Watch out for this company. Daniel Duncan with landcon construction and development hired myself to overylay a parking lot. Mill the edges resurface the parking lot for simmons bank in russelville AR . We bid the job and and told him surface work was needed. He said no! Just mill the edges and resurface. Bank cant afford that at this time. We resurfaced the parking lot and now he will not pay us. Simmons bank wanted entire parking lot milled that was his contract with simmons bank not his contract with me. Mine said mill edges where needed. Thats what we did now he wont pay me because he screwed up with his contract not my fault!!! He owes me $26,000Watch out folks not a good company to sub contract for.
