We rented a 15’ uhaul for a day to move and the guy who checked us in & out was awesome. There were a little dirt and rocks in the truck but the guy gave us some credits for the trouble. He also called to confirm that he gave us the credit. They seem like very genuine folks working there, not just trying to make a quick dime. The store was clean and had some supplies for packing too (like mattress bag, boxes, taped, etc). Would definitely use them again & recommend to friends.

I highly recommend them. They have great staff and they are very reliable. The only problem we have is that he back gate never wants to open for us. We have a big camper. So we need to be able to just pull out instead of trying to drive around to get out.

Moving everything from one storage unit to another is my worst nightmare, but Jeremy and everyone at U Storage made it unbelievably easy! Jeremy was very thorough when walking us through which units would be best for us. Once we decided, it was very clean and easy to locate. The actual office itself has great music, locks available for purchase (which Jeremy personally opened for me so I could immediately use!), and zero wait time! Once we opened the gate that greets us by name, we received a text, that we can respond to, reminding us that the team is there to help whether its questions or moving heavy things. U Storage is the bomb dot com! :)

I love this place! The staff are all friendly and super professional and helpful beyond expectation! They are polite and accurate.Anytime you have a question they are there to answer it!The units are clean and in excellent condition! The lobby has moving supplies, PLUS you can lease a moving truck!There is nothing more you could ask for in an easy to access storage place!

I have been with Bentonville U Storage for almost five months now and I have no regrets. They were a lot of self-storage options and this one was the best. After the day before closing on our house here while moving from San Antonio, Covid-19 hit and we couldnt close, Jeremy set us up with not only 1 but 2 units to unload our uhaul. He was sooo kind and helpful, after we moved in and had our kitchen remodeling set up, we went back to Bentonville U Storage and rented a unit to have extra room in our garage for all the old and new cabinets, bikes, boxes that werentunpacked yet, and lawn mowers. The facility is awesome. Cameras everywhere with 24/7 access. Amazing! Our boat storage near Praire Creek was broken in to and we lost over $14k of tackle and things, but no cameras there to recover anything. Thank you Bentonville U Storage for always being our go to for household storage.

I cant say enough about these guys! Jeremy and Chris have been terrific to work with, polite, professional and really going above and beyond in many way! These are the type of people you want to deal with in stressful situations like moving can be.We did a one way rental to Florida through them and purchased many, many boxes and other items for packing up our house.Unfortunately the one way didnt go so well! The truck broke down in Tupelo, MS and although the roadside assistance experience was not great I have to say that the people were not the problem! Obviously U-Haul has invested in customer service training and they have hired a lot of capable people who believe in great customer service!In spite of the Tupelo experience the people were so great to work with and so focused on making it right that we now have another reservation with Chris and Jeremy for a truck for our final move!When the truck broke down we spoke with a lot of different people but Cynthia, Ivy, Josh, Liz and Erica all were great to deal with. Compliments to Corey Platt as well, he was a pleasure to deal with!One last comment on this long review. U-Haul, as with most companies should look into wait times and staff accordingly, a 40 minute wait to talk to someone isnt ok and there are a lot of people like me, who in a bad situation want to talk to someone, not use their phone and a website to get help!Overall, the ultimate compliment that Im paying them is that we are doing this next one way rental with them also!

Great location for anyone west side of Bentonville. Security is done right and prices are lower than most I researched. Office associates have always been very responsive when I’ve needed some help.

Seriously the best storage unit we could have asked for! We stored our entire house here while I was in rotations for medical school and weren’t worried one bit about it! So safe, clean, and helpful! We had a scheduling conflict with moving in when they were open, and one of the workers willingly set up our code, unlocked our unit, and emailed me a map of where it would be. They also have great rates for Penske rentals right there on the lot. I have never once had a grumpy worker or bad experience. Would recommend 100%!!!

Great storage units, upkept well, friendly staff. Only complaint is they stopped handling Penske and now they operate with shady U-haul, when a company operates with U-haul they care about the dollar not the customer. U-haul finds every reason to take money from the customer, and if the business I support is supporting them then its time to move my storage unit. We originally went with you for Penske related trucks and rentals and started renting a 10x30 for the last year just about, went the other day to look into a Penske and they switched to the old U-haul actually was pretty sad about it.

I am a fairly new customer. So far so good. They have a new clean facility. The staff are very friendly and willing to work with you on a good size and price fit. The location is good and easy to navigate with a large or small truck.

Clean and New storage units! I needed 2 large temperature controlled storage units to store my things so I went to Bentonville U Store because it was close to my house and in a convenient location. Upon arriving, the staff member was amazingly helpful right off the bat. I was able to check out the units available and got everything squared away in about 20 minutes. They have everything you need (locks, moving trucks, etc) What I really liked about this location is the fact that all of the units are very close to where you unload your car or truck meaning you can pull right up to your door and you don’t have to walk a mile just to get to your unit. All of the units are new and smell great. The entrance gate is very convenient and just overall this is a wonderful facility. I would recommend this company to anyone I know.

With having to move in 15 days and not knowing how to get it done or ever renting a storage unit before this was the best place for so many reasons. The prices are of course nice but the service that was provided was extraordinary. Having the store with anything you could have forgotten or needed is so great and that the prices are not jacked up speaks to the service they want to provide. Anytime we had a question they went above and beyond with answering. On the busiest moving day of the month we decided to try and get a truck and figured there would be none available but when we called to check they immediately ran out and got one ready and parked to where we just had to get the keys and drive straight out. It’s the little things when everything is chaos that means so much. And when I no longer needed the unit and called to cancel, within a day of being charged, when they were not even open I got a response immediately response that it would be taken care of and confirmed the next day when it was. If I ever need a unit again I will immediately choose them and if I hadn’t moved all move stuff into my new house I would have loved to have stayed and worked with them. Nothing I would change about my experience! Thank you for your assistance especially in these times!

Everything went extremely smooth when I rented a truck from them. Theyre very professional and were kind during the rental process. WOW! This place rox! So I had storage a few years ago and my stuff got ruined from leaks and rats. Needless to say I was worried about getting storage again. However Jeremy and his team blew me away with how clean the facility was and how well they maintain everything.
