My teen daughter loves this brand. Her current favorite is the Butterfly Flutter. The stores sales associates are courteous.

Yesterday went to Vera Bradley in there to spend some money a purse that I had seen that I likes but I get up there to the register and I seen the manager that I always see when I come in there to buy something shes very rude she doesnt speak to anyone sometimes she go right past you without speaking and this happened yesterday I was at that register she did not even knowledge me she spoke to the other customer but she did not speak to me.. Ive been there plenty of times to buy something cuz they sent me a birthday card for 25% off .. dont speak to one person that you know.. even if you dont know the other person speak to anyone that is buying something in your establishment thats the right thing to do😒.. customer service go along way maybe you need people skills😐

Love the colorful selection of purses, bags and scarfs. Always new patterns. Get a lot of compliments on my duffel bags and weekend bags.
