The audiologist here are awesome

Apparently they ask customers to wear masks and I thought this business was abiding by COVID-19 safety measures, but when I went in wearing a mask after calling in advance and being buzzed in the door, the front desk person was not wearing a mask. This made no sense to me. In addition I thought they were extremely expensive.

The best hearing center. The staff is awesome and very professional. They are willing to take the time to make sure all questions are answered and they dont try to sell you things you dont need. Highly recommend.

Hot coffee, free service checks for my iPhone hearing aids, and a friendly smile always improves my day. I would recommend these folks to anyone who appreciates professional service, every time.

I would first like to thank the staff, what a bunch of friendly and professional people!!! They are over the top accomaditing and veteran friendly. I was very impressed from the time I called to them talking me into where the office is( I dont know the town of Bentonville). I would like to thank these Ladies for all their help and their support for us veterans!!!! I would suggest them to anyone and already have.

They were great fitting my mom with a hearing aid.

This is THE PLACE to go. They know how to help you and take time to do it right. The is not a better place to go for professional help.

They charge you way higher than the usual and recommend all unnecessary tests.
