The web site said this location would be open until 9:00 pm but we arrived at 8:22 to find it closed. Stayed a few minutes in case the employee was on break. Giving up and very annoyed at 8:37.
I ordered a phone using the My Verizon app and selected curbside pickup. I called to see if the phone was ready and they said it was. They told me I couldn’t do curbside pick up for some reason. When I got there they said it wasn’t actually ready and then had me wait for an hour in a crowded mall just to say they can’t give me the phone. Now I can’t even order from another store because I’ve already placed an order. The workers there were rude to top it off. Terrible experience.

Worst experience ever. Tried going there to attempt to switch services from T-Mobile to Verizon, the guy with the turban immediately dismissed me and told me to call for assistance. If it was said in a nice customer service voice that would have been one thing but he was extremely rude and triggering to my anxiety. Will never be coming back. Don’t waste your time. Go to a real store. Seems from the other comments I’m not the only person this guy has been rude with.
We have been waiting to be helped for over 50 minutes. They need more people to help. Avoid it if you can.

They are a reseller and not the Verizon storeI bought a couple of accessories there and tried to return one and the woman gave me a hard time with the return which was two days after a bought it and was never used.Was told the return would take 3 days and two phone calls and it’s been more then a week and a still no return.If you want terrible customer service and no returns, then shop there but I wouldn’t
Jay is an amazing sales man omg he was willing to help me beyond belief I am coming back to buy 4 iPhone Max’s 4 phones on second thought I am going to wait for the new IPhone and buy 6 of them if I had the money today I would buy the store out all the stock because of his customer service skills . I have been with Verizon for years and never has anyone treated me like him . He was honest kind and helpful omg I love how he does business. I’m thinking about hiring him for my company and giving him double what he makes here . Please recognize his amazing skills and the gem you have . Because if you don’t I will.
I dont know where to start. The exchange with the two employees, one of which identified himself as the manager was terrible. He refused to give me his name/card or a contact to his supervisor. I now realize these are not actual Verizon employees, thank you Corporate for letting me know.I was there to transfer 3 Sprint lines to the 2-line Verizon account I already have. The first time (Saturday 8/18/18), I asked for help finding the Sprint booth at the mall, granted it was rather obvious where it is but I hadnt seen it. The so-called managers attitude was condescending and dismissive. At this time he wasnt aware that I wanted to transfer 3 lines to Verizon. This was strike one. After talking to the Sprint people (that were very nice despite my stated intention of closing my account) I returned to the Verizon booth to inquire about plans. The employee there was rather clueless about the plans details and how they were different from my current plan. The so-called manager then intervened saying my plan was old and predated his hiring so he knew nothing about it (strike two). Finally, I asked for the fine print on the contracts he was offering. He said I didnt need it (strike two and one half). The Sprint phones needed to be unlocked so I left for the evening. I called Sprint to have phones unlocked (they have their own problems too).I returned the next day already unhappy from the exchange I had night before, but I really wanted to switch the lines. I gave the so-called manager the phones and he somehow figured out they had not been unlocked. He made a call of some sort. I showed the Sprint confirmation email. I guess this was not enough, he scoffed. By now, I am really frustrated and I said, referring to Verizon and Sprint, are you guys on a race to incompetence? - this was it for him, he now refused to help me, moreover, he refused to identify himself or provide his supervisors contact (strike three). He even said he had gone out of his way to help me (how?).In retrospect, I can see how this mans poor attitude fueled my frustration and anger. While I didnt directly say anything about him, his fake outrage was misplaced as a sales person, representative of a large corporation and worst, as a so-called manager. He may be burnt-out or having personal problems, who knows. The bottom line is Im not returning to this Verizon booth ever again and I urge readers to abstain from going there too.

I was there for a simple pick up, a transaction that should have been quick and seamless, The customer service representative in attendance, a middle aged bearded man, was rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping. If Verizon cares about how people view their brand, they should consider that the employee kept saying: If you dont like it, talk to Corporate, I dont make the rules, here to explain his complete inability to provide a decent service. In fact I dont even mind incompetence, but being rude is unacceptable.
Last week they had the phone I wanted in stock (pixel 2) and quickly switched my device. The employee was helpful and when they didnt have the screen protector in stock, gave me a discount on it and ordered it. Only issue was he promised to call or text me when the screen protector arrived (in two days) and he did not. I had to call and finally got my screen protector 5 days later. We have used this kiosk for multiple years and have consistently received competent and polite service.
Complicated procedure but Jay was truly professional and explained every step along the way. Great job!

Making changes to cell phone plans is never easy, but Ankit at the Verizon kiosk at Montgomery Mall was fabulous. He was polite and efficient, walked us through the process and was supportive with the quantity and quality of things that needed changing (canceling 1 phone, transferring another phone, getting 2 new phones, updating service). We took up a lot of his time (hes there alone) and he was the consummate professional the entire time. His help is greatly appreciated.
Rafael was very helpful in changing out my SIM card for my new phone. He was patient, courteous, very knowledgeable, and efficient. It would have taken me hours to figure stuff out, but he patiently walked me through everything. Thank you Rafael!!.
The manager of this location presented himself as the District Manager, which was absolutely FALSE! Deception and Misrepresentation appears to be the model of this business. Had a terrible experience at this location when they sold me a USED Samsung S10 instead of a NEW one! When we discovered it was USED, they refused to take it back! Terrible customer service! Dont go there! We had to call VERIZON to rectify the problem!

The same thing that multiple people have posted on here happened to my mother as well. She went to upgrade her iPhone as this location as she has done for years. Upon that purchase she was told that she could get an iPad for virtually free after credits and discounts. This was not applied initially resulting in a new line added and a monthly device charge. Upon further investigation, it seems like a new device was added at full charge. Spoke to Verizon Customer Service multiple times. I was told that since this is a reseller location they cannot do much on their end. I went to the location and spoke directly with the rep that worked with my mom. He assured me that it would be taken care of, and even provided his direct cell number. This was a great gesture, however I had to continue to follow up with him on next steps. After seeing no updates I called Verizon again to complain, and a $160 credit was applied to the account. The iPad costs $560, therefore we are still a ways from virtually free. Ive attempted to reach out to the rep multiple times with no response. Additionally, Verizon Customer Service seems to be having a hard time applying a promotion/credit. This has been the worst experience and a run-around for over two months. Be aware if you go to this location to not agree to anything that is virtually free without documented evidence....Poor customer experience for 15+ year Verizon customer!
Excellent service by staff at TCC booth to resolve SIM card issue that the Apple store could not fix.In fact the Apple store sent me to this Verizon booth.Very impressedI will be back here for my new phone.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was there for HOURS trying to purchase a new phone and it went so poorly I ended up returning the phone before I ever left their kiosk. The woman helping me couldnt do anything without asking someone else so everything took at least twice as long. I was given the incorrect price for my phone, charged incorrectly, and now a month after this ordeal Ive had to spend over an hour online with Verizon correcting my bill because Im being charged for a phone I dont have and additional surcharges and fees I did not agree to. I am generally a very calm and patient person, but this was an infuriating experience. Do yourself a favor and just go to a real Verizon store. This was not convenient, its been a headache for a month now. Just dont do it!

Great store with excellent customer service! Fabian and Ankit were very helpful and made my visit very pleasant. Went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met! If you ever have any issues come to this store and ask for ankit or Fabian, they will make sure you walk away happy!
The employee was friendly at first,he listened and provided valuable information on accessories for the phone.But he made a huge mistake he refused to correct.If you want to skip reading this long story, just do not accept any phones from them with the seals broken, and disregard their reassuring words when they tell you they open their models to show to customers.Unless they scan and physically show you on their system where the box has actually been.I ended up with a used phone that I paid $1,000 for. I never got an apology this guy, Raghu over the subject of the phone being used (i did from 3 other parties involved though), just words of caution saying to buy it from them directly next time to avoid their system having issues with returning online orders, of course I wouldnt have been there, nor would any of those system issues have happened in the first place had he bothered to double check it before releasing it in the first place anyway. He clearly didnt want to acknowledge the mistake that was made, possibly to avoid a lawsuit, but Ill never know.He struck a nerve w/ me when he started telling me the texts I was getting from somebody (contact was saved to phone) in another language talking about a store conveniently right across the street might simply be a wrong phone number. I spent a good 15 hours over 3 days (7 hours starting the first day, beginning 2 hrs after pickup) driving all over the entire county to other locations trying to get help, since the manager at this location seemed to have lost hope on trying to resolve the problem and override the system to fix the mistake. My entire weekend wasted. I dont know what he, Raghu, told one of the online service people, but he made sure he put the guy on speakerphone to repeat their policy about returning it to the flagship stores and not their branch. Im sure he didnt tell the guy that the reason he was doing it was because it was a used phone, which struck another nerve.After mustering up the courage to go back to return it, after being on call with Verizon for 53 minutes, and after having them call this location directly telling the guy to return it, I finally went over to the desk to return it, he tries again, and called that other online guy I mentioned above who stated the policy, and turned me away once again to one of the Verizon flagship stores. I asked him to call the flagship store for me to let them know I was coming since my phone wasnt activated anymore for me to make calls, and when I got there 4 mins before closing, they told me no one ever called to give them a heads up Once again, another nerve struck. He was most likely just trying to get rid of me since they were closing in 30 mins, but so was the flagship store. And so when I got to the flagship store, they told me the release form I had with me with the name TCC, not Verizon in huge bold print wasnt even going to show up on their computer, would only show up on a TCC system. So he blatantly lied to my face.Verizon Corporate finally stepped in and took over after my family member called since Raghu was taking too long to pull himself together to do a manual override on the return. Just noting though, I had to have a more competent employee from a different TCC location reach out to higher management to do the override and probably have to explain how to return the device to this location since Raghu, the self renowned district manager at this location just didnt know what to do.Edit: Changing my 2 stars to 1 and bumping this review because the response from this owner with the name and phone number of the district manager (Raghu) is that guy himself, and the same store phone number, hes just impersonating the district manager. This place needs to be shut down for their cavalier regard for customer service, or reported to the better business bureau. Do not go here. Lawsuit waiting to happen. If you see this review too little too late, call TCC Corporate or Verizon directly. Do not engage with this employee.

I got conned by someone in this kiosk. They got me to upgrade my phone (for just the taxes and $10 more a month) then handed me a tablet and said it was free. When my bill arrived I found they had set me up with an entirely new service on the tablet I did not want. The staff refuses to tell me the name of the owner of this reseller. But know this. I will spend any amount of money or time to get to the bottom of this with the owner. I hate there is a no star option

This is my first entry: I just got an i-phone for Christmas and have learned that I need to go to Verizon to transfer my old phone contacts before I activate the i-phone. I called Verizon to get the nearest store location and satt through 5 long minutes of taped instructions to get connected to the actual store in Montgomery Mall (or Mont Mall as the tape refers to it). The guy who answered the call was difficult to understand, spoke too fast and slurring his words, but he was welcoming, and told me he could help me activate my i-phone. I am heading over there now. Wish me luck!
I would give zero stars if possible. I dont know where to start.Jay - one of the employees, blatantly lied to my wife about the plan he aggressively pushed on her. She went to the store to add a phone line to our account - She called me almost in tears as he bullied her into changing our original unlimited plan to a newer inferior plan. He fraudulently told her that the plan was exactly the same, but cheaper. He offered her a free ipad that was also a lie. My wife called me during this and gave the phone to Jay - I told him I did not authorize any change in my plan and he yelled at me telling me that he already had authorization from my wife to change the plan and then hung up. This man should not be allowed to work with customers in any capacity.I am hours into customer service hell at verizon wireless trying to fix what they have done and still havent gotten it all straightened out.They also charged her $40 for a Sim card for a new phone that is free at all verizon wireless storesStay away at all cost!
I had a problem with my motorola droid mini that I bought at a verizon store. I could not recover my password to unblock 64 emails in my out box. I tried at my main verizon store and 5 employees tried but could not solve the problem . Tha apple store at the mall suggested the verizon kiosk. Jasmin spent 10 minutes trying and fixed the problem. She was polite and helpful and I am very grateful to her.
There are a few rude and unhelpful employees, and theyre all trying really hard to give you the upsell. They definitely took advantage of my mother - who doesnt understand much about cell phones or data plans - and got her to buy a plan with data she didnt need and a tablet which she DEFINITELY didnt need (and never uses). The latter is par for the course at any Verizon store though.Another problem is their lack of sample phones. A lot of plastic mock-ups, and they often dont have flagship phones to play with.

I went to this kiosk to pay off my phone and the person who works there did not even said hello to me. After ten minutes of wating, i finally asked him if he could help me. He was helping another customer, but I wanted to inquire whether or not I should keep waiting. His response was so rude. He said dont you see I am busy. He didnt even say hi could you wait a minute or I will be right with yoy. He has poor customer service and he was so impolite. Awful place!!
I just had the same bad bad experience with this kiosk at the Montgomery Mall. Unbelievable. Even after I had spoke to Verizon and the Verizon then had spoke to the manager about this, the manager still managed to convince me the fees for the iPad on my first bill was a mistake on Verizon part and advised me wait till my next bill to see the correct bill. He said the next bill will be correct. Lol. The iPad was said a free addon to my iPhone upgrade. No fees as they convinced me again and again but a great deal. That was completely untrue when I received my first bill.Completely amazed me. It is a complete waste of my time and energy. And I had to pay the $70 restocking fee and also the $40 they waived for the activation of the iPad. Outrageous.Have to say I had upgrades a couple of times at this location 2014 and 2016 summer with different sales people and the experience was good. That was why I went to this location this week for my iPhone upgrade. Totally not expected this. I guess things have changed. Never again here.
Please go to a real Verizon store, the store reps are untrustworthy telling you there are no fees with certain Devices. Lesson learned do your research, these resellers want to make commission and will lie about everything possible. No one seems to be a manager and they are unwilling to speak to Verizon corporate. The guy who claims he owns the store “rahul”, insisted the tablet was free and fees are waived.
