This is, by far, the absolute best Bath & Body Works store I have ever shopped at. The associates are always so outgoing and welcoming; it feels more like Im talking to a girlfriend than a salesperson. I stop by once a week, sometimes more, just to treat myself to a new body spray, lotion, candle, etc.. I highly recommend this Bath & Body Works location for great quality, selection and amazing customer service!

Love that they require you to where a mask and they disinfect after every customer. They always have someone working that can remember products from years ago. Always nice warm welcome.

I was shopping for a certain candle. It was not on sale. The sales person saw what I was looking for and showed me the exact same candle in a different package that was on sale. I was one happy shopper. :)

I have always had a great experience at this location. They have a new lady working at this location. She either knows ALL or all of the workers over the past few years are incompetent & doing their jobs wrong. People with that kind of attitude just rubs me the wrong way. As long as she works at this location I will be spending my money at another location.

No one in this location offered to help me, the sales lady was unwilling to help me with my two purchases w/coupons from my phone and mailing lists. I finally put back my items, due to her rudeness and attitude, and went to my store in Trussville where they were happy to assist me. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
