Excellent shop only issue is they are very popular due to honesty and excellent work. This can make it difficult to have a repair done in a timely manor especially for people like me with with no family left to give me a ride so I always need my car asap!. They prefer you drop the car off vs wait. They use napa parts which come with a 2yr parts and labor warranty at least for most items. I just had a alternator replacement done and love the fact I have a 2yr parts and labor warranty!

I love Straightline Automotive! I found them a couple years ago for an emergency repair on the drivers side power window. I picked them because they are a NAPA-approved shop with ASE mechanics. Kenny, the service writer is awesome. Kept me informed the whole time my car was in their shop. I have taken my car to Staightline for most of my mechanical repairs. They are upfront and honest. Best service and honest people. Long story short, we had an unknown problem with our car. These guys took the time to go through the whole car - underneath, inside and out, including all the wiring. They not only troubleshot and found the main culprit (distributor cap), they tuned and tightened every screw and added a few more touches along the way. Their price was more than fair - and their treatment both toward us and the car was outstanding. Total trust and integrity. You can’t put a price on that.

I have had multiple vehicles serviced and repaired for different things and it is always done before or when they say it will be. I have a very busy work schedule and these guys always take good care of my car and my daughters truck. They know time is a factor for me. Prices are good compared to a dealer and I drive a Lexus and feel confident letting them service it so I don’t have to deal with Toyota or drive it to Tulsa. My daughter got a great deal on tires that were too big (her choice) and the guys worked to make them fit the way she wanted. They also rotate free as long as she has them. Recommend to anyone who needs service.

I took my car in to get the headlight wiring fixed. They called me and said it was ready, but they had changed the oil instead of fixed my light. Fine, whatever. They didn’t charge me for it. 5 hours later, my headlight was fixed. They told me on the phone my total with parts and labor was $160 (162?), but once I got my receipt, saw they charged me $223. ?!

Ive used Straightline a few times now on two of my cars and they have become my go to auto repair shop. They are always able to get my cars finished quickly and the quote I was given for replacing my radiator fan unit was about $100 less than another quote I received. And that included a 2 year warranty so if it happened again, I can take it back to have it replaced free of charge. Ive always had a positive experience and have never been charged for anything I didnt need so I appreciate their honesty.

I am really happy with the service that I had done on My truck at Straightline. The prices were reasonable, and they took care of the issues I was having with my truck in a timely manner. I love Straightline. They get me in and out pretty quickly. They always do a good job. And are honest. If they tell me something is wrong, my son can fix it... So Im very happy with their service.

I take my car here for oil changes and they have also put brakes on for me. Being a woman, some places Ive been to in the past try to take advantage of you. This has never happened here.They are reasonably priced and the guys are great. I highly recommend Staightline Auto.

Kenny was wonderful in helping my son get his brakes fixed. He spoke in terms that a young man could understand, and he was so kind and helpful through the entire process.....AND, his truck was ready the next morning!!!

Had a rattle in front end of my Mustang and was quoted $700.00 to repair. When they got it on the lift they found out it was not the issue they originally thought and the repair was only $140.00. Extremely impressed with their honesty.They do maintenance and repair on our company vehicles and have always provided an excellent service and are very sensitive to getting our vehicles back in operation promptly.

Went in to have valve covered gaskets replaced and they didnt, still charged me for it.And the guy at the front desk was rude everytime my boyfriend or I spoke to him. Acted like we were bothering him.

I took my GMC Denali HD in for glow plug replacement and my wife’s Buick Enclave in for 80k service. Kenny and the crew were perfect. Ready same day. Shop was spotless and organized. Repairs were 50% cheaper than the dealer. Honest shop. Couldn’t ask for better.

The service at straight line automotive is amazing! I know absolutely nothing about cars and they only did work that was needed on my van and didn’t try and get me to do anything extra like some places in the past have tried. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done and will definitely be back when I need more work done.

Amazing service and honest work, Last year after already having enquired at other places I thought of checking this place as well. Every other place quoted a price of 700-900 for fixing a leak inside the car due to A/C leak.Went to straightline and they just fixed it in minutes saying the Pipe wasnt connected. This time another car had some transmission problem so my friend went ahead and fixed the car at a local garage, but the car still made some noise and he said..cant be fixed. But I had to make sure that, that is unfixable, so on monday went to straightline and they quoted me the price and explained the actual problem and fixed itI felt it was expensive but once I started the car.. I dont have any regrets on the price.. They asked for the work and it is completely worth it.thank you !!

I was traveling through on my wau to a Military School and was runninh late already when my tire started to quickly lose air. They got me right in, fixed up and on the road in no time!

BEWARE OF SURPRISE CHARGES. I went in with a $20 oil change coupon and was charged $60. I have a truck and am accustomed to paying at most another $15 for the extra 1.5 Qt of oil and full synthetic. On the invoice they started with a $47.50 base rate, as opposed to the $20 coupon rate, and that is before they added on the extra quart and synthetic costs. They also charged for a filter, which was not called out in the coupon disclaimer. I contested the costs and then they took 3 bucks off the total. If the actual cost is going to exceed the coupon price by 3 times, that needs to be disclosed before the work starts, not after. On another note, I was going to buy a full set of tires before they ripped me off. They lost that business and all future business from me.

I had to redo my review. This location is not as good as the other one. We have been overcharged, misdiagnosed, and the have put our oil pan on so tight we couldnt get it off. Not the same at all.
