Repairs were made and done less than 24 hours after I called them! Wonderful service, highly recommended.

Initially there was an issue. I was contacted by management and we were able to find a fair and reasonable compromise to fix the issues. Very professional! I highly recommend these folks. They were quick to perform the work, and that door has never performed better. There are not many companies out there anymore who are willing to go the extra mile, but Garage Door Medic LLC is one of the few.

I called them on Tuesday evening and they were at my house by 9AM the next morning. The repair was completed within an hour and they were very professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for their prompt, reasonably priced service.

Robert was quick and knowledgeable. The middle brace on my door was broken and he had it replaced quickly. Would recommend.

I called Garage Door Medics early because I could not get my garage door to close. Levi was on the job in very short order. Levi was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked the eyes to make sure they were clear. He also checked to make sure the wire connections were good. He tried every possible fix that might take care of the problem. In the end he determined that it was the “board” that was the culprit. Since their company does not replace “boards” he told me he could not fix my problem. I was more than thankful for the thorough job that Levi did to try to rectify my problem. I would definitely recommend them in a New York minute.

I cannot express how much I appreciate Chandler and Levy! They went above and beyond to fix my garage door. Made it whisper quiet (who knew garage doors were supposed to be so quiet!?! My door is now like brand new. They were quick to respond, professional and super friendly. Robert even tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone! I closed on a house and both garage doors would not work. I made a call. The call center gave my number to the technician who lived in my area. We agreed on a time to meet. He showed up exactly when he said he would. Got right to work and knocked it right out. The bill hurt as I have about million projects to do but considering the time it took to replace the chewed up gears it seemed pretty resonable. If I have moretti le I will be calling the same folks back.
