The trails are great the views are beautiful everybody is so nice when you meet them on trails

These guys were great! I rented two ATVs from them yesterday. It was pretty obvious that I’ve never ridden one before. The two guys that were helping my brother and I took the time to go over the quads with us, explaining everything without making us feel dumb for not knowing. They gave us advice on where to go, and what trails would be give us a great experience. I would definitely rent from them again!

Great store and great place to park your trailer if you’re going up Jericho mountain or heading on the other side of the road to the success trail.

Rented an ATV for the day from Jericho. The staff processed the paperwork quickly, answered all my questions, gave me a quick orientation of the bike, and sent me on my way. No issues at all.On a side note, a friend of mine had an accident on the ATV trails, and the Jericho mechanic/staff was good enough to provide some assistance. Overall, great experience! Ill be renting from these guys again next year.

Rented 2 ATVs from these guys... The machines were in top shape and ran great. They gave good tips and saw the large windmills up close. even grabbed some sandwiches from one of the employees fathers shop just up the street that just so happens to open before Jericho... Sooooo convenient and the chicken salad was great!! I will be Back, I had a great time.The trail entrance being right across fom where you get the machines really made this a super easy on and off ride. I really cant say enough about how nice and knowledgeable these guys are, made me feel right at home. I will not go anywhere else.

First time here and it was so beautiful!

I have been to Jerico Outdoors 3 times now - and they are absolutely outstanding. This is a one hour drive for me each way and well worth it. Not only has the service on my ATVs been fast, very well done and on or under the estimate, but they go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and well informed. Needing a plow on my ATV, I still called around for an installed price. No surprise - Jerico had the best price. They ordered my plow with no request for deposit, called when it came in and, although the estimate for installation was a week or more- they installed it the next day - perfectly- and for less than the estimate. Better yet, when I showed up, the ATV with the new plow was sitting on my trailer ready to go. Really a 5 star business. Kudos Jerico!

If I could give no stars, I would.They took $2k for parts and labor on a job they quoted at $500. After top end rebuild on a 96 banshee we find out the O-rings were seated improperly lissing out fluids and forced us to store it until we can trust someone again to fix it right.When I chose them to fix it I expected to get the service I would want to provide if I specialize in that field. It was like dealing with a backyard mechanic.

Took in our machine for repair and the work was done on the same day. Very pleased with the service. Thank you, Tucker.

You just have to stop in to Jericho outdoor motor sports.Leah Tucker Brian ate so kind extremely knowledgeable. You will probably load up on your sports gear and ATV Utvs.I have good opinion of other dealerships.However Jericho motor sports are the cream of crop. DO yourself a favor try them first they ate best.

I’m a new person to this area and I have been in this establishment three times in the past four days. The first two times were just for trail information, the third time was for something more serious. In all cases I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I think they are worthy of your business.

I recently purchased a 2014 Wildcat Trail XT from Jericho Motorsports. I cannot say enough good about the experience. Everyone there (Tucker, Leah, Randy, etc) were extremely friendly and great to deal with. They gave me a fair price on my trade and even installed some aftermarket items, that I had purchased elsewhere, for me. They are great to deal with and seem to really stand behind their products. Highly recommended.

Awesome people. Wife and I were riding away from festival when wife got a flat. A guy drove by in a truck pulling an empty trailer offered to trailer wifes quad into town to Jericho outdoors come to find out he was an employee helping trailer merch to the festival yet took time to help us out. Pretty useless for service. If you call and mention you have a Polaris they immediately tell you they have no parts and can not help you. They are located in front of the most popular atv festival in the northeast. Youd think they would be more helpful

Had an issue with an ATV on the trail, towed it here to get evaluated. They were polite and professional. The ATV was repaired with a new ignition switch, and it was back in the trails within a few hours.

Finally!!! Ive been wrenching for 20+ years and sourcing parts is one of the most daunting tasks as a sole-proprietor. ALWAYS ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I live 4.5 hours away and i will only use these guys. Tucker is the best ive dealt with than any other dealer ..He treats u like a friend more than a customer. I recommend him and his staff to everyone i know that rides. Even if they ride another brand,they use him for any accessories or stuff they can before going anywhere else. Awsome trails. Miles and miles of FUN! Beautiful views! Registering your atv is made very easy. If your out of state no need to worry. Simply go to any vender and give your license and pay either a 40 dollar for 10 day temp. registration or 75 dollars for a whole year if you joing a club. Follow the rules which a very lenient and youll have a great time. If not there is a nice sheriff giving out tickets for no reg. not stopping for stop signs and speeding.

Been trying to contact this place as its the closest arcticat dealer near us (over an hour one way) and keep getting this is not a working number when we try to call. Tried there Facebook page link on there webpage and got this page is not available at this time. Does anyone know how to reach them? Are they In business still? Tried emailing waiting for a response . Would give more stars but havent had any experience with them other then not being able to contact them...waited 3 weeks no response from the email I sent them. Id assume after them failing to respond they are closed
