The wife and I recently bought two XT4 recently from Cadillac of Bentonville. Love the cars and a very positive buying experience, as-well. Yesterday I took my car for a service. It was the most peasant car service experience I have ever had since driving. There wasn’t any stress, the service people handled and cleaned my car afterwards. Customer-facing service person Brooke was super friendly and communicates updates as the car is being serviced. As of yesterday I am a big Brooke fan for her awesome customer service.

I have nothing but good things to say about Superior Automotive. My salesman Jacob Hostetler was easy to work with and was very responsive. Most of the car deal was done through the phone. The management at Superior gave me a great trade in value and was willing to work with me on achieving a desirable payment for a nicer newer vehicle.My good experience does not end after the sale although. I had engine issues a week after I bought the vehicle. I expressed my concern to the dealership even though I waived all aftermarket warranties. There was no questions asked regarding repairing my preowned vehicle. They fixed the engine correctly and efficiently at no cost to me. I would recommend Superior to my friends and family because it is extremely obvious they care about their business image, and giving every consumer a desirable car buying experience.5/5 stars

Not a good experience with this dealership. The salesman made promises that weren’t kept. When we got the car back from the service they did do, it hadn’t been cleaned. Have tried to contact both sales and service about the remaining issue. Service didn’t call back, and sales seems to think there’s no issue.
Received great service. Got my rim repaired and a tuneup. Check in rep was not satisfied with quality of rim repair before I was called to pick my car up contacted the outside source to come back and check it out then called me to let me know would be a little longer before my car was ready. Really appreciate that I did not have to be the 1 to point out quality of rim repair and that rim was perfect when I picked up my car

We went for a simple oil change and had an amazing experience. We needed a simple question answered about our car and the service team outdid themselves getting it answered.
Contacted the dealership by email and made an appointment. Salesman would not give an answer when I asked what there best price was. He did state that he would not miss a sale on price alone. We test drove the vehicle and when we pulled up and met the salesman one of his buddies pulled up and started asking about the vehicle. When we got inside we made a very reasonable offer. They would not come down $1. So, the salesman DID miss a sale solely on price. There just happened to be another person waiting to look at the vehicle. We were told it would be sold tonight. It did not sell and sat there another 3 weeks. It seems that the salesman tried to play us. I would not recommend this dealership.

I took my car in for general maintenance with an appointment at 10:00. At around 1:30 I called to see if it was ready since no one had called yet. They said they would call me back with a status. No one called me back. At 230 I went to the dealership and they still were not done with the car. That was 4 and 1/2 hours which I thought should have been plenty of time since I did have a 1000 appointment. That is the second time I’ve taken my car there and it was not ready in a reasonable time, the 1st time was over 5 hours. I will not be back nor recommend you to my friends and family!!!!

Historically we have had great experiences with Cadillac but recently have noticed the customer service has deteriorated a great deal. Poor interactions with the service department, a distinct lack of effort in customer satisfaction, and condescending attitudes from employees ensures we wont be doing business with them in the future. Recommend staying away if youre looking for a concierge treatment or a dealership that puts effort into retaining future customers.

After looking at the BMW and the Mercedes, we decided to check out the Cadillac. The moment we entered the dealership, we were treated like royalty by Ken Porter. Ken was very knowledgeable about the cars and used no pressure tactics. We are so pleased with our new XT4 Cadillac and the services that the dealership offered to us, from getting our license plates and registration to free car washes. We are so pleased that we met Ken. ** UPDATE **I want to thank Mack who was our car salesman, he helped us find the exact car we wanted, and we did most of it via text or email as Covid 19 hindered us from wanting to go to the dealership. He answered all of our questions, he was always quick to respond and helped get us through the buying process efficiently and quickly. He also lead us to the finance department (cannot remember the gentlemans name) but he was also great and got us in and out.Although our issues in the beginning were a huge pain, I really want to thank Kiefer for all of his help, his willingness to go above and beyond and his determination to get our problem solved. We were ready to give the vehicle back and walk away from Cadillac for good, but thanks to Kiefer we were able to get our issue resolved and we (knock on wood) have not had any other issues. My wife and I greatly appreciate your help and patience.I purchased a new 2020 XT6 for my wife as a mothers day gift, and its been nothing but a disappointment and headache from the first day. The car is 3 months old now with less than 1700 miles and has been in the shop for the same camera issue 3 times. Each time I received the vehicle back it had more issues than when I sent it in. The first time was scratches in the paint and a bent and out of alignment back passenger door. After out most recent trip to Cadillac of Bentonville for the same camera issue we got it back with an out of line front passenger door. I only recommend purchasing vehicles from this dealership if you enjoy frustration, wasting time, and disappointment. Apparently just wanting a properly functioning vehicle is just to much to ask for.

I bought a 2017 Cadillac Thursday and when I got home with it my family noticed several dents and a huge scratch on the front bumper. I hadn’t noticed it at the dealership- I can’t see close up without my glasses- or I wouldn’t have bought the car. I called Ty who sold me the car about it and he said bring it in Monday and we will take care of it. We will see- hopefully they will do what’s right. Why they had a car on the lot for sale without fixing dents and a huge scratch I don’t know. Guess I trusted them too much. Lesson learned

Bentonville Cadillac is a class act whether its the buying experience or any servicing needs you might have.
Horrible service!! After purchasing a used Cadillac from them, we had A/C issues. The first time they repaired it for $286 which was a discount. The second time the A/C went out, which was due to a botched job, either on their part or a previous owner, I was asked to pay half of the over $1,000 repair. All of this happened in the first 1,000 miles and 30 days after purchase. Not to mention I had to travel over an hour one way for this so called service. I know of buy here pay here lots with better service after the sale than this place!

I came in wanting to test drive one particular Cadillac model. I met Allison who was very accommodating and we were quickly out on a drive. I discovered that that model was not what I was looking for, but Allisons friendly manner encouraged me to keep looking. Other members of the sales staff made the assist and I found the car that perfectly suits me. I will definitely be back and have already begun sharing me experience with my friends.
Love the service dept of cadillac of Bentonville. Everyone is so helpful and never make you wait long for your car. Even the lounge is TOP OF THE LINE!!! It offers drinks and eats at no cost while you wait. Excellent place!
Havent purchased here, only have had my car serviced here, with that being said Angie at the service desk is amazing and Kiefer the service manager is on top of things and takes care of his clients.

I bought my first Cadillac from Andrew Disney (Cadillac of Bentonville, AR) in 2012 and my second Cadillac (in 2013) due not only to Cadillac performance and quality, but because of Andrew and Ken Porter. Not only did they go, at least in my opinion, out of their way to ensure that I had an enjoyable experience buying my vehicles, but were honest and fair in all respects. I recommend them constantly and will continue to do business with Cadillac of Bentonville as long as they are both there. Ive owned multiple vehicles in my life but have never received a fraction of the satisfaction in ownership and one-on-one relationship I experience with Cadillac, Andrew or Ken. VJB

We decided to go with the ESV this year and purchased from the Bentonville dealership because of the EXCELLENT service we have received from the service department this past year! They have treated us better than we would have expected and that is rare to say of any dealership! Ty especially in the service department goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied customers! For that reason - we did not purchase from other dealers, even though they had interesting vehicles on their lots. When purchasing this years vehicle we felt like the sales team made sure we were happy with our contract - we appreciate that!

I had the BEST experience ever at Cadillac of Bentonville! Late Saturday night, my pre-owned Escalade ESV (that I bought 3 months ago) started making a bizarre noise. We drove it straight to the Dealership and parked it--putting the key, and a note describing the trouble, in the Lock Box outside the Service Center. By the time I called down early Monday morning, Tammy (the Service Rep) explained that they had already pulled my vehicle around, and would call me back as soon as they identified the problem and solution. By noon on Monday, I got another call from Tammy explaining that my Escalade was finished and ready to be picked up!! And there was no money due...the total cost was covered by my limited warranty! So lucky we found Cadillac of Bentonville! Have had nothing but great experiences with everyone since the moment we walked onto the lot! Definitely recommend this Dealership!!
