The professionals at P&D are incredible! When my AC went out in the middle of the hottest part of the summer, the owner himself came out to check it out and even let us borrow a window unit to get us by until they could install a new system a week later. They care about their consumers and stand by the quality of their products. Even a year later, no issues, Im so glad I chose P&D!

David and Tommy were quick, efficient, and kind to fix our heating system today. It is the coldest week of the year with ice on the ground and snow coming, and they were so quick to fix it because of the circumstances. Thankful for how good they treated my family as well. New Heil Heating & A.C equipment is fantastic. David and crew completed change out in one day. The condenser sits outside bedroom and you dont know its running unless you look out the window.

My AC went down Saturday night. P&D was recommended by a coworker so I gave them a call and sent an after-hours email. Sunday morning David came out and asked me questions and started a diagnosis, then tracked down the problem. In less than two hours he had found and fixed the problems plus checked we had enough refrigerant and all that so that he didnt leave us with potentially other problems. The house is already cooling down and I couldnt be happier. Honestly, I dont think Im ever calling anyone else as long as theyre around.

We have used P&D HVAC services for nearly 30 years. Our most recent service involved replacing our ineffective system that lasted 16 years; outlasting the usual life expectancy due to P#Ds quality service. Upon last semi-annual maintenance the tech discovered issues that reduced the effectiveness and increased the monthly operating cost. We purchased a new Heil system and are very satisfied. P&D HVAC have exceeded our expectations; we highly recommend this company.

Our house was built in 2006 and Ive had to have our gas fireplace serviced 3 times in the past in order to use it during the winter months. There is nothing more warm and cozy during those cold winter nights than cuddling up in my favorite chair next to the fireplace - our dogs even have their own beds so they can cuddle up by the fire too! So, when I went to turn it on at the first sign of cold weather and nothing happened, I was so disappointed that I wanted to cry. Since I already had it fixed previously and was still having the same issue, I decided to try P&D HVAC to see if they could help us out. Their technician arrived on time, was very professional, and even took the extra time to explain what was causing the problem which the nerd in me really appreciated! They fixed it and guess what? Its STILL working like its brand new. So glad I made the switch to P&D! Ive even started using them for my regular HVAC maintenance and checkups, so that I can prevent any problems in the future.
