My break reservoir was empty so I decided to stop by AutoZone and purchase some brake fluid... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... then realized i needed brake fluid in order to stop... ... ... by ... to get... the break fluid. So, instead, I continued driving to the auto repair shop hoping my friend Bob the mechanic hadnt left for lunch yet. Good news was I ran into Bob, in the parking lot, before he left for lunch. Bad news is now Bobs funeral is this Saturday and i can go but i... cant ... stop... by.

Best price i could find in town for parts for my 2000 prelude. Most of the staff has been really knowledgeable and all have been super helpful.

We already looked up the bulb we needed on Google and AutoZone came up. The site let us know if a couple of options, I e being to pick up immediately. We showed the attendant what we were looking for on the phone and they were able to take us right to it. Quick and easy. Now we just have install it.

I always love going to Autozone-Bentonville as all the guys I dealt with are simply amazing guys. Just a few minutes ago, I bought a brake light and the attendant (Jose A.) was very helpful. I called first to confirm if the auto part that I need is available. He confirmed that it is indeed. I asked further if he will be able to install it for me. He said that if it is not complicated to install, then he will do it. I visited the store after our phone conversation, and fortunate enough, it was Jose who helped me. And yes, he went the extra distance of installing the brake lights for me. Salute to the excellent service, Jose! I am glad there are still people like you. You simply rocked!

Decent customer service but insanely overpriced.I recently asked about a Honda window master switch panel. They quoted me $280 for it saying they would need to ship it in.I checked Amazon and got the same part for $32.99 plus $9 for 2-day delivery.I understand brick-and-mortar stores have to charge a markup...but a 700% markup?!Come on.

I recently bought a 1991 Chrysler New Yorker Fifth Avenue mark cross edition. Parts for these cars can be a challenge to locate, thankfully there is a Automotive expert at this location that is named Jerry, wonderful individual who has worked on cars for a long time. He has helped me multiple times to help fix my new classic and my show car a 71 Oldsmobile Cutlass get up and running right. I definitely recommend him if you need help with your classic car, he knows cars from the 1970’s and up if not more!

I had a great experience with AutoZone in Bentonville. A part from a battery terminal was accidentally dropped while changing battery. OReillys referred me to the Jeep dealer. The Jeep dealer had not answer, other than to pay $130 to have shop search for it within the engine area, or to order whole new harness for $700-$800. I almost didnt stop at AutoZone, but was driving right by it, so did. Allison and Phil were SO helpful and nice!!! I mentioned that I dropped the part in engine area while changing the battery. Phil looked, saw the part, and fished it out with a magnet. I am so thankful to them....they will be my go-to auto part store from now on. Thanks Allison and Phil!!

I had issues with my Honda Accord battery discharging. I took it to Autozone, I am soo thankful I did. I met Mike Riley, he exactly diagnosed the problem that it was the lose wiring which was making the battery drain out. He helped me in identifying the correct wire terminal that would tighten the ground. I hands down recommend anyone staying in Bentonville area to visit this Autozone for any of your car needs.Mike provided excellent customer service. Three Cheers to Mike and Autozone !!

They have exactly what you need or can get it with 75% markups on their prices. Most of the people here are new for some reason and they don’t know jack about their own inventory, but they’re extremely friendly people. On 2 occasions I was here, I went in for specific parts or pieces. Those two times I was asked what I was doing and then told to buy something totally different because they knew what I was supposed to be doing and were the experts, right? Wrong. Both times I wasted my time and money on overpriced things I didn’t even need. I ordered what I actually wanted from Amazon and Walmart and I try to avoid going into this place unless I’m desperate.

I always end up buying something when Im here. Brought in old car parts for recycle and they were able to take them off my hands. They even gave me $10 in store credit for an old scooter battery. They seem pretty knowledgeable and have some good suggestion when you need them. Most of the time if they dont know how to help they will help you find someone that can. Terrible, went in around 7:50am about 20 minutes after they had opened and told the guy at the counter I needed new rotors, they guy looked them up for my specific car, and told me the options, I decided to go with the Duralast Gold Rotors, $76 a piece, the total came out to $166.42 for two rotors, he then told me it would be until 10:30am until he got them, (later on I found out them had them sent over from another store the Springdale,Ar store), went back at 10:30am and headed over to another mechanic shop to have them installed and they immediately informed me after having my front tires off and about to put them on that they were in fact completely used rotors, so apparently I spent $166.42 for used rotors, the guy that handed over me the rotors didn’t look at them or anything hardly any expression of joy on his face or anything. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE OR ANY AUTO ZONE STORE. This is the last time I will step foot in one, I’ll take my business to O’Reillys from now on.

Sent our daughter to this location as she had a check engine light and battery light come on after replacing the battery. The lady she spoke with automatically tells her it’s her alternator without coming out to even test the car to see what codes it gave. I called the store after my daughter called me and the lady said her name was Laura. I get that’s its cold out today but part of your job is to test a car if needed to retrieve codes which was not done. We sent her to O’reilly’s. You just lost a long time customer of yours that does lots of business with you!

I had a great experience with AutoZone today. My car died on a rainy day. I got a jump and went to OReilly first (due to proximity). They were useless and wouldnt replace my battery because it was raining outside and couldnt test my alternator (reason unknown). At least they got my car started again so I could go to AutoZone, where I was greeted with a smile, helped with a great attitude to test both battery AND alternator, then I got a new battery installed - all within about 20 minutes. Learned my lesson - just go to AutoZone first...always!!

Fast friendly service. They checked my battery to see if it went dead. Was disappointed they dont install for free. Their battery was also $60 more than the exact same one at Walmart. Also Walmart put them in for free.I do like auto zone for other parts and service.

Helpful manager but the initial emploee that approached me asked how she could help, I was looking up the part I was needing on my phone and before I could say yea just looking up the part im needing to see if you have it, she stormed off mad like I was on Facebook or texting or somethin, no I was trying to find the name of the part not ignoring you dont assume and be patient with customers. If the manager addressed her attitude I would change my rating but oh well he was still very helpful to myself.
