The appointment was easy to schedule and very quick once we were there. Very friendly doctor and staff. We had my son’s exam, shopped for, selected, and ordered a pair of glasses and were out the door in about 35 minutes. Super easy. This is our new place for eye exams and glasses!

Ronnie is very patient, knowledgeable and has a good eye for aesthetics. I had another great experience here.

Paul Abraham was by far the best I’ve ever experienced when purchasing glasses. I visited the LC only to browse and ended up purchasing (4) frames including prescriptions. His sales associates Emily and Ronnie were extremely helpful as well. The store experienced several customers during my visit and Paul ensured every customer was greeted all while remaining engaged with my transaction.

Great experince from the moment I walked in. The staff in the front was excellent and greeted me right when I walked in. They were also super helpful in getting me the correct pair of glasses as I have never had to buy glasses before and walked me through all the different options. The staff and Dr. in the back were just as professional. Highly recommend buying your next pair of eyeglasses/sunglasses and getting an eye exam here!

I only like a certain frame with a custom nose piece and although Lens Crafters doesnt really offer it anymore, he took time to research the frames (I last purchased the same in 2019) and was able to order them.. I walked in to get my glasses’ nose pad fixed. The gentleman there fixed the broken one and also replace the other one. All for free! I did not even get my glasses there. That’s just too good to be true. I’m very thankful!

I decided to try my neighborhood LensCrafters as I needed a contact lens exam. I was disappointed in so many aspects of the visit. They did not take any medical information. The “Doctor” was impatient and rude. He asked me to cover each eye on my own, and I told him I made a mistake and had not switched eyes-I was memorizing the chart as he repeated the same thing so many times-I told him I couldn’t actually see it- he told me to read it anyway!I knew he only had a correct read on one eye and he gave me a pair to try and I could not see well.I looked at the prescription and it was incorrect. He said my eyes changed. I don’t think so. This doctor was not paying attention- I am a senior citizen, and this was an awful experience. I asked if he would fill my previous prescription from another facility because I think it’s correct and he said yes. I have called and am still waiting. (Dr. Terryl Rosenberg)ADDENDUM one months later- NO ONE CALLED ME. So An optometrist examines one eye by mistake and can not own the error. No problem-I went to another place and indeed the optometrist made a big mistake.Simply Unprofessional.

I just wanted to leave a review here for Ronnie, he was great! we were here with my husband and Ronnie was incredibly helpful! He was very kind and respectful and always tried to find solutions since we had issues with our lenses but he was very kind and helped us get it resolved. The only reason why Im giving 4 stars is because the my glasses are having issues in one lens, but thats on the manufacturing. I will reach back to Ronnie soon and im sure he would be able to help me. Thank you Ronnie for your kindness and your help!

I went here to order lenses that I had priced at the Springfield Mall Lenscrafters the day before (where the manager serving me was super friendly and helpful). Conversely, the saleslady here was so rude, so arrogant, so phony, so pretentious that I ended up leaving in a huff. It was such a terrible experience, I cant even begin to describe it. I thought at some point it must be a prank to record customers reactions for comedic purposes but no, it was real! I went back to the Springfield Mall for another try and the young saleslady there was just the opposite, super friendly and nice. So if you are set on Lenscrafters, stay away from the Bethesda location and drive to Springfield Mall.

Will be back when I need new glasses or sunglasses. They have a broad assortment and easy parking.

Everyone is very friendly, I choose to drive the extra 20+ minutes to this location compared to my home location. Great Selection, even greater kinder people!

I came in the store which was empty I asked to have an eye exam and to buy glasses the clerk looked at me an old lady I’m not sure we have availability then he changed immediately and said We don’t have any appt available. I asked him can I check then he took to a young woman then he blinked to her “we don have appointment available right? she answered no I’m sorry. Then I asked him for the name o the manager store he said Paul he could not remember his last name. I will make a consumer report about this store in Bethesda elm Street. I felt discrimination I am a Latina old lady.

Paul was extremely patient and helpful in assisting me in completing a complex request to receive the lowest cost possible. Great store and customer service.

Overall terrific experience. Everyone who works there is kind and professional. Katrina helped me over the course of several weeks deal with a complicated insurance issue. She did not bat an eye, and she worked with me to get glasses and make sure I had coverage. This required numerous calls to my insurance company by Katrina on my behalf. I could not believe how far above and beyond she went to make sure I had quality service. Dr. Espejo was also spectacular and referred me to an ophthalmologist when I needed further attention. Great place!

Due to COVID-19 need to practice more safer precautions. Like checking customer temp before entering the store, cleaning exam rooms thoroughly after each patient, including equipments, exam chairs and other contact areas. Maintaining patients separate in waiting areas and wiping down each chair when each individual leave.

Very slow and Not a good service. I purchased a frame and they put the lenses based on old prescription 3 years ago...they reordered lenses second time to be made and i am still waiting for it...🤦🏻‍♂️...its been a 3 weeks. we have inaugurated new president and i am still waiting what i paid for..

Horrible customer service. Staff was very unfriendly and unwilling to help. Two bad experiences over a couple of days. Staff was reluctant to look into insurance coverage because it “takes too much time”. Another day another staff member was so combative. Not going there again. There are plenty of eye wear shops in the area to choose from.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had in eye care. I was running low on contacts and my glasses were done for, I was search for just about anywhere open during the pandemic. I called and was able to scheduled an appointment for the same day. The service I received was top notch. I felt safe, Dr. Louis and staff were friendly and knowledgeable while adhering to necessary guideline. He even made sure I had a supply of my new contact prescription to last me until my order was mailed out. Roshonda from LensCrafters helped me pick out the my new frames and I’m in LOVE. Counters were wiped down before and after I used them, each frame I tried on was sanitised and they made sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. You can feel the care they put into each customer, it wasn’t just a sale to them, when I arrived a week later to pick up my new frames they remembered details of our previous conversation! Pick this store, you won’t be disappointed.
