They have all the gamer stuff u need. I can even call in before u go to check and see if they have it .

Just purchased these grips amazing quality and the guy who help me and other people was super helpful even got me more interest in the new modern warfare thats coming out missed the trailer but he showed me hes great definitely recommend this store to anyone.

The staff is great! They are helpful and polite, and now Game Stop stocks Hot Wheels! They also have video games and consoles, figurines of all kinds and an array of collectibles!

GameStop is my go to place for video games and more. My son loves their reward program as well. The staff here are super knowledgeable and friendly. Its really nice to have the option of buying new or used video games. I also shop here for certain collectibles, such as Funko Pops. This location is great.

GameStop as a company, we all know ...could be better. BUT, Having that said though, this store/location in particular, for a GameStop is great simply because theyre always so nice when I go in, whether theres something Im looking for or not. Theyve always treated me with respect every single time and theyve even done me a couple favors in the past here and there. That is a rare thing especially in this part of town. Most everyone seems to have a chip on their shoulder in other places. They may not have the greatest inventory, but I did want to commend the employees here.

Its a Gamestop like all the others... I gave it five stars based on a comparison with other gamestop locations and not my opinion of gamestop in general... which would totally be lower. So far as they this one is fine, if youre like me then you know that this is the best place to go for novelty tshirts and used games. All of the staff I have encountered are nice and knowledgeable enough.

Ok, needs to be more clear about it 30 day guarantee. Cause u can only get ur money back after 7 days. So I bought a console for 87 and they only gave me 30 back. I bought it 7/28 and tried to return on 8/6. Very pissed

This gamestop is awesome the manager is really friendly I came in there to see if they had battlefield 4 in stock they didnt but I was fine with that he then asked if I had seen the battlefield 1 trailer and pulled out an I pad and showed me the trailer it wouldve taken me weeks to figure out that there was a newbattlefield

Its a gamestop. This particular gamestop, however, is inhabited by exceedingly rude, basement dwelling, neckbeard trolls. You can get games here, but you will deal with snarky, uppity, beta, soyboys in the process and nobody likes that. As an aside, the clerk that I regularly see there does that annoying thing where he prolongs the last syllable of words, while this voice rises. Cringe lvl 9000!

This is our local GameStop. We wanted a Wii U, and were looking at a used one+game. There was not only a weekly ad promo which took effect the very next day. We were told, well hold it for you, come back tomorrow... That was cool. The girl there was a-ok by my book.But... I got to looking later on. There was also a SKU in the system where they could have sold us the used Wii U. We called to see if with the SKU it might go through, because it was exactly what we wanted, AND the website said IN STOCK.The reason why we didnt come back for it, was we went to Hoover, after the manager decided to be a bit abrupt, overbearing, and not willing to even look. The manager of the store, like many places in Bessemer (not sure what it is about this neighborhood), just didnt care to get our money.We bought a brand-new Wii U, and 7 games at the Riverchase Galleria location the same day. The manager of that store was awesome to us.
