I received a chest over 3 weeks ago. I reported the damage I found the very next day (it was not delivery damage). they approved a replacement, but expect me to keep this large piece of heavy, damaged furniture that is unusable for nearly 4 months! i have been demanding that they come pick up the damaged item or allow me to store it outdoors because I do not have room to keep it in my house, but they refuse! It if is not resolved in the next 48 hours, I will simply ask for a refund, instead of an exchange. This company is not worth the hassle. I have been trying to get a refund, but they keep bouncing me between 2 phone numbers/ departments. Each one says they cant help me and that I have to call the other one. Extreme frustration!!!!!!!

Great sales staff, great product, great delivery!

This has been the worst experience Ive ever had. The Ashley Furniture Store in Tuscaloosa did everything to support me while waiting for my furniture. It was more convenient,with my work schedule, for me to pick up my orders. But if I have to deal with the rudeness of the people who work there again, then will spend extra to go elsewhere. I could have see if it was once occurrence, but each time I visited the warehouse there was a total disconnect between me and the ladies sitting in the loading docks....I just will not shop there again!!!

Great furniture and a little over priced.

They were rude, impatient and unprofessional. First, they failed to inform me when my couch arrived after telling me they would call when it came. So, after I contacted them about this, they had a random delivery date (that was not approved by me) and the wrong address. I talked to someone that claimed to have corrected the delivery date and address in the system. The next date they called to confirm with the WRONG DATE AGAIN. I tried to call back and kept getting the answering machine. I received a call back from the rudest lady. She said there was a miscommunication, kept cutting me off, then became short with me after I explained to her what happen. Dont waste your money or time with money with this company.

Given a 11-2 time frame for delivery. Called the local store it was ordered from. Was transferred to the warehouse the information they relayed to us that out delivery time frame was 1-4. IT WAS NOT. Was told a manager would call with a more concise time frame. NOPE NO CALL RECEIVED. Called the local store again at 4:30 was told that warehouse was closed and they would email the supervisor to call us back...NOPE NO CALL. It wouldnt be so bad if we were contacted saying they were running late or rescheduling for unforseeen circumstances but NOPE!!. LOUSY WAY TO DO BUSINESS...........Finally got a call at a out the same time as your response to my review. Apologizing for inconvenience with a new time frame...6-6:30. It is now 8:15....STILL NO FURNITURE AND NO CALLS AS TO STATUS.....

I will never order from this company again... It took me 2 months to get my furniture only for them to deliver me furniture that was a complete different color from what I ordered... Called and complained and they ordered me another bedroom set. Took me another 2 months to get the new bedroom set only to find out that they delivered me the wrong chest.. Called and complained so they reordered the chest. It took me maybe 2-3 weeks for me to find out when I was going to finally receive my chest. Today is the day it’s being delivered. They arrive only to tell me that they was picking up the old chest and didn’t have an order for the new chest....... All along I’m paying for this entire bedroom set that I have not received ...

Very fast loading

Worse delivery service ever. Its taking 5+ hours from the delivery time frame. You would think they would call you prior passing the time frame saying they’re going to be late. Nope. I had to call and complain. The delivery timeframe was bwtween 11:30 am to 2:30pm. I called at 3:15pm. Each time I called, the delivery personnel stated “ it will be about 20 minutes” 1.5 hours later, nothing! The store claims the delay is due to the weather (raining). But seriously.. 5 hours?!?! It’s going onto 7:00pm and still nothing!!! If you purchase furniture from this company (I wouldn’t) just go pick it up. This is ridiculous..

Slow, many people just sitting around and talking instead of gathering your items and loading them. No one was around to great us when we arrived, waiting. After we finally received some help and were given direction we sat at the loading dock for 30+ minutes waiting around. I would like to see more organization.

Rude rude rude! Purchased a dining set and was given a 4 week lead time in writing. 4 weeks and 2 days later I drove 55 miles to the Ashley warehouse. The man behind the customer service desk looked at my ticket and said my furniture wouldnt be in for 3 more weeks. I asked why I was told 4 weeks. He said I dunno... take it up with your salesman Then he walked back to his desk and left me standing at the counter. Jerk! This will be my last purchase from Ashley and Ill more than likely get a refund as opposed to waiting another 3 weeks for my kitchen table.

I dont even give this place one star. Got there to get loaded and they didnt even wanna wrap my furniture in plastic. This is expensive furniture and if I request for it to be wrapped in plastic I expect just that. The level of laziness these workers have is beyond me.

While I like the store and its collections, I was upset that the order I had placed was back ordered and took several more days than estimated. Quality of the goods was good, however customer service could be a lot better.

Called to make appointment, they said we didn’t need to. Then they tell me the wedge to my couch has damage and has to be remade. The only way it has damage is from them running into it with a forklift or dropping it. Got down here, watched while 15 employees walked around b’sing. We waited 30 minutes in the 95 degree heat while this is going on. Then it starts to rain, so I go inside and ask the manager and he just looks at me with a blank stare about it. Then they all decided to take a break while we were still waiting!!! Horrible customer service and attitudes from the entire staff at distribution. Will NEVER buy from Ashley again because of the way we were treated
