Order was a birthday gift with specific date for delivery. Delivery was 2 days EARLY! Not much of a surprise. Disappointed even more because the tag stated Deliver 8/11/2021. Recipient was pleased but told me of date issue. Called Edible but havent heard back. 😕

Sent an arrangement to friends of mine. The driver, Bob, was extremely helpful! He was sure to let me know the delivery was en route, 5 minutes away and that it was delivered and received. Communication was so very helpful and I felt that it made the experience more personal. Thank you to Bob and those at the store for executing everything so well!

Stopped by yesterday to pick up a small bouquet of fruit for my wife. Walked in and was presented with a bouquet of 14 strawberries and 4 pineapple slices. Was shocked to be charged 63 dollars for the very small display. Having now looked online, it looks like it should not have cost more than 40 dollars at most. While I should have walked away, it is to my everlasting shame that I did not. I have used EA on many occasions online but will never again.

Got an arrangement yesterday - really fresh and delicious. Bob, the delivery person, kept updating me with his ETA so we could be sure the package didn’t sit on the porch in the hot weather. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Great communication! Would definitely recommend based on my first experience!

I have to say I’m really impressed with this location. I placed an order and they were prompt with receiving, creating, and then delivering the arrangement. From start to finish it took maybe 2 hours. My dad absolutely loved his fruit. Thank you for making his day a little extra special.

Best place to find a nice house warming or birthday present for someone that is local. Many options to choose from this store for gifts. A friend of mine got his niece the cutest edible bear while I got some beautiful arrangement. They have some nice pictures,where you can choose what ever you want.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I think the good reviews is from family. I placed an order with them and they called back stating they were not able to deliver. Which I understood and had no problems with, and they would try again the next day. The next day no phone call and no delivery. The second day still no contact and no delivery. The third day no contact and no delivery. I had to call corporate and ask for help. They tried getting in contact with the store and was unsuccessful as well. I’m currently still waiting because corporate said I have to wait another 48hrs before they can do anything.ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Ordered an arrangement for my friends birthday. What a wonderful arrangement! It was delivered as expected and fresh. They even offered me a discount on the next order. Would love to go with them again.

I had a good experience, I called an hour before to pick up an order, they took the order and went to pick up and it was ready on time and beautiful. Unlike the store in Laurel I called and they said to go online and put the order she wouldnt bother to take it. So thank you to this location.

I placed an order for my sisters birthday a few days before the big day (ensuring that EA had plenty of time to make the order) and come to find out, THEY WERE NEVER DELIVERED even though I received a delivery confirmation! I called the location at 8am the next day to discuss this with them and I was told they needed to speak to the driver before anything was done. REALLY?? I was sure they would send out another arrangement right then and there and THEN talk to the driver later. Nope. Didnt happen. So much for customer service. I live in New England so I put my trust in this location not having ordered from them before. Never again!! So disappointed. They never called me back...I had to call them.

The incorrect product was delivered, and it looked terrible. The biggest problem was I order only chocolate covered strawberries as my girlfriend is allergic to pineapple and certain other fruits; well, what did she receive? A lot of pineapple, grapes, a few strawberries, and an allergic reaction.Thanks edible arrangements...For a store in Bethesda, this is appalling.

Bought three arrangements for work totaling $343 and all I asked was for them to be delivered by 1PM. Told them that when I inquired, wrote that on the request space when I ordered on line, reminded them the delivery time the morning of and when I called at 1PM to ask where the baskets are it was as if I was bothering them!! Will never buy from these people again

Apparently they just dont do refunds? Order got pretty messed up. Will never order from here again and do body recommend anyone to order from here
