Dr. Learner was very helpful and kind. The receptionist was very welcoming. There are many nice designs of glasses and several brands of contact lenses in the store section also. Ill definitely come back here!

Somewhat disorganized staff, dont always answer the phone, but good selection relatively cheap glasses make it worth it (they also accept most forms of insurance). Both orders of glasses Ive made from here have arrived within 5 business days.

After a unpleasant contact lenses exam on 6/17 with another doctor, I decided to drop by as I work in the same building as I needed to order new contact lenses but needed an accurate prescription. The receptionist, Erica, was pleasant and welcoming, and informed me I could be seen right then and there (they do take walk-ins). Dr. Marcie Lerner was amazing. She was thorough, answered all my questions, and took her time in finding the correct prescription for me. I will be back again and highly recommend visiting Dr. Lerner.

Management notified me of For Eyes optical’s decision to no longer sell Trivex lenses less than a week after I purchased a trivex lense package and new frames from them. Management also gave my mother and I a bunch of expired lens cleaning wipes, after she and I purchased three pairs of glasses from the For Eyes Optical Bethesda location. Customer service is no longer a priority at this location and management is a direct reflection of its decline. How unfortunate.

Its been a month since i order my contact lenses and i have not received them. Every time I call to check with the doctor they are not working. This is really disappointing.
