Just a shout out to the awesome team that was working today (2-16-21) - there was a person stuck in the road and a crew helped my husband push them up the hill and get unstuck. Pretty awesome teamwork there! Oh and we love getting our animal supplies here too!! Keep it up TSC!

Hello tractor supply the employees are pretty decent and whenever Ive needed something theyve been there. But I do agree with previous reviews and this goes for a lot of other stores. People walking without a mask even though the door says mask required. But I dont think its the stores fault. Its not like they can police everyone who comes in and out. But they have a little bit of everything for your animals for your yard toys for your kids clothes. And everyones while theyll have clearance or good sales. So I enjoy those too.

Im changing my review because of my experience with trying to get propane and your employees!!!! Its always some issue or another and usually just deal with it and move on. Today was different, the employee was completely rude!! Please inform your employees on the rules with filling propane bottles!! The bottle can not be over 12 years old, not 10 as your employee rudely stated and refused to fill my bottle. I frequent this store as it is close and it has the pet food I need but that will change today. Please do better for others!!

10 stars: Honored 2 year warranty TWICE. Praise God. Excellent service from Jane, manager and her team at Benton, AR store Sunday & Monday Memorial Day weekend. Even arranged finding us a Toro mower at sister store in Malvern. Way better manufacturer than Honda Troybilt TB270XP mower (2 duds) and get something better at Tractor Supply. They stand behind their store warranty. Very relieved too, offsets steep risks of shoddy manufacturing which TSC protects its 2 year warranty customers from.

I often go to Tractor Supply in Benton. Yesterday a customer blatantly entered and checked out without wearing a mask. The sign says masks are required. I asked the young brunette sales clerk if anything could be said to a customer who did that. Her answer was she didn’t think anyone should wear a mask and she wouldn’t say anything to anyone who didn’t wear one. Take the sign down and say enter at your own risk if she continues to work there. I won’t be back.

Every single employee was more worried about a worker that was off clock named Morgan rather than help me with my order of fence post! Then after I check out I go to get my post loaded and still no help all worried about Morgan. I tell manager and all they can say is I hear you. Like they are kin to each other. Worst customer service ever!! Will not go back only go to the farmers co op!!

Worst location. Ive had nothing but issues with this location. They lost an online special order, but still reported to corporate that they gave it to me. I liked to have never got my money back. And, if you dont like changing your animals diet regularly, dont count on them to keep a regular supply of feed.

Some may read this and disagree. So be it but I give this 1 star soley on the fact that this store has many employees with no mask on and many customers also with no mask on. If you believe in reality, science and most importantly OTHERS WELFARE, then wear a mask and dont support this location.

Rude employees...not much help at all in the store....its like they are just there for a paycheck...you say something or ask a question and its like a chore getting a answer and hardly a nice interaction at all...outside guys were nice...please hire older workers for this store..you are losing business

I recently placed a curbside pickup order for a single bag of squirrel corn at the Benton, Arkansas location. I arrived when noted and called the number given. The lady who answered said someone would be right out with my order. When no one arrived after 15 minutes, I called again. This time I got no answer so I went inside and waited 15 more minutes to talk with someone. I was sent to another counter at the back of the store where I waited another 15 minutes to talk to a representative who was on the phone there. When he finally spoke with the me, I waited another 15 minutes while he searched for my order. No one ever apologized for the inconvenience or seemed to care I had to come indoors with unmasked, ungloved employees and customers to get the order I had already paid for. I wont make the same mistake shopping here twice.

Clean, organized, good products with good prices if you shop regularly. Sometimes you find great deals on sales and clearance items.

I love the way this place smells. I cant explain it. It reminds me of following my dad around on the farm. The employees are some of the best retail people Ive dealt with and their prices are very fair. I have nothing bad to say about them.

Ive been in here numerous times and bought things, almost always have the items im looking for, and its always clean, and they are friendly and actually greet you.

Have what you need.. But no matter how busy they are theres only 1 register open so you had better be ready to wait to check out.. When I got in line to check out I was the ninth person in line..

Small store with limited selection and small parking lot. Thought this would be a good spot to stop being just off the interstate while we travel cross country w horses and mules to replenish feed supplies. They had no hay, said they hadnt had any bales for months so I had to get cubes and pellets. Small selection on grains with nearly all the same fat and protein levels for the most part, 12/10 would be nice. The young man really was trying to be helpful and I appreciated that. If people cant park correctly in the parking lot spots it can be a pain to pull a large lq through it since its a small parking lot.

Great place for the bunny food and hay I get wouldnt buy dog food there tho kinda expensive but other then that its an all around good store as soon as you walk through their doors they ask how your doing today or at the least they welcome you into the store. You can always find what you need easily and the rewards program is good if you spent a large amount of money there then the 10% discount is well worth it.

Get all my dry cat food here. Good prices on store brand.

Some of the cheapest propane around. Parking lot fits my 36 foot RV just fine.

I think this may be my new favorite store! What could be better than getting tools, pet supplies and jelly beans all at one store.I bought 3 really cute tops on sale. All clothing looks to be of good quality. And the price is very reasonable at regular price.They sell Gimbals (Fine candies) SOUR Gourmet Jelly Beans. These are just ausome! Best jelly beans Ive ever had. They are made with real fruit juice.The employees were all very friendly.What can I say tools, beans, cute clothes and baby chicks you cant beat that

They never have the 4 Health dog food that we like to feed our dog. They are NEVER fully stocked. Another thing they advertise: 98% of the time they NEVER have anyone to disperse propane. They only have one person checking out customers and there is ALWAYS a line.The NLR TSC is well managed and keeps things in stock, always has propane, at least two to three checkers.ABSOLUTELY DISSATISFIED with Benton, AR TSC.

Im disabled but I usually have an aide, this day I did not and had to go there alone. A very nice young man helped me shop and carried it out for me.

Feed not stocked, kept in back storage, same 3 days later exact feed, employees like to argue w customers when a customer ask about a product and is told where it is and the customer informs employees no product is at that location. All continued reoccurring issues at this location.

Went in today with a defective dog collar I bought 2 weeks ago and couldnt find my receipt. They exchanged it no questions asked!

Go there mostly for dog food and sale items.Benton TSC never seem to have enough stocked. Propane machine always seems to be down ans there ALWAYS seems to be a line.Went to the TSC in NLR dog food always in stock with the plastic wrap still on the canned dog food and the dry is always available. Staff always willing to help with getting my three propane tanks filled. Checking out is still and always a cluster.

My husband brought our propane tanks (2 of them) to be filled up at the Benton location yesterday. After carrying two bottles in the store, he was informed by an employee that they werent going to do propane today. My husband asked the employee what he meant and the employee told him they didnt feel like messing with the propane today. This is what is wrong with people!! We pay people to be lazy!!! We will never shadow those doors again!! BTW.. Went to Farmers Co-op and got propane & GREAT service!!!!

We get our propane here for our RV year round n only complaint is that they never have anyone outside to help get them filled and ill have to go inside twice or three times to get them to come outside n assist so now I call if they dont come out the first time I go in. But we still come here cuz its closest place in town that fills and doesnt just do exchages.

Man somebody didnt show up for work or they are seriously understaffed on Saturday. The folks who did show up were working hard to keep up with how many people were there.

20 mile round trip to pick up some u bolts which the website said were in stock and available. No they were not. Like Ive nothing better to do with my time and gas.

Not tagging correctly,( Dont know the price & dont wanna have to ask )out of stock on items needed, on complete shelves, bathrooms locked for a bit, no attention to detail & constant turn over, I like to have a familar face I know that knows what they r doing, lack of education on products, example on pricing: Bad Boy priced wrong, most expencive priced the same as lower model & it was used. Let a crew member know, he smiled & said thank u & went on with what he was doing, didnt fix it. The best way to improve a business is customer input, so here is my input, I rather shop in Malvern, spot on there :)) Clean, Bright, Organized, & have better selction, I work on the road & stop at alot of TSCs around the county just to see the diversity in each :))
