Guess who is a fantastic retailer with whom I spend more than I care to admit! 😄 but I must express frustration at the ongoing lack of cold sparkling wine and champagne. This feels like it has been broken for 4 months or so and while I understand supply chain interruptions for parts is an issue, one would think they would take mitigating actions to keep customers happy. Hell a cooler with bottles on ice would be a step up from the shelf or perhaps keep some stock in the back cooler with a sign “these are available cold, just ask our wonderful staff” love these guys but if you’re heading to a party or dinner and wanted to grab a bottle of cold champagne, you might need to go elsewhere.

I came in the store looking for something they posted on their Facebook page as having. When I got in and asked about no one knew anything about it. They called their manager who they said was in the back but he never came out. Then a short younger guy who was manning the cash register asked what I was looking for. What he told me next immediately changed my mind about ever shopping here again. Oh yeah we sold out of that yesterday, but keep your eyes open because I am sure you will see it being sold secondary. So in essence they knowingly sold it to someone they knew was a flipper, wow!! I could not believe it. I just wanted one bottle of it for sipping.

This is the best liquor, wine, and beer stores in the area. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the offerings here. The selection is wide and good. Their beer selection isnt the single greatest, but the wine section is large and they will chill the wine for you.

You can always find what you need for your parties, and they also are usually able to get those hard to find treasures.

On 9/2, my husband purchased two bottles of wine and they double bagged one bottle and didn’t double bag the other. When he was carrying the bags in, the bottle that was not double bagged fell through the bottom of the bag and broke, leaving glass and wine all over my floor. My husband called them to let them know and they replied, “There’s nothing we can do. That’s how we’ve always done it.” even though it broke because they didn’t double bag it. Not happy with the customer service. He didn’t expect a free bottle, but we would have really appreciated a refund.

I love this place. I live in Rogers and dont go to Bentonville often, but I do stop here everytime. The beer selection is amazing. Probably the best I have ever seen in Rogers/Bentonville. There are PLENTY of workers. Always extra friendly. Fairly priced. Love the mix and match and the singles that are available.

Always nice staff. Pricing isnt the lowest around, but it is comparable, so its all good. Interesting that they dont stock limearitas...my favorite is grape.

This is the Toys of Us of Liquor stores. I think I could of spent hours looking at the huge selections of various beers, wines and spirits. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. And there is a gas station. I give this place a bid WOW.

Love the selection. Have had a few issues with their delivery, but love that theyre one of the few places in the area that offers this feature. They have events regularly. I only wish they had a drive through!

The best, most knowledgeable staff

Went into see if they had New Belgium 1554 and they did. Asked a employee for help, was very friendly and courteous. Their pick 6 beers was very extensive.

They have anything you could be looking for. Prices are reasonable and plenty of help finding what you need.

Easily has earned my favorite store in NWA, they have a great selection of most liquors and beers and a vast bourbon shelf, they also are very fair with their pricing and I enjoy the fact that they randomly will set out “harder to find” bourbons that they have! How does the GM not know what Laphroaig is? I asked about the difference between the only two they have on the shelf and he says he doesnt know and when I asked if someone else might know he tells me that theres no one else that works there that will know.Arent you a liquor store....? I dont get it.

Going to be our go to for wines, spirits, and beers! On Wednesday and Saturday they have a wine testing so make sure you stop in! Plus something I never knew due to lack of advertising I think.. they sell cigars!

Best, Biggest and best stocked liquor store in the county. Great selection of organic wines to. My favorite is the Live a Little Red at $7.69 its unbeatable and 100% organic. Best value wine in the store.

I really enjoy coming here for all my liquor needs. Krystal, one of the workers, is really knowledgeable and has great ideas and input. She really knows her stuff. They are lucky to have her and I will definitely keep returning.

Yeah, so pretty much your typical liquor store. I think because most liquor stores in the state of Arkansas are subpar at best, this one gets better reviews. It’s what anyone would expect from out of state. Service is average. They offer delivery but only if you are paying for $50+ worth of product and don’t include cigarettes because you can’t order them through the app and the app is the only option for delivery. Idk, I’ve lived elsewhere besides Arkansas and maybe it’s just that fact the state is way behind but I feel like this place isn’t doing anything exceptional compared to their competitors

This is my go-to spot!! Always has something I’m looking for. If they don’t have it, then it’s usually hard to come by anyways, but the helpful associates will show me my next new favorite while I wait. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, price is right on hard-to-find bourbon.

Proving here and at macadoodles is far from the lowest I town...you would think that would be the opposite, but the selection is great. Generally the staff is pretty helpful and friendly. Nearly always a sample of something. So its hard to dislike a place that will let you have a free shot and leave if you dont want to buy anything that day, just browse. So its one of my main stores.

Service, service, service - you CANNOT compare the quality of service you receive here to any other store in general!Only down side is their waiting list + hide and seek games they play with allocated spirits. Should trickle them out throughout the week and make it less gimmicky. Other than that, best store in town!

Guess Who has a large selection and super helpful staff. They even have a few taps set up and will serve you samples of some interesting beers. They often have samples of other items too. Last time we were there a staff member offered to carry our purchases out to the car for us! On top of all that, they usually have pretty good prices.
