Always a great experience. The staff is friendly and very helpful with finding what your looking for, answering questions, and letting you know what deals the store is having. If youre looking for a game they dont have they will help you find a store that does, and call them in advance to hold on to it for you. The prices are reasonable, but the used games should be a little cheaper.

Be careful going to this location.. I ordered a Xbox controller from here and paid for next day shipping and got the controller 4days later.. Tried to get a refund for next day shipping and they gave me the run around like I didnt purchase from them and customer service was horrible.. I wont EVER be going back there.. Thanks for nothing!!

This place is decent place where you can get merchandises for gaming - the place is bit small, but almost have everything you might need.

Terrible Experience, ordered a game for in-store pick-up, when I arrived, Iwas told someone else picked up the game with same confirmation number. Provided me with the corporate number to request a refund. AVOID THIS STORE!!

1 star due to the fact that the sign on the door clearly states that the place closes a 9:00 PM on Sunday and I got there at 8:20 and it was closed. If the place closes at a different time then they should have the decency to change the damn sign.

This gamestop had a game I wanted to buy, so I called - constantly! - but no one picked up the phone. So I had to drive all the way over here to pick it up. I walked in and no one was around, until this not-so-friendly guy walks outta the back room, I believe his name was randy, he had this REPULSIVE additude towards me, so pick up my game and just left it disgust. I was trying very hard to hold my friendly side and to not tell him off! Management, if youre seeing this, you better hash some words at this specific employee or better yet find a better replacement!

Pre ordered a game from them recently and when I went to pick it up, they didn’t have it. Thought to myself what was the point of pre ordering if they aren’t going to have the product. Might as well buy it from a place that’s going to have, like Best Buy.

Buyer beware! I was sold a nonworking xbox live 3 month subscription here. When I called then about the issue, the manager blamed microsoft and asked me to call microsoft support. I did and they informed me the code had been redeemed... 2 DAYS BEFORE I BOUGHT IT! They suggested one of the employees might be doing something funny. I called back to alert the manager about this issue and not only was he not interested in this issue, he hung up on me. I called back to get his name and he wouldnt identify himself to me and invited me to instead report the employee who rang me up to corporate. There are lots of other places purchase games in the area. I would go someplace else.

Quick service but prices can be a little too high for used copies of recently released games.

They helped me transfer a game pre-order (including the store credit from trade-ins I had used to make the deposit) from another store after I moved here. AND the code to said digital pre-order is available the evening before the game drops, so I can pre-download! I had been nervous only people ordering through the specific console stores would be able to do that. If this hasnt been the case, my next occasion pre-ordering a game would have only been through the console store.
