This is hands down the BEST place in town for home furnishings. Madison was a delight to work with and we LOVE everything we purchased. Delivery times were very short too!! From leather chairs, custom Art, lamps and a mirror. This is my furniture spot now!!

I had my eye on a demi-lune cabinet from here for quite some time, and finally chose to purchase it. Love the quality and statement it makes in my home. Ann was especially wonderful to work with!

I purchased a sofa with the understanding of delivery in a couple weeks vs. now delivering in a couple months. I would have gone elsewhere, as other furniture stores are now delivering much sooner to my home. Be cautious if you’re sensitive on timing. I want to assume that the salesperson wasn’t properly informed vs. giving me wrong information to make the sell. I would not consider purchasing from Howse Bentonville again.

Walked in nobody asked if they could help us...I guess I looked like I couldnt afford the over priced furniture. Oh well Ill go some place else. The blonde asked if we were still ok lol I dont know you never asked to begin with.....

I would give zero stars if I could. My fiancé and I went in to shop for all new furniture for our new house and was not acknowledged at all until we were walking out the door. Not a single employee wore a mask and on top of that one employee walked right towards us, stopped and started taking a photo of a couch we were looking at without even acknowledging us. We were forced to squeeze around her in order to get by. We are young and I don’t know if maybe they thought we weren’t going to buy anything but needless to say they lost a huge potential customer and we will definitely be letting all our friends knowhow rude the staff was and how horrible our experience was.

I like the furniture but the service is awful at the Bentonville location. I purchased over $14k worth of furniture Labor Day weekend and STILL have not received all of my pieces. No one calls me to provide me status updates on my order. I have to call them to get an update on the status of furniture I ALREADY PAID FOR. I think they have forgotten about my order and that’s why I haven’t heard anything. I just recently called for the fourth time to check up on my order and now they are telling me my furniture won’t arrive until January. Again, I ordered it in early September. I am positive they forgot about my order and that is not the way you should treat your customers. I am at the point of cancelling my order.

We recently went to Howse to look for a couch. There were 4 sales associates up front. NONE of them wearing a mask. My family was in the store 30 min walking around no one acknowledged us the entire time we were in the store. They were just gabbing away up front. As we were exciting the store one lady yelled Hi! It was terrible customer service!

The people were nice, everything was contemporary, suburban, neutral tones.

Had an amazing shopping experience our first time visiting Howse. The store is beautiful; thoughtfully and comfortably staged and has unique items you won’t find locally. It’s an absolute pleasure to walk through. Meredith helped us find beautiful statement lights for the front entry and kitchen nook. She even loaded the car! Thank you guys for wonderful customer service. We’ll be back :)

The store in Tulsa closed and this store has my items I had purchase around 10-11 items and I’m finishing building my house since they closed the Tulsa location but I have not heard a word from this store nor the corporate office I’m so frustrated since everything is fully paid and I have not received one phone call to let me know how they will proced or deliver my stuff not ever a letter from either store the only phone call I got was Dec. 20 to say hey we are closing on the 27th amd your stuff will go to Bentonville and they will contact you wich never happened. I need a response as soon as posible be more Professional. Joy in Tulsa said well they will contact you that’s all the information I know in a couple of days . It’s been 16 days since they closed and I have not received a single phone call or letter .

I ordered furniture in July still waiting on a dining room chair. I will never go back again.

Furniture looked nice. I liked what I saw just not enough to spend that much. Not my taste in furniture. They were nice there and were more than willing to help so.

Our search for the perfect rug ended here - with the perfect price to compliment it! The customer service was excellent. We had plenty of help but were never smothered like we were at the other stores.

Coming from a designer, you should check thus place out. They have quality furniture at great prices, especially compared to what you would pay for similar items at places like RH and Arhaus. The staff is very friendly as well.

I special ordered a red leather sofa, chair and ottoman from here several months ago. I had visited every furniture store between here, Kansas City and Dallas trying to find the right shade of red in the quality I wanted. It was worth the search and the wait!! On my one and only visit, the store had at least five employees if not more and it looked like there were two that were busy with customers. The furniture is unique from other stores but in my whole stroll through I was not greeted once or offered assistance. Totally ignored. No more future visits.

Wow a neat store with furniture you dont find in the big box stores. If you want something a little different this is the place to go. People are helpful and nice. Make it your stop when out furniture shopping.

We are anxiously awaiting our new couch seems like it is taking forever but we expect it should be in by 1 October. Everything in the store was lovely and sales staff was very professional and kind.

Store had great furniture, but the customer service was lacking at best. Went on Black Friday and they had an add that was misleading on the sale. Instead of honoring their add they admitted it was misleading and did nothing.

Bought a chair here for our office during their tent sale and love it! Very pleased with the quality of the chair we purchased and the sales rep who helped us was great!

Went in for the first time Saturday afternoon. Made it about 10ft in and immediately had to leave. The perfume/chemical scent was overwhelming. Maybe consider something natural. Instantly gave me a headache.

Customer service is were it’s lacking! Love my bedroom furniture but sales associate, Leon, not only had my phone number wrong once but three times which delayed my delivery by 2 weeks. No apology for his error. Delivery guys were amazing! There are scratches on my new furniture so when I went by on 3/16 to purchase two new lamps I expressed this to the same sales associate plus another and was advised someone would be out to fix it. On 3/20, I called the store and was given same sales associate-I told him nobody had contacted me about coming out to touch up the scratches. He said he get right on it. It’s now 4/2 and have yet to hear from anyone. Hands down one of the poorest customer service that I’ve seen in NWA!
