We came up here with a phone that we told the cashier it might be blacklisted we do not know she ran the machine and it came back as fine. Okay great let’s pay for the sim. We paid 103 dollars to find out it was blacklisted and that we cannot use it and the money is non refundable. We asked to switch the money to another line. Nope we asked to speak to the manager and had to argue with her to even get the manager on the phone. T-Mobile also said they would’ve checked first and that cricket did it so we would buy another phone and sink more money into it and they come out on top. Terrible service the monthly payment was 60 dollars Verizon is 45 btw with better coverage save time save your breathe go to T-Mobile or Verizon anywhere but here. They did refund for only the SIM card so I’ll give them that however we still waisted 93 dollars

Sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me set up my phone, I was too tired to deal with it. She was awesome!

Best contract cell to date...better insurance and coverage...very decent plans

Dont like the fact that they almost force you to buy a case and screen protector. Wanted to get on my husband plan, where he pay 100 a month but they wanted me to pay 170 to get on his plan, where the hell do you do that!

Super terrible, the lady, who attends, told me that she had no change, I paid her with a $ 100 bill and she told me that she had no change, I had to leave the store to find a way.I also asked him for my account number and he told me the number I did not have to write on and I asked him for a piece of paper to write my account number, he simply told me I do not have and. He is despot and not helpful, I no longer like this Company.
