Very busy, but got my vehicle in and out as quickly as possible. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Definitely will return.
Brought my vehicle in for a tire repair on lunch while at work. They took my car for nearly an hour and never told me when the work was completed. When I went inside for pickup they first couldnt find my paper work and then said nothing was in my tire. I left irritated and my tire went flat on me after I returned to work. Without a doubt the worst place to take your vehicle.
You get what you pay for. I took my car in for an oil change and they didnt reattach my splash shield correctly. It came off while driving and got destroyed. Went in to file a claim and they wouldnt allow me to do it, claiming it was fine when I left. With repairs, that oil change cost me $400!
Great place to get your vehicle service. Guys in the back are good workers.

Had an appointment that I had made online, got there and the guy said oh that doesnt work with us here have to wait another week now. The tires sat in the store for a week without them realizing they were there. Back to Discount Tire next time.
The whole reason I bought tires from Walmart.com was because online it said I could get the warranty but when I went to the store to get them mounted they told me I didn’t qualify for the warranty because I used Walmart.com so I let that go! After they finished mounted my tires I walked outside to see a kid doing donuts in my car so I proceeded to call corporate who put me in touch with the manager for the auto center where he proceeded to tell me that it’s their policy to do figure eights in the cars after mounting the tires and it is normal for new tires to screech while the do it. After calling other tire shops and asking buddys who own shops they all almost laughed at me for even asking if it was normal so no I will never be going back for my auto needs. Dumb of me to even consider them.
For some reason this location is short on synthetic oil. They only had conventional oil. When I asked the cashier why they dont have synthetic and if theyd be getting any soon he seemed annoyed with me asking and said look I dont know. I felt bad for him since he seemed very unhappy but I was more disappointed that I didnt get what I wanted, which was the synthetic oil. UPDATE THEY FORGOT TO PUT THE OIL CAP BACK ON AND CAUSED DAMAGE TO MY CAR! IM VERY ANGRY. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP, NEED LEGAL ADVICE. LOOKING INTO SUEING WALMART
The staff here do not know their own hours. The hours are wrong on the website and still say 12 noon to 6 pm. I arrived a little before noon on Saturday and things were in full swing. I was told the center opened at 7 the next day. I arrived at 703 and found that the store was not open. I called the main number and was told the center open at 8 am not 7 am. I waited until 8 and when the supervisor came in he said I had two techs call in so we will n be open until 9am.This customer service was terrible. I will not be returning here for any car care.

The tires were cheap but they didnt clean my windshield like they said or top off my fluids said my car was a little low of oil which I had to topped off make sure you know how much oil you have before they give you paranoia that your car with oil lol 🤣

They always treat me so well here! While some think that Walmart is Walmart, that is not the case! These folks are such a great team and care more than most places. I will always be thankful for this crew!
Management was really destroying the employees awesome work back in the auto center because for some reason they werent getting along with the auto center people and refused to come back there for the lube audit so all kinds of angry customers were sitting there with the little heart symbols pop in over their heads while they waited angrily for their stuff diner dash reference Auto center was awesome management not Auto center management was garbage stay away from bernalillo Walmart. extremely slow nobody looks like they want to be there or work their everybody looks like theyre on grateful to be employed by it basically they look like management is destructive to their team. AVOID! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. We bought 4 tires, it took 3hrs to mount them, mounted 3 of the same kind and 1 of a much cheaper brand. It cost us another trip back to make the switch. Upon arrival the cashier argued and blamed us on not seeing their mistake. We asked for all tires to be at the same pressure, more arguments. We asked to speak with a manager, that never happened. Disrespctful, argumentative, no customer service.
I come in at 0700 on a Saturday (opening time by there posted hours) and the one guy says he does not have anyone in until 0730 if he comes in at all. The next Saturday I come in and finally get checked in at 0720 and the one guy is in I guess and it is going to take 2 hrs for a simple rotate and balance. You need to add manning on Saturday.
I swear the employees working there not all there like wow. All of them.

I needed a flat repair as I was on my way back from Santa Fe. I made it to the Walmart tire center just before closing time. Tech David took my car in right away and made the repair. Was very thankful David and the tire center staff were there to provide excellent service. Great job!
Had a car emergency with a suddenly dead battery on a Saturday afternoon, once I made it to the auto center they were awesome and got my car back up and running in a short time . You guys rock!
I will never come back. I brought a 14” boat trailer wheel in for a new tire, just the wheel. The price was fair at $53 but the 1 hour and 30 minute wait was enough to anger me. When I worked in a tire shop, this was a 5 minute task for a new person. The staff was rude for the entirety. They charged me $12 to mount it (not even balance) and that doesn’t include any tire warranty, which is often just a scam anyways.
They had fired most of their staff recently and the two guys who were working went home at 4pm. I spent an hour doing my shopping expecting my truck to be done only to find out it hadnt been seen yet. A phone call is all it would have taken. Oh well

Horrible place. Horrible customer service. Two and half hour s for an oil change. When I arrived only one car in front of me. When I asked why it took so long Fabian became agressive and rude. After I spoke with a manager it still took an additional thirty minutes. Go anywhere else I didnt listen to the reviews do not make the same mistake.
Terrible service with auto care. Along with other customers, we left feeling unvalued. We all waited over 3 hrs with no one communicating about time or the status of our vehicles. Workers were rude and avoided an type of communication when we attempted to ask about our vehicle. When I finally got a workers attention the first response given was do you want your keys so you can leave. Supervisor was extremely unhelpful and didnt attempt to give any help.
Called 4 times and no ever answered the phone. Going to the store wasnt much better. No more Wal-Mart
Unacceptable behavior no one came to talk to me so I went In for help and this man told me i needed to wait in my car he didnt let anyone know i was there i waited in my car again just to leave because i dont have an hour to wait to be checked in. Rude old native man lost Walmart a customer. Im sure local tire shops will care more.
Miguel and Al checked out the life of our battery after our car wouldn’t start and we had to jump it. They were very nice and answered all our questions. Unfortunately, they were out of stock of the battery (MAXX-151R) we needed so we had to go to the Rio Rancho location, but we appreciated their diagnosis and help! Especially since the team at Rio Rancho got an initial reading that the battery was still good - because Miguel had told us a longer check of the battery indicated it needed to be replaced, we insisted that Rio Rancho check it again. Sure enough, their deep cell battery check also said it needed replacing and we were able to get the battery for free since it was within the 3 year replacement time period. Thanks Miguel for saving us time with a proper diagnosis!
It was terrible I waited 3 hours to have my tires put on my rims then they told me it would be an additional 2 hours to have the tires put on my truck then the manager daid to come the next day bernalillo store I had to leave almost $1000 there $500rims $442 in tires if possible have tire work someplace else

Terrible service. Waited 2hours to get a flat tire fixed that had road hazard warranty from them, ended paying $40 out of pocket for a new tire that should of been covered by warranty! Also asked them to balance all 4 tires because that was also covered & they didnt do it. I told them never mind Im not waiting another 2 hours for that to be done! Not happy at all!
The were super busy that day so I had to wait close to 4 hours if not more to get my tires on. Then when I got home my rims were scratched on the inside and I was missing one lug nut. It was ridiculous 😡.
Needed tires put on my truck the tires I have currently are totally bald I bought used tires with 50% tread and wanted them mounted on my truck I called to make sure they were able to mount them so I went to Wal-Mart and was turned away because the guy said he couldnt mount them because there wasnt enough tread I specifically called them before hand to make sure they would mount them and I told them they were 50% tread so. Now Im still driving on bald tires because they didnt want to help me out I even told them if its that big of an issue I will sign a disclaimer form and I was still turned away. I just wanted the tires mounted so I dont have a blowout with my current set. I will never go here again. If I could afford brand new tires I wouldnt go to Wal-Mart to get them mounted.

Manager in tire department was a little rude. I was returning some tires I had bought and instead of having the refund go back on my debit card I asked for the cash. She seemed inconvenienced that she had to ring up the items I was returning again because she initially ran the refund to go back on my debit card
An hour and 38 minutes for an oil change. Only 2 people were working today. When I asked about the status of my car the man in the front was very rude and said he only works up front. Poor customer service.
Always slow if you plan on getting a tire and oil change make sure you have at least 4 hours to wait around on a 30 min job

Went for an oil change and no one knew what they were doing they were charging me for someone elses oil change and didnt get me the right oil in my truck. To make it all worse the oil was leaking and after checking the oil filter wasnt on right. Havent been back since and will NOT go back again!
