Rude service, cashier claimed the store was closed, however it states it is 24 hours. Also I come here every night at the same time. A complete disgrace to ordinary hardworking citizens

The cashier who assisted me had zero people skills! I bought $10 worth of gas, a Smart Water and the last four bananas they had for sale at 2 for $1.00, yet I was charged $1.00 PER banana, doubling their price. When I brought this to her attention, she reiterated my point and agreed that the price of bananas was, in fact, 2 for $1.00 - not 1 for $1.00, which is outrageously high, however, even though she rang my order up incorrectly, and even though I paid with cash, making it the most uncomplicated type of transaction possible, she still refused to reimburse me for the difference and she even told me that if I wanted a refund Id have to come back the following day to see a manager. She had a very condescending tone and demeanor; she even had the audacity to catch an attitude with me as if it were she whod been overcharged and inconvenienced. Until Circle K can hire and train clerks with customer service skills, Ill take my business across the street to Texaco.

I stopped to get gas paid for $20 did not feel my truck she wouldnt not give me my money back I lost 20 bucks cause she said it pumped in my truck when it did notIs very unacceptable The manager wouldnt even come out to look or check on the pump or anything just told me there was nothing she could do

Convenient location and friendly service but some equipment outages

Every night for more than a week I stopped to get nachos. They were out of cheese and no one even offered to change it. They are also a lot higher than the other places u get them. The ice machine is down more than it works. The employees never offer help to the customers yet stand around and talk about what they did or what they are going to be doing. Ask for a corporation number and they told me to get one off the door. The number to the store is all that is on the door and I spoke with someone whim said they was a manager yet nothing has changed. Guess the manger dont care about customers either .If I could I would give this store a negative 5 stars. Morgan Rd Circle K sucks.

The soda machine and roller grill has been busted for at least two weeks now. Jesus H. Christ, get it together and call someone to fix it.
