I honestly walked in there with the intention of canceling my plan with T-Mobile/Sprint but Luis Garcia changed my mind. His honesty and the options he provided changed my mind. He also motivated me to continue to ride my bike more often haha. I come from a hospitality background and was blown away by Luis customer service. Thank you again!

Been a customer of Julian’s for many of years now. I’m not tech savvy at all even with something so simple as a set up of a phone. Which I encountered while trying to set up my mother’s iphone (she forgot her password to her Apple ID) Julian took his time to walk me thru the process (I can imagine he has bigger fish to fry than a simple set up) Safe to say my business will forever be conducted with him and only him!

Everytime I go into this store I always have an awesome experience!! The vibe and the chemistry of the store is great, I’ve been to several T-Mobile stores, but this one goes beyond and above to make sure my needs are met. I want to give a specific shoutout to Ofelia and one of the managers shatera for always making sure I am well taken care of, I love T-Mobile and I definitely recommend this store to anyone who’s looking for a home store vibe.

Best sprint store in the area hands down!!! with one of the most wonderful professional staffs ever!!! Came here to upgrade to the XS max, Angelica was superb made My upgrade process smooth and easy!! plus she did a great job of explaining all promotions that were going on at the time of my visit! She did a great job of answering all my questions and concerns!! Definitely recommend this store!! By the way since it is a smaller store I recommend you make an appointment before your visit that way you will avoid waiting since the store can get very busy!

This store location is absolutely amazing. They’re friendly, helpful, extremely patient. The ladies here help my family and me switch from AT&T without a hitch. If you’re going to become a Spring costumer 100 percent recommend this store location.

Horrible!The sign says it opens at 10am and lady tells me that to wait outside saying it’s not open yet!Also they arrive to the store super late! Wth??!!!!

They ripped me off......again !!!. I shopped there a little over a year ago and had a horrible experience. I needed to do some updates to my phone, and decided i probably just got a bad representative that day. Boy, was i wrong ! They lied to my face all the while having a smile on their face. I was told the accessories were free but they just snuck the charges on my bill. They added something called safe and found to my account without asking. My bill was astronomical the month after i left this place. Cant believed i let them do this to me TWICE ! I will never go there again. I think Sprint is trying to pad the bills of customers before their merger or something. Just assume everything out of their mouth will be a complete lie. I think i will switch to Verizon after the way this store screwed us over.

Went in for a phone upgrade, Retail Consultant Daniel Vargas was all over it, I told him what I wanted and he made it happen! The Store Manager Andres Barrios, gave me great info on the accessories and deals offered, which I took full advantage of.Assistant Store Manager Tamara Washington gave great conversation and made me feel like I was at home. All in all the staff made me feel as if was a friend & not just a coustomer. I will definitely return whenever I need knowledgeable advice on my cell. The music was also on point. Great play list!

I like that the location is convenient. What I didnt like was that they sold me a phone that they didnt have any accessories at all for. no screen saver, cases, nothing. 700.00 I should of left with at least a screen saver.

This is by far one of the best stores, with outstanding customer service thats second to none. Luis DeLeon, and Antanisha Stokes seem to have taken a course of two in Customer Mind Reading & Satisfaction. These folks knew just what to say, when to say it, and how to offer options that you never realized youd prefer to you initial choice. I enjoyed spending my money in that place. Great culture!

They don’t even deserve 1 star!!!! They lied to me about everything and wouldn’t even admit to THEIR mistakes! My bill is outrageously high, NEVER SHOP HERE!!!!

The customer service experience at the store was great butttttt the manager or whoever the F she is needs to go. She is super rude she was basically harassing both of my new lines to speak with me days after my visit. She was asking me to go back to return my old phone because I didn’t return it. Excuse me but I had a contract which means the phone is mine after the contract is over. She said the sales rep messed up and didn’t ask for the phone back.She insisted I had a flex phone lease and told me to go show her the contract. Bihhh can’t you check that in your system? She told me if i didn’t got I had to pay $400!! My blood pressure went up and I had to hang up she was so rude talking over me and repeating herself after I told her I had proof I had a contract and the phone was mine! She sounded like a robot saying “you have a flex lease uhhh you have a flex lease”.I called sprint right after the call and they were able to resolve the issue in a friendly way! Never going back to that store specially with that kind of management!

I am so disappointed in this company and this store in particular. Not only was I lied to by the sales rep who told me we would get a $200 port in credit but when I called the company Sprint literally told me they have no idea what promotion was being offered. They have no way of organizing their offers. I believe it’s a scheme to meet a quota or just plain commission driven either way my girlfriend and I are sorely paying twice as much as we were at ATT and receiving the worst customer service ever.. Sprint is by far the worst cellphone company and their phones are the least valuable on the market FOR A REASON!I used to work for them and I am making a personal vow to never make that mistake again and I will never do business again with then.. I am telling all of my friends and family to do the same. You have disappointed me Sprint.
