We recently had a car towed to their lot for an estimate on repairs and upon receiving the estimate, and at their advice, decided not to put the effort and money into having it repaired, due to the costs being higher than the current value of the car . We were told we could leave it overnight in their service/repair area behind the gates, in parking space #11, until the tow service came to retrieve it the following day, to return to our house. When the AAA-approved tow service delivered it to our driveway, my husband noticed the gas tank was completely empty. Prior to the car accident, it was most definitely more than at half tank (see gas transaction screenshot from earlier that morning). Either someone on the Service King Collision lot emptied it, or they failed to secure the car during the day or overnight, and allowed the theft of gas to occur. I dont recommend Service Kings repair shop for what I believe is unprofessional and unscrupulous practices.This was disappointing because we had been so pleased with work done on a previous car, that this extremely petty act has turned us off of any further business transactions.

Craig helped me tremendously when I took my car in after my accident. He was very patient with every question I asked and made sure to explain every step that he does on his end and what the shop would then do as well with my car. He gave me some great advise going forward and was willing to help in anyway he could in the present and future. He is so kind, if you ever go to Service King, definitely ask for Craig!

Service king Did an awesome job on my Nissan Rogue! They were so professional and Courteous, always leaving updates on the progress of my Baby! When it would be finished and time it would be ready. Great service from an unfortunate event with a recent wreck. Decent turn around time, friendly and knowledgable staff. Quality if the work performed was fantastic.

Staff is fairly knowledgable, although youd best do your due diligence. They at least have a lifetime warranty, so if you have any issues with the repaired area, bring your car back and theyll take care of it. I had a situation where the tire liner had to be serviced twice after they fixed the front bumper.The only things that I would gripe about would be that getting your car into service requires that you call a central scheduling system for all Service Kings, and that you have to be very specific about what repairs you want. I had two cars serviced here, and the second car still has some scratches on it because I didnt specify that they needed to repair those. Understandably, my repair was an insurance claim, and because they didnt include it as part of the claim, it wasnt repaired.

I was recently in an accident that left my back bumper loose and rattling while the engine was on. I called around to a few places that said if my car was driveable that they couldnt touch it until a month later. With the holidays coming up we were about to take a 1,000 mile trip for Christmas so having a loose bumper wasnt an option. I called Service King in tears thinking it was going to be the same thing but I was happily wrong. Tina, the receptionist, was so understanding and calmed me down and said to come in for an estimate so they could see the damages. When I came in for my estimate Tina was so friendly and welcoming and quickly helped me through the sign in process and explained how their service process works. Even before meeting anyone else I knew I wanted my car repaired there because of how welcoming she was. Roger (Craig) came out to greet me after I completed the sign in and assessed my car very carefully and came back with an estimate to me and sent it to my insurance then told me he could get it started the following Monday (SCORE)!!! The entire repair, repaint, assembly, and detail (YES THEY DETAILED MY CAR TOO) took only a week where others said it would take longer. My car looks (and runs) brand new inside and out and I couldnt be happier. When I picked my car up they were able to take my enterprise rental keys since they are a drop off center for them. Roger (Craig) even helped me move all of my Christmas packages from the rental to my car. After I looked at the car I said Can I hug you?! LOL! Roger was very detailed with the process and kept me updated every step of the way. It was great not having to call to figure out what is going on with the call since he was very forthcoming as well as Service Kings repair service link on their site. I will recommend them to everyone and will use them again if we ever need auto body work again. :)

This place is awesome, I have been there two times now and I cannot believe the excellent work they do, plus the best customer service! I definitely recommend this place! They take care of everything for you!

Very clean! Shop itself was immaculate too. I went as a prospective employer and chose another direction based on personal choices, but I was very impressed after the full tour. Alot of care goes into each repair and that is clear.

Getting a call back from them is next to impossible. From trying to schedule the estimate appointment until today, waiting for my repair to be completed, I have yet to receive one. I’ve waited several days on multiple occasions & then given up & had to call them myself to make any appointments, to check statuses, etc. So don’t believe them when they say someone will call you back. I took my car in for a repair that was estimated to take 5 days. We are now on day 5. Only communication I received was a text 3 days ago saying “your car is fixed & ready to come home. We will call, if we haven’t already, to arrange pick up”. I finally called today to see if it was, in fact, ready but I was told it most likely won’t be ready until the middle of next week & that someone will call me back. I’m doubting anyone will call me back, I’ve been playing this game with them the past few weeks. So here I still sit without my car. Not sure about the quality of their work, but based on the customer service so far, I will not be using Service King in the future.

My car was taken in for body damage. After the repairs my car is not drivable due to the staff/technicians draining my battery during the repair. They stated they have no responsibility for the now dead battery. I don’t believe it is professional for my vehicle to be taken in with a working battery and given a non working automobile in return. Very disappointing.

Asked them to order a bumper for my car last Tuesday and was promised the work work would be done that Thursday but I had to call twice just to get to know that Matt, the employee didnt other the parts the first time. When I was annoyed and asked why I want informed and left in the dark for 10 days with no update, he asked me if I wanted to keep asking questions or if I want the service done or not. Such a reaction was unwarranted. Please dont call yourself a costumer oriented business

Do not go here seriously do alright work for sure but they were suppose to be detailing my car so they postponed my date til the following day and my car is a mess on the inside and they left a work towel inside. Filthy.
