Went to the pharmacy to get my booster shot.

Didn’t have the prescription pain meds in stock for my father in law after his knee replacement surgery. Had to drive 20 minutes away to another Walmart to get it filled. I called a week later to see if they had the medicine in stock for his refill and they “won’t discuss that over the phone“. They want me to drive over there and waste my time and gas to see if they have the medicine back in stock. Ridiculous!

Long waiting lines. Rude on the telephone. Will complain of being busy with customers in front of them and being short staffed. Disregarding that the customer on the phone, is just as important. Seems, I always have some sort of issue with my refills.

Worst service from a pharmacy ever. They never have the prescription I need in stock. Sticking with Walgreens for sure.

Very slow, always busy with not enough pharmacy employees working, customer service could be better.
