Great price. In and out quickly. Delivery price was very high. Bought a brand new box spring, but after I got home and removed the plastic it had 5 seperate 4-5 inch tears(or cuts) in the fabric. I called them on it. Although, they did offer for me to bring it back and swap it, it was a pain for me to get it home in the first place, I wasnt keen in the idea. He then said, it doesnt effect the support, I agreed but said that a torn-up box spring isnt what I was buying and wouldnt have paid that price for what I got. He disagreed and argued that I was still getting a good deal because the price was low. No apology or good customer handling. Overall, Id go back, but I wouldnt trust any of the employees to do the right thing or care if they didnt. Its partly my fault for not inspecting the item closely through the plastic, but I didnt expect I had to, or that they wouldnt either. Its almost like they picked this one, to get rid of, and didnt say anything. Not a fan.

Good mattress selection with really great prices. Sales associate was very friendly and helped us find the best deal for us. Store also offers adorable delivery options and worked around our busy schedule for delivery.

Finally found what we were looking for after going all over NWA. Good prices and actually had inventory. Where other places were 6 months out.Only reason I didnt give a full five star review was because they didnt honor an AD on Facebook marketplace from the weekend before. The ad didnt reference anything about a short time sale. When I asked two different salesmen about it, I got two different stories. One said they tried to delete it, another said the deal was only for a certain set which was very similar to the one I was purchasing.At the end of the day, I was still happy with the purchase and service though.

I bought my second mattress from this store. This time the mattress had a defect. When I called to tell Ryan, he was not very friendly. He told me to bring it back and exchange it. It rained the day I was supposed to bring it back so he told me not to bring it yet. He told me he would hold my new mattress. When I took the defective mattress back, he told me he sold my mattress and blamed me. His guys tried to pawn a cheap mattress off on me and I noticed. This place just wants your money.

I am editing my previous 5 star rating to 1 due to a long delayed pending commitment which is overdue (2+ months) raised a concern 2 days after purchasing a brand new leather sofa. Absolutely love my new mattress & box springs purchased at Cheap Sleep Furniture and Mattresses about a week ago....The salesman, Luke, was really nice and helpful and it didnt stop there....want to give shout out to Jeremy with Some Assembly Required that Luke recommended for delivery and install. It was a difficult installation and Jeremy stayed with the job until it was completed although it required 2 trips to our house! Very satisfactory

These guys are the definition of customer service! Had an issue with the delivery where my loveseat was tore While being brought in the house, contacted the store spoke with Luke. He got me one out the next couple of days to replace. Also recently had a issue with the loveseat reclining mechanism. Spoke to the store they told me to submit photos and that it fell under the warranty so he ordered me one up. They’ve made it super easy, great crew up there. I will always buy furniture from this place.

Best customer service you can find. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, but don’t smother you like a used car salesman. Wonderful experience and the cheapest prices around! I can’t say enough good things, you just have to check them out yourselves.

Told me a box spring was $50. Came back a few days later to get one and the same guy said it was $150....Went down to $50 if I was to buy one of their poor quality mattresses. End up going to FFO and getting a 10 year warranty and way better quality.

Mattress I bought had a yellow sticker on it that said it was a second hand mattress that was cleaned. Never was told that before my family bought it. Guess that’s why they’re so cheap.
