Very Poor job of getting the clothes clean. Every week, same oil spotted dirty clothes. We even did a test & washed them ourselves with just Cheer & Spray&Wash on the oil spots. 98% of the oil spots & dirt came out & they look great again.. Next week, same lousy job cleaning them from them. Complaints fall on deaf ears.

Horrible service. I cant begin to tell you the problems we have had with this company. first of all their cleaning products made a few of our clients super sick and they keep telling us that their chemicals are safe. Secondly after we got rid of the chemicals they said that one of our checks did not go through even after providing them proof that the check did indeed go through. Do not use this company. We will be contacting our lawyer

We ended up with another companies delivery mixed in with our order. We did not receive everything I ordered either. We are very disappointed and feel the company needs to get it together because this happens on the regular at many businesses.

After 5 years using this company at our local shop, we shopped around because prices continued to increase. We decided to move and were sent letters by their attorney threatening lawsuit for the remaining 14 months of our agreement. Within their rights to do that? Of course. But a terrible way of doing business and treating clients, especially to a customer of 5 years. If we are not happy with the new company, we will never go back to Cintas and will warn other business owners as well.

This service is a JOKE!!! 6 weeks no uniforms but they didn’t miss the payroll deduction. Piss poor customer service. Talked to the delivery guy promised they would be on the truck next week. It’s been two weeks. Canceling service and expect a full refund! They act like you owe them, you are the PAYING CUSTOMER! They WORK FOR YOU!!
