Movers did not show up on time. Scheduled for morning at 8am. They arrived at 1:30pm. I called multiple times. Impossible to get ahold of sales people or anyone besides secretary due to phone system they use. When movers didn’t show up I was told by the secretary that my sales person, who is apparently also the dispatcher would call me. They never did. Also, it took me calling over and over for several days to get the deposit paid. Moving was only down the street and it went fine. No customer service here and unable to schedule and communicate. I changed travel plans and work so that we could execute a 2hr move but they didn’t show up and didn’t communicate. This was the last time I use 2 men and a truck.

Bill, Steven and Fonzie were amazing!! Very polite, friendly and very helpful! I would recommend this team to anyone, any day!!! I wish them the very best and hope that they get all the respect they deserve!!!

Steve and his cousin moved me on a horrible rainy, cold day. They mde sure my furniture was well wrapped and stayed dry. They worked hard from the time they arrived to move me out through the time they moved me into my new place. Highly recommend.

I am very disappointed in the Two Men & a Truck service. Our movers were great but the billing and management was handled very poorly. We paid in full for our move promptly. We then received a call and a text saying we were $450 past due. With a quick 2 minute check, we identified that it was a billing error on their part and communicated the same to the team. However, nobody paid attention to it. We then received an email saying if we dont pay the balance, it will be taken up with the County Prosecuting Attorneys office. After a strongly worded email to the two men team, they looked through the bill again and determined it was a miss on their part. Absolutely unprofessional despite us informing them multiple times that it was a billing error on their part. Sam Davis was kind enough to sort the issue for us, but it need not have gotten this far.

We moved with them locally, our moving team was awesome! They worked hard, showed up on time, and kept us informed. I would recommend them based on our experience.

This is my first time to use Two Men and a Truck. I moved to a downtown location where large moving vans cannot go. My alternative was to put all my stuff into PODS and hire local movers. On the advice of a friend I contacted Two Men and a Truck. These guys were great. They quickly loaded my belongings and drove to my new house. The new house has a bunch of steps up from the street and then more into the house and its two story. The guys were really careful and nothing got scratched, furniture or walls of the new house. The stairwell to my second story is very narrow and turns, but the guys easily managed to get my heavy bedroom furniture upstairs. You cannot beat these guys for the service value and price. Hire them, youll be glad you did.

Ive seen them driving, they dont know where theyre going they should get Google maps! Good movers though. Probably careful with your stuff.

I had a young man and even younger woman moving me. They were both very courteous and hard workers. My only problem was that I hated to see that young woman lifting such heavy objects and what that was doing to her body. I think men and women both have great abilities but due to a womans body and her ability to bear children, we are NOT equal in this case. Women who apply for such work should be give information on why women should not lift heavy things!

They wrapped all items meticulously, handled everything with extreme care, had impressive moving experience (there were oversized pieces I was convinced they would not get to fit through certain doors but they maneuvered it!) all while being easy to get along with. I decided to book movers for my move to reduce stress on my family, but it ended up being stressful anyway. I was excited to use Two Men and a Truck because I had heard great things about them from my coworkers (large company in NWA).The move was booked in March for a June move starting at 10am. Two days prior to the move they asked if an 11am start would work since they booked an earlier job for that day. I said yes because what difference does an hour make? Well. 12pm came around, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, and the movers hadn’t shown up. I called multiple times for a status update and got “we’ll figure out what’s going on and get back to you.” To get any updates I had to call them. Around 3:30pm I received a call and was told they would arrive between 4:30-5:30....they finally showed up at 6pm and the move was complete by 8pm.In summary, the company over books and over works their movers and isn’t great at communicating that. The actual moving guys (Jose, Marcus, Zack) were great—efficient, careful, very apologetic—but due to the issues in the office I cannot recommend this company.

Professional and courteous from the office staff to the movers. They would place furniture where we asked and then they would ask us to take a look to see if we wanted anything moved. I can tell you that my sons would not have displayed the same can do attitude.

My move experience went extremely well. Two Men and Truck/Bentonville really delivered (bad pun). The estimate process was thorough and timely. The actual packing and move went flawlessly. Movers Hunter and Zane were professional and very hard workers. I would not hesitate to recommend using this firm for your moving needs.

Incredible employees! Great service and true to their word. We had a weekend scheduled move that was sidetracked by an event outside of the company’s control. Communication to get the matter resolved day of was lacking as it was a weekend. However, when management was made aware of the situation, they promptly moved to correct the matter and made sure we were taken care of.

I was a nervous wreck when my company moved me down to NWA. The quoting process was a smooth process, the people were friendly, very helpful & explained everything to me. They called me the week before to just verify everything was still scheduled. Despite the movers being late, cody & the team took care of everything. Loading went smoothly, the drive down was good & the unload went smoothly too. If I have to move again, these are the movers for me. Great job !!

This was the WORST experience I have EVER had with a moving company. First I have a consultant come to my house to make an assessment of what needs to be moved and how much everything will cost. He states only one truck will be needed and it will cost 5700 for the move from AR to GA. I agree and move forward. They make you pay 1/2 of the price upfront to hold the date. 2850 was paid! I was quoted 3 men for and 1 truck! Only 2 men show up! Within 30 minutes of the move the movers tell me all my stuff will not fit on ONE truck or it will fit and it will be over weight. The movers are not professional. One of them drops my night stand inside the truck and says “that’s why we wrap everything” come to find out there is a HUGE break in the night stand that they did not even show me. The mover then goes around the house to do a second inventory that the consultant already did. After they were done, things are left in the home BECAUSE EVERYTHING WILL NOT FIT!!! After the consultant came and did his job. Or didn’t in this case. They get to Ga and start putting furniture where it needs to go but throw all my LABELED boxes in the Garage. I have to tell them to put things in the right rooms! Then as they are putting things where they go, My BRAND NEW BUILT HOME has scuffs, dents, scratches on the stairs, walls And door frame. After I called to complain I STILL do not have a resolution to these issues! I am STILL waiting. DO. NOT. USE. THEM. FOR. YOUR. MOVE. They are high priced and with NO quality!

Moving team of Sam and Tanner were great. They worked hard in extreme heat and humidity in a situation that was grossly understaffed. They were with us 14 hours the first day when the move was estimated to take 8-9 hours. They came back the second day after completing someone elses move and worked until 10:30 pm. My move was grossly underestimated even though I had someone come to the house to estimate both packing and moving. I am appalled that these men who worked so hard to move me do not get overtime after 40 hours. This is an agregious violation of basic decency on the part of the company. Youre so proud of your donation to charity but rip off your own workers to gain tax benefit.

Terrible service especially from management! Was gonna write a huge review but Ill keep it simple. Quote 5-6hrs for $900. Took over 12 hrs just to pack half of my things then tell they couldnt deliver that day. Kept my things at their shop and charged me for it as well. Called Sam Davis(Manger/Owner) multiple times and left VM with no response at all. So if they comment under this just know the Management doesnt gives two s$!%. Was charged over $1700 and was told itd be another $2K just to deliver my things to my house from their shop. Hired another company that did for less then half! Straight up trash as a company!

I have used two men and a truck 2 times now and I have been amazed bith times. The first time we moved out of state and just needed helpers to load our truck and they loaded oir truck fast and efficiently. Just used them again for a local move and again servise was amazing. They were on time and very professional. I was amzed how fast they moved us. Will always recommend this company and use them for any other future moves.

Great company. Thank you Oliver, Daniel and I cant remember the other gentlemans name, but all three were spectacular! I had to move out of a three story apartment, to two different storage units and then finally to my new home with a solid uphill driveway and it was done in under 4 hours. This was recently done in NWA (Bentonville to Bella Vista) and following the February 2021 ice/snow storms. My parents have used this company for years, Im a satisfied customer now, and I will be recommending Two Men and a Truck to others. Just be sure you can be there to supervise the move the whole time and have everything packed and ready to go before they get there.

Do yourself an favor and NEVER use Two Men and A Truck!!! They came to our home and did a walk through estimate. The estimate was wrong by one-half a truck load and four hours of time. We spent $1,000 more on our move than the estimate. The team was friendly. However, they busted my gutter on my new home, tore up a door frame, dumped all my boxes in my garage with zero care as to how they stacked them, and put a huge scratch in my wood floor while moving my couch. I filed a damage report with them. They agreed to take care of my door frame and gutter, but NOT my floor! The team of movers banded together and formulated a huge lie about my floor stating my husband moved the couch and scratched the floor. They said they all witnessed it. Well, there was only one mover in the house at the time. He was the only one who could have witnessed it. My husband also was not in the room with the couch at the time. He was on the other side of the bar and I was at the other end of the couch. We both watched him drag the couch himself and scratch the floor. To make things even worse, as I was unpacking I found that they broke one of my big floor vases and damaged one of my big tables. They also lost pieces to one of my display cabinets. I didn’t report these items however. Two Men and A Truck obviously doesn’t care about the customer, doesn’t put the customer first, doesn’t care about their reputation, and think their customers are a bunch of liars. I would NEVER use them again for a move or recommend them to ANYONE!

The first time we used them, it was great! There are a few issues Id like to have addressed.Disclaimer (lily was nice and courteous)Two men showed up, not three as scheduled and paid for, the third didn’t arrive till later.Initially we were charged the full time for three. We inventoried all our belongings to ensure a proper quote, just as we did on our first move only 12 months before this one. Notated all our stuff prior to setting up this move. Yet one truck was sent. They could only get one storage unit. We had 2 12x25’ units. They called and said one was complete and they couldnt get the rest. They stacked our $3,000 washer and dryer set on one another so washer has 4 lovely dents on top from the dryer. But we are messed out of that because no one told us until last minute while they were setting up to load that since its coming from a storage unit we have to waive damages. Also...Yesterday I drove to the storage unit and the unit was wide open, and NOT completely loaded. They left 3 boxes in the first unit they said was complete. In those three boxes, included a brand new $5,000 engine for a Harley. And $1200 in camera and electric equipment. Unacceptable.How would you handle this situation?Our first time using the company was wonderful like I said ! This time not so much.The only positive - the movers were polite.They corrected the charge enough I am “okay” more aggravated than anything. Because we feel shorted on our end, we still have a full unit left of stuff, stuff they say is “9%” of a truck load. So if it accounts for 9% of a truck but they only sent 1 truck to start with, why was all if our stuff not moved, as quoted. If we were still in our home what would have happened? I have a 8 month pregnant wife who cant help move anything, and weOver inventoried all items to be sure we had plenty of breathing room.I want the rest of our stuff safely and properly loaded and unloaded as we expected, I don’t feel we should have to pay an additional movers fee since this should have been handled the first day. 11 years in a customer service job where repeat and referral business is key, when we have a customer issue, we fix it! I’ve had customer issues not even related to myself or my management team and have spent thousands to right a companies wrong.This is just not the experience we expected especially after our first time using them when they were great.I’d recommend paying a bit more and is Razorback movers or someone else.Maybe we will get this resolved, maybe we won’t.I’ll gladly remove our review if it’s made right, I mean 100% right. I’m not willing to pay another cent for a job that should have been done the first time.I hate I even have to leave such a review because we are not like that. But lately we have just been given terrible services with more than one instance.Do better TMT do better...

Our move was more complex than just picking up our things and moving to a new address, we had our belongings picked up and put into storage, and then moved more than a month later. Apart from some very minor communication issues, the kind that any organization of more than 2 people might have, our move was conducted professionally, quickly, and safely. We requested that our moving team wear masks during our contact, and each member of the team complied and they were all very professional and capable. Our boxes and furniture arrived when we expected, and I felt that we received good value for our money. Special thanks to Isaiah who even managed to get paperwork signed while maintaining adequate social distancing.

We had a fantastic experience with this mover. We were in a crisis situation requiring a last-minute move of a large volume of elderly parents stuff to an out-of-state location. The office staff were extremely helpful and flexible in developing a schedule that would work despite the move happening in a busy season. The movers showed up when they said they would, were highly professional and careful, and managed to fit what we all thought would be 1.5 trucks worth of stuff into a single truck, saving us thousands of dollars. The delivery also happened just as promised, again with highly professional and skilled movers; we could find no trace of damage to other goods or houses and the work went faster than we expected. I cannot recommend this mover enough, they relieved an extremely stressful situation and were a joy to work with throughout the process.

We had items In storage places by a national moving service. Two-Men were contracted to move from storage to the permanent locationThe team was Steve, Fonzee and Dawson and they were very particular for how they handled our items, carefully wrapped each item and handled with care. They were efficient and competed the load and unload in about 4 hours. I wish I had contracted them for the move here from Fishers Indiana rather than Crowne moving. We found land pieces that Crowne damaged beyond repair and I do not believe that would have happened with Two-Men

Great experience unloading a POD! The booking process with really easy and they were even able to pull forward my reservation when my POD arrived early. The guys did a great job, were careful, respectful, and efficient. They were also happy to help me put together my bed. I highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Moving with Two Men and a Truck NWA was a nightmare experience, to be honest. I had used them before on other moves years ago so this was not expected. I had to call and leave messages multiple times to get a call back just to get scheduled. After 3 days of attempts, I was finally able to get scheduled for Sat. 2/27 at 3:30 pm for a 4-hour estimated move. For the first hour of my move, I still hadnt heard from my movers, they had not arrived, and the main office was leave a message mode, which I did, and did not hear back from management. At 4:30 I finally received a call that they would be another 1 to 1 1/2 hours at the previous client site. One truck finally arrived at 5:30, but was not the primary truck and didnt have the paperwork so they sat outside my residence in their truck until the second truck arrived with the rest of the crew at 6:00 pm to begin the job (2 1/2 hours late). The job was completed in 4 hours but I was charged for 4.75 hours because of the drive time from the previous client in Fayetteville. My move was from central Rogers to east Bentonville. Both residences are less than a 10 minute drive from the Two Men Bentonville office, yet I was charged 45 minutes of drive time from another client (that has nothing to do with my move). I tried to call last week to discuss my issues over my move and my charges for the drive time, I left a message, and that call was never returned. Today, I called the corporate office and they said customer care or the local office will have to call me back. When this move took place, we were waiting for them to call us back to schedule a move for my fiancées residence to our new home, and when they finally called back (days later), we cancelled that move request. When given the feedback about my move and that we were going to use someone else, they said someone would call us back to address the issues. Guess what? No one ever did.UPDATE 4/6/21: After posting reviews, I was contacted by Sam from the local office. We discussed the issues and he apologized for the communication issues that we had and said they would be addressed. He was very courteous and responded in a timely manner after that. He did investigate the issue on the billing and credited back the overcharge immediately. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went ahead and scheduled them for my fiancées move, which was completed this past weekend. That move was an estimated 6-8 hours and came in at 6.5. The movers did an excellent job and were very friendly and hard-working, as well as on-time.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and its employees. I am a disabled veteran confined to a wheel chair and these guys treated me and my furniture like gold. There were no hidden costs in my final bill.THEY ARE THE BEST!

Tried to get a quote and the person I spoke with was extremely rude and talked over me and wanted to charge me nearly quadruple what other moving companies were quoting me for a 2 hour move.

The moving team arrived on time and did a stellar job of moving our display case to another location and returning with the new display case we purchased. Our house has lots of angles and small doors. The moved this large piece of furniture into the house with no damage to anything and put it together for me even thought it was a VERY tight squeeze. I would recommend this service to anyone and especially the team they sent to work on my moving issues. Thanks, guys!

Their inventory specialist way underestimated our truck size. Would not send another truck. We had a house full of furniture left in Arkansas when we are in Texas. We had to rent another truck and movers and make a 10 hour trip to pick up what they left.*****EDIT**** they had movers load up the remainder of our things and they drove it to us in Texas. It was a week of stress about how we were going to get it done but it was taken care of 7 days later.

First didnt provide enough trucks. Packed household items. Marked some not all with ink pen.No sharpie! 4 clothing boxes did not have metal bar so clothes were rolled up and thrown in.Another unmarked box was dishes and everyone was broken. Didnt use but a few moving blankets. Could list more but have to mention the sub par management on refunds on broken items. Strung me out as long as possible. Finally paid 75% of damages. Went to better business bureau with complaint and finally got full reimbursement. Also going to corporate headquarters is a mistake as they are useless!

This is the only company I trust to move us. They were able to get us in on very short notice, and they worked very quickly and thoroughly even though their rates are hourly. We have a lot of old antique furniture and none of it was damaged. Very professional and efficient. I highly recommend!

Was told that the movers will come with gloves and masks as requested by me. But the movers came in without gloves or masks(looks like moving staff were not informed by sales team). The staff were really good, however at this time of the sickness, i am worried and definitely not happy. Have requested the operations person who called me for feedback to inform us if any of these staffs starts showing any symptoms. He is supposed to talk to Sales why this was missed, however this is not going to help us.

The crew themselves were great. We ended up with a later start than scheduled. We were originally told we would have 5 guys at a discounted rate to compensate for the start. The crew ended up showing up with just 4. We were not communicated regarding these changes. The duration took longer than was discussed.

We packed our boxes ourselves, they did an excellent job packing the truck . I was amazed they got it all. Careful, neatly packed. Took care to cover everything with provided blankets and plastic wrapped the furniture.Arrived to our new place nothing broke nor evened shifted it seemed.Very friendly easy to talk too, talked me through the paper work. Thank you, we would have not done it like you could and we would have needed a village.

I just needed Two Men, no Truck, to move heavy furniture around the house and up stairs, much with 1/2 inch clearance. They showed up early, were courteous and professional, got right to work, no dings on the furniture, walls or door frames, and finished within 30 min. No hassle writing checks as a credit card had already been taken during the reservation. While I could have found a cheaper mover, I wanted the care to not scratch things, and 2 Men delivered.

They partially flooded my basement when they disconnected my washing machine from the departing home... they did not have the water turned off completely. Service Master had to lift up the carpet, remove the baseboards, remove some of base drywall, dry everything up over a few days, and then do repairs for the damage. Yet, because they make you sign documents beforehand, they are not liable. Maybe I just had a bad experience, but the flood damage they caused my home was almost as expensive as the move itself. It also delayed my ability to sell the house.They did not even attempt to make up for my loss or cost of repairs. My wife just got a cold shoulder and a “not liable” lecture.The packers and movers themselves were nice and seemed efficient with regards to timing. They boxed up things appropriately. We had at least 4-6 objects that were either missing or broken. That I can tolerate, but the flooded basement I cannot...**and to answer the owners comment... I would love to speak with someone. Please call me. It seems as though only a voicemail works at your office.

Horrible Service...If you like your belongings broken and your door ways torn up these are the folks for you. Absolutely destroyed our Front entry door jambs 2.5 months ago, still not repaired. They love to hide behind their phone and have zero urgency to make it right. Dont think for a minute they are any better at the corporate level, you may as well talk to a wall. Oh they want their payment now, but taking care of damage, well that they just dont care about.

Excellent service, moved from a second story to a thirs story apartment in the rain, professional all the way. Despite warning that our cheap bookshelf would likely fall apart in transit it made the trip and is still proudly displaying our books. Highly recommended.

Scheduling was a little time consuming requiring me to make multiple calls to finalize the quote and book the move. The price point was high, but I booked based on company reputation and the offer of full value coverage. The crew arrived within the estimated time and were all in uniform which is a professional touch compared to some companies. The load out process was handled well and the crew did a good job maximizing space usage. They were not able to get everything in which was disappointing, but not the crews fault. The unload was quick and efficient. Overall a good experience with this branch, albeit at a premium price point.

They were awesome! They were very very careful with a very difficult piece of furniture (curio cabinet) with curved glass doors & mirror in back-very heavy. They took great care in packing & wrapping it. And done in afternoon before the holiday on short notice!

The guys were very professional, fast and thorough. They asked questions when unsure about where items went. When I changed mind, they were not bothered and happily changed direction.The office staff were very friendly and accommodating when we had to quickly change our schedule. The 3 gentlemen that came to help me move were amazing. It was not an easy job and they never complained once. They wrapped all my furniture to keep it safe and once we got to my new house they also hooked up my washer and dryer for me.They were polite, friendly and respectful.

They are very careful and wrap furniture to reduce the incidence of damage. All of the movers we have had are very friendly and polite. Barrett and his Bentonville team moved my house hold items from two locations in 5 1/2 hours, saving me money and time.I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for any type move you need.

Giving one star because there isnt an option for zero. Extremely unprofessional. They came late and said they would move anything that wasnt packaged appropriately. Instead, they just left the job unattended with all of my property exposed for anyone to take. When I spoke to the manager, Janet, she was rude an unprofessional, just like her crew. I would not recommend using this company. Theyre a joke!
