overwhelmed.

Ive been trying to up grade my phone for a month. Spoke to 2 different associates at this store twice also called in to speak to someone about ordering over the phone. Want to deal with my local store but EVERYTIME I go in there I get him with something different. I get that they dont have the phone I want in stock but when Im quoted a price I expect that price. Got ready to do my upgrade after being talked into a phone I want even sure about and THEN got hit with Oh and we also have to charge this other fee for upgrading. We JUST started this today. Ive been a loyal Verizon customer for 15 years and I dont appreciate being treated like I havent done my research. Ive NEVER been told about this fee before AND the associate didnt mention it when he gave me my out the door cost. I dont like shady business practices. Im a manager myself and I would approve of my staff padding a customers bill and I dont appreciate it being done to me. Get it together Verizon or I WILL take my business elsewhere.
Verizon service is the worst! I highly recommend sprint or att, I literally lost service on the phone with my husband in the middle of town! Our phone bill is at least $170 more then we were told it would be.. switching to attack asap

The service was not good. Waited an hour for a new phone, but not enough staff to assist in the time I was there. I gave up, and left the store without a new phone. There were only four customers in the store during the time I was there. Very dissatisfied with the customer service.

The Alcoa store used to be my store of choice but they got new helpers and new management that dont keep past agreements or contracts they make up crap as the go been using the same agreement for a few yrs now and all the sudden theses new people say my agreement has changed thats bs and if it dont change soon Verizon is gonna lose a lotta income from just my family over 10k a yr and over $200 bucks id be pissed if I was one of the head guys so mad well I dont wanna mention names on here if corporate wants to know more they can call me ill take this down or change my rating after something has been done but for now I would give this store a 0 rating if I could and I would suggest not starting service with this store or maybe even getting a completely different provider iv been with Verizon ever sense they bought out Alltel and have never been treated so poorly hope this changes something

My family and i went in last week to buy a new phone for my wife. They pressured us into buying two ipads for my kids, which we didnt want. When we went to returm them, they only gave us half the price we paid for them. Their was an older gentleman in the store having the same problem. They treat people horribly at this store.
Have been waiting since December 2016 for a fifty dollar rebate the original associate straight up lied to me and my business partner about air card have been 5 trips to try to resolve issues once again they have strightend everything out? ??
