The guys came out quickly after a storm knocked out both of our garage door motors. I’m telling you what. I tried finding a 16x7 Garage door. Home Depot, Lowe’s, Garage doors direct told me it would be March before one would be delivered. I found these people and the door was measured and installed in one day. It makes my house look so good. I appreciate them sooooo much.

Our garage door frame broke Friday night causing the door to come off the track and hang dangerously from the track preventing us from getting our vehicles out of the garage. We have had good experiences with Garage Doors and More. We broke a spring on our garage door, and contacted them at 5:30 in the evening - they were able to get a crew out to effect repairs by 9:00 the next morning.

I was very happy with the repairs done. They were on-site within about an hour after initial message left on machine at 9.30 on a Saturday night in sub zero weather. Technician was very informative and took time to explain repairs to me so i could attempt in the future. I will definitely be calling when/if future repairs are needed.

A spring on my double door broke late on a Saturday night, I called, left voicemail, and received a text back pretty quick. Setup an appt to get both springs replaced. They arrived on Monday afternoon. Very informative and answered all my questions (I had a lot). He inspected everything and adjusted the springs better then it was when it was installed; the door is operating a lot smoother.

I highly recommend Garage Doors & More. The service appointment was set up quickly. I received a text when Eric and Allen were on their way and they came within the time window originally stated. Their inspection of the door was very thorough and they had all the parts needed to do the repair. I also asked them to do additional work by replacing the weather seals around top, sides and bottom and they quickly got to work. They were very professional and efficient. The only reason they had to come back was because they did not have a bottom seal long enough. They did end up coming back a third time before finally having the correct length. I will call them the next time I need work done on my garage door.
